"Inyena, no," said Charna, not sure what this stranger--a predator--would do to her lamb. She moved to block her daughter from the leafeon. They didn't even know her name!

"What the...?" Charna nudged her little lamb. Inyena was probably the oddest lamb she had ever raised. But that was probably due to the chaotic life she had led so far. Charna sighed and watched her daughter sleep. "My sweet baby...I should take you far, far away from here, to some place where there's no more danger...you deserve to run free and happy through the grass...not get attacked or threatened every other second."

Veneno turned, "You again!"
The bulbasaur along with the remaining prisoners had returned.

Charna, crouched over her lamb, saw them approaching through the foliage. "Oh, no."
"COMIN' THROUUUUGH!" bellowed a low, loud ram voice as Huzza barrelled towards them, slowly but steadily on his big stout legs. The Dennukai shot an enourmous bolt of lightning at the bulbasaur in the forefront of the attacking group.
"Betch'a fergotsaboot me, nah?"

The bulbasaur had already been weak from before. Huzza's electric attack nearly killed it.
Veneno used this to his advantage, "Time to finish you once and for all!" he yelled as he attacked with an air cutter. The bulbasaur fell unconscious from its injuries.
Veneno then flashed a confuse ray at the entire group. They all began fighting amongst themselves.

The bulbasaur had not died yet. He clung to consciousness, struggling to survive. An energy overtook him and burst out of him as he evolved in a blast of white light. An ivysaur now stood up fully refreshed and ready to continue leading his followers. He lashed out with a vine whip at Veneno hoping to tug him down out of the sky.
Several of the pokemon, however, had become confused, and in their confusion were hurting themselves or each other.

Veneno was a quick thinker. He bit into the vines and began to drain blood from them. Veneno began to regain energy as the ivysaur grew weaker.

"Good goin'!" Huzza fired another thunderblast into the group. Coming from the twelve and a half foot tall giant amp-creature, it was quite a strike. The air and ground reverberated with the deep sound waves shed by the blast. One of the pokemon, Huzza couldn't tell the species now, lay a smouldering twist of ash on the scarred forest floor.
Two pokemon, a bayleef and a flareon, with a raticate coming up behind them, attacked at Veneno, trying to pull the ivysaur free as the ivysaur himself continued to struggle. In the grasp of Veneno he sent out a leech seed at him.

The pain and rage built up in Veneno. The two mixed, creating a boiling stew of power. Veneno released his frustration and chomped down on the vines with crunch. His new attack tore right through the vines, transforming them into garden hoses of blood.

ic: Hosta felt his vines leaking blood and withdrew them to try and stop their bleeding. They would need time to regrow, in the meantime the ivysaur leader would launch another attack...He began to concentrate his power for a solar beam, but in the midst of it, he collapsed from the bloodloss already suffered. As he grew dizzy and fell down the long tunnel of darkness, a few other pokemon stepped in front of him while the raticate began to drag Hosta away.
A bayleef shot leech seed at Veneno.

Veneno's rage still built. He responded with an air slash. It ripped through the leaf like a shotgun shell through wet tissue paper. It continued and sliced at the bayleef.

The bayleef was hit with it and got a gash on his chest. He countered with razor leaf, sending a volley of sharp-edged leaves whooshing through the air at Veneno.

Veneno folded his wings around his face to protect him. However, doing so caused him to drop to the ground.

Charna had already scooped up Inyena and left. She wasn't going to risk this. "Alcatraz! Alcatraz!" she bleated out as she ran for the aruseus.
Huzza stepped in front of Veneno as the bat fell. Razor leaves bit into his smooth buttercup-yellow skin causing shouts of red on his body. "Durned nutso pokees, they be whas' be goin' wrongs wi' the warld!" He ran into the bayleef with a Body Slam.

Veneno became airborne once again and attacked the bayleef with an air cutter.

Realizing what was going on, the leafeon glared at the bayleef. She used a weak razor leaf, if only to help out.

"I can't believe it!" cried one of the prisoners who had not turned on the group. "Hosta--he's turned on his own saviours!"
Huzza was covered in blood on parts of him, yet he just kept on fighting. The pokemon flattened the bayleef with another Body Slam that this time did not miss.

Storm touch inyena with her mother and they disapeared, safe in a cave far from the battle
A huge shadowball came out of no where and Moonshadow jumped over the hedge and looked at the bayleaf that she had aimed the shadowball at.

Huzza got up off the flattened bayleef. The creature was now a horrific sight. His eyeballs had burst out of their sockets and his guts spilled out both his mouth and his anus. Huzza looked down at him and turned away, sickened by what he had done. "Huzza wants th' fightin' tuh STOP!" he bellowed.

"That's right!" said Veneno, "So unless you want to end up like your little cohort here, I suggest you comply!"
Veneno was interrupted as a loud explosion was heard in the distance. Veneno turned to see a gigantic white beam shoot into the sky from a great distance away.
"What in holy hell was that?" he said.
