"Juss stop fightin'!" The giant raised his big, deep voice. "Yuh fights an yuh wun be gettin' no less 'ungry. Thiss'ere dead kitten ain't got enough meat fer be feedin' nuffin an' no one. We's gots tuh go 'untin."

[Pidgey]

After tagging along, and saying nothing, Raven suddenly spoke up. "I think I might be of some use to you there." She suggested. Hunting was easy, from the sky.

[Omega]

"We've got to feed twelve pokemon," replied Sombra, "We're not going to find that kind of food in a place like this."

[wynnyelle]

"Can you find something recently dead or something? Fast?" said Carni, looking up at the bird.

[Omega]

"I haven't eaten anything in weeks," moaned the buneary.

[wynnyelle]

The other buneary was already nibbling greedily on the grass nearby. Huzza had joined him, and the two of them fed side by side, one small, one huge.

[Pidgey]

"No problem." Raven cawed in reply. With that, she took to the air and winged her way out of sight. She would return with food, or she would not return at all.

[wynnyelle]

"Will she even return at all?" said the buneary, the second one, who was already eating the grass.

"I don't know but it doesn't really matter, she can't bring back anything large," said Carni. "And large is what we need. Maybe if she does find something large, though, she can at least lead us back to it or tell us where it is."

"She'll have to come back in order to do that," said the buneary.

[Omega]

The two nidoran, two aron, and one nidorina had already left. They had been in the prisons for no more than a few days and were going home.

The torchic began grazing with the buneary.

The luxio, piplup, prinplup, raticate, and eevee ate meat. Grass would never satisfy them.

Some of the prisoner pokemon, like the penguins, Carni had never seen. ''So where do you all come from?''

''Ah comes from tha Downs o Infinity,'' said Huzza.

[Omega]

"I'm a traveler," replied the luxio.

"I'm from the meadow," replied the raticate.

"Forest," replied the eevee.

"We come from the glaciers," replied the prinplup.

"Volcano," replied the torchic.

[wynnyelle]

"Are you going to go back to those places, or are you going to stay here?" said Carni.

[Omega]

"The horde's after us!" cried the piplup.

"We were only taking a breather," added the prinplup.

The prisoners all dispersed, heading home. All except the luxio and Veneno.

[wynnyelle]

"Well, let's go," said Carni. "We sure can't stay here. I wonder how long they would've stuck around had I not said anything."

[Omega]

"Right," replied Sombra. "What about you two?" he asked to Veneno and the luxio.

"I've got nowhere else to go," replied Veneno, "I'll come."

"I'll come," choked the luxio, still standing over his dead brother, "But can I have a few moments?"

[wynnyelle]

"Take as much taime as yuh be needin," said Huzza. "Pawr likkle thing."

[Omega]

The luxio got to his feet and began digging in a patch of soft soil. When the hole was deep enough, he lifted his brother and covered it with more dirt. He turned to the group with tears in his eyes, "I'm ready."

"To Alcatraz?" asked Sombra.

[wynnyelle]

"To Alcatraz," said Carni. "Time to tell him we failed."

"Yuhs didna' fail, yuhs dune broked us outta that prison!" said Huzza.

[Omega]

Sombra added, "We saved fourtee-" he paused as he looked to the fresh patch of dirt, "-thirteen prisoners."
