Demonic Dream (Redo)

[Steven]

It was a dark day for Scarblade as he moved along the seeminly sinister land. Then again every day was dark and sinister for the battle scared Zangoose. Somewhat large in size, the Zangoose had been training for a very special day. After waching his pack be cut down mercissly by the Horde...he had some what admired them for ending the lifes of those who had made his misserably. He appoarched the Fortress one afternoon. Finally the day I have been training five long years for has arrived. he thought as he stood, knowing somebody would show up soon.

[Ren]

"Can I help you?" an umbreon asked, walking up. She glanced at Scarblade with a bored expression. "Thank the pokegods it isn't a buisil," she grumbled, getting closer. Since a recent experience, she hasn't liked the water pokemon very much.

"So, what brings you here?" she asked again.

[Steven]

The large Zangoose quickly turned his attention to the Umbreon that had come forth. Of course he knew he wasn't as kind as this Pokemon appeared to be, and he was possitive anybody that was in the Horde wasn't either. Scarblade began to speak "Ugh...hello." he started in a deep voice, he had to play it cool if this was a Horde member he didn't want to ruin his chances of joining "Do you know where I can find a Horde member?" he asked in a serious and aggresive tone.

[wynnyelle]

A slate-grey furret with a white face, paws and muzzle saw the trespasser. "Offer your name and reason why you're here, trespasser!" He was a tough-looking furret, heavily built and large with one ear having its tip torn off.

[Ren]

Luna blinked. "Well, I am. And he is too, quite frankly," she answered, glancing at the furret. She sighed. "There are just so many tresspassers today!" she grumbled. She did find it funny how cool the zangoose was being. She thought it was hilarious.

[Steven]

Scarblade was surprised that the Umbreon was a member of the Horde, he pictured that it would be more...violent like he was looking for. Scarblade was about to speak when a Furret appeared. Scarblade chuckled a evil chuckle. "Finally the kind of member of the Horde I was looking for." He turned twords the Furret "My name is Scarblade." the slightly large battle scared Zangoose started in a more sinister voice "And I seek to join the Horde and my reason...to serve them for slaughtering my worthless pack."

[wynnyelle]

"Good, because if you said you weren't going to join the Horde, i would have killed you," said the furret. "I'm Rambler. And the more willing trespassers, the better. We can always use more in our ranks." Rambler glanced at Luna, that umbreon was completely too soft. She would have to do with some toughening up. He'd have to talk to General Slashthroat about her.

[Steven]

Again, Scarblade let out a sinister chuckle. The first step into his dream had been achieved, he had recieved acceptance into the Horde. "Joining the Horde has been something I wanted to do since I was a young one." he said "I want to slaughter the world for what they had done to me." Scarblade could not wait to get started, he wanted to kill a Pokemon for every scar he had and two for the one where his right eye used to be.

[Ren]

Luna shrugged. "Whatever," she said lazily, walked away. "I guess I'll see you around!" she called behind her and was gone.

[wynnyelle]

"I'll bring you to the General," said Rambler. "I myself...well I don't remember anything before I was in the Horde. They tell me I was brought here on a raid. Good riddance to the life I had before, whatever it was, they must've been weak."

[Steven]

Scarblade again couldn't believe that the Umbreon was a member of the Horde but that wasn't the important thing on his mind right now, what was important was serving the Horde and gaining the power he was looking for. "Raids..." he grummbled, the word sounde like music to his ears "Raids are good too, but I would like to know when I can cause bloodshed and pain?" he asked. Scarblade wanted to start a regin of torture and evil so bad, first he thought about heading to the dungeon and messing with the prisoners and then commiting more and more evil, but he knew that his lustful desires would have to wait till later. If he was going to achieve his goal to gain domination over Erymire he would have to cooperate with the Horde fully.

[wynnyelle]

"On a raid, or a destruction mission," said Rambler. "I'm on a job right now to gather up a few greenies and Horders to go on a search and destroy mission. A bunch of prisoners got out, and we've located where they are. Now we have to go in and take them back, slaughtering any who don't surrender."

[Steven]

Scarblade got a bloodthirsty look on his face "I want to go and sink my claws into them." he growled loudly and violently. The battle scared Zangoose had always loved to destroy anything that came in his way, or just destroying and slaughtering just for the fun of it. He hadn't spent those years training and killing for nothing. Scarblade flexed his big claws and let his fangs show, which were signs that he was ready to get started at anytime.

[wynnyelle]

"Let's go. Follow me," said Rambler, "and just an advance warning: obey EVERYTHING you're told to do by your superiors--any captain or general--or elase they'll throw you in the prisons or kill you."

[Starrunner]

Deathstrike walker up to Rambler, "Who is this vermain, Rambler?" she asked, glaring at the zangoose and sizing him up.She turned her atension back to the furret.

[wynnyelle]

"He wants to join, so he's a greenie," said Rambler. "He's willing to join the General's mission. Which is good, because the army for it leaves tomorrow. "

[Steven]

Scarblade bit his lower lip trying to retain himself. If he wanted to go through with his plans and ideas he had to co-operate with them for the time being. He sighed Scarblade wasn't really afarid or anything, he was only here to gain power and if he wanted to he had to co-operate fully. He follwed Rambler and as soon as he came across Deathstrike he straightened up his posture and tried to pretend to be respect. The battle scared, one eyed Zangoose didn't know what to say he wondered what would happen if he said the wrong thing...then his whole quest would be over and he would be a prisoner or sentenced to death.

[Starrunner]

"You call me sir! I am a capitain, and a coleader of the search and destroy team!" she hissed at rambler, she turned and looked at the zangoose. "You are welcome to join the horde. I am Capitain Deathstrike."

[wynnyelle]

Rambler just gave her a dirty look. "Yes sir." If she wanted to take it from here he'd gladly let her.

[Steven]

Scarblade nodded "Yes sir joining the Horde has been my lifes goal." he said in a deep serious tone he did not want to be weak or show any sign of it nor did he wish to show kindess, either way he still kept up his evil disposition. By this point in time Scarblade had really had his mind set on the mssion to get the prisoners, he was already planning what he would do to them and the method of torture he was going to use.

[wynnyelle]

Rambler just followed along, someday he'd have his revenge on that Deathstrike, why she'd gotten promoted before he had was beyond him.

[Starrunner]

"I will take him from here, Rambler, thank you for your help." Deathstrike said to the furret. "Let's go." she said to the zangoose.

[wynnyelle]

"Sir, I'm on the search and destroy as well so I was told to come too," said Rambler.

[Starrunner]

"all right follow me to the meating place." deathstrike said and walked into a clearing.

[wynnyelle]

Rambler headed after her along the narrow trail. He knew where they were meeting anyway.

[Steven]

Scarblade sighed and was thinking about the things he does for power. Scarblade followed Deathstrike and Rambler till through the narrow trail and into the clearing. He was hoping that there was something to kill or some test that involved killing. The Zangoose had been getting very tense with the wait, he thought that he would be able to start on his quest for power as soon as he recieved admindence into the organazation. He shrugged and waited to see what was going to happen here.

They soon neared an area around the side of the Fortress where many pokemon had gathered, a couple dozen. Rambler saw the General feeding on the carcass of a tauros. General Slashthroat stood up when he saw them coming.

"So you found another greenie? Good." He looked Scarblade over. "You've come to join the Horde? You think you have what it takes?" He could tell a willing greenie from an unwilling one easily.

[Steven]

Scarblades body tensed. "I spent my whole life training to join, I am sure I have what it takes." he said. He put a bloodthirsty look on his face, that was one way that the Zangoose said that he was willing to do whatever he can to serve. "This organazation killed my pack..." he said "And I admired them for that." Scarblade looked General Slashthroat in the eyes to show him that he was serious about this descion.

[wynnyelle]

"You will call me SIR if you wish your throat to remain intact," said Slashthroat. "Sir or General Slashthroat. Welcome aboard. You will soon have the chance to prove yourself to me and to your captains and fellow Horders and greenies. I'll be taking us all on a search and destroy mission tomorrow morning to head out into the forest and hunt down and destroy the escaped prisoners--taking back any who come willingly and killing any males, and any females who put up too much of a fight."

[Steven]

Scarblade nodded "Yes sir, that sounds like fun sir." he said. Of course General Slashthroat was very terrifying even for somebody who loved to fight as much as Scarblade did. Scarblade knew that he was going to prove himself real well to everybody in the Horde. He had already taken lives even before coming to the Horde and felt that the search and destroy mission would be simply pure fun. The bloodthirsty Zangoose let out a small sinsiter chuckle and waited for further instructions or directions.
