Zane was behind him. "Yes,sir!"

Rambler awoke and groomed himself hastily. The large, tough-looking slate grey and white furret joined the marching group when the General said they were off. He noticed Deathstrike going along too, and though he marched on behind her thinking bad thoughts, he couldn't help but think she was kind of hot.

[Steven]

Scarblade immeditaly woke up as soon as he heard the voices. He noticed everybody in a group and that they were heading off. Wihtout hesitation he joined the General's march, getting ready for bloodshed. He couldn't wait to watch the escaped prisoners scream in horror when they arrived and he got their claws on them.

"We have a long journey before we get to our destination," said the General, at the head of the line. "I intend to take the long way there because there are a few places I want us to sharpen our skills on first! We'll be heading into some herdlands and killing us a few bits of prey to whet our appetite! Kill all you can even if you can't eat them all, the more the better your skills get!"

[Clif]

From a distance, Miran slowly caught up to the marching group, still in the form of an umbreon, swiftly counting the number of allies in the group, ~Hm...not too small I guess. It depends upon how many we're going after...oh well, we'll have some fun anyway!~ he thought to himself. He gave a glance back at Scythe, hoping that he had been able to keep pace with him, he wouldn't introduce the absol to the General before he figured out which one was in command and until Scythe caught up. The mimic umbreon remained at the back of the marching pack to await the absol.

Also at the back of the pack, Rambler noticed the new umbreon. He looked at him, not sure he had ever met him before. "Who're you?" asked the furret.

[Clif]

The umbreon smirked a little as the furret questioned for his name, "The name 's Miran. Yours?" he asked with a yawn, stopping for a split second to stretch himself out. "So, where are we headed? I heard about this group setting off, but didn't have any details, could you fill me in?" he asked, pretending to somewhat be on the same level of command as the furret, he knew that he wasn't well known amongst the Horde--which he preferred--wanting to get to know who was in the group and how they acted.

Deathstrike walked beside florena.

Inferno walked as close to florena as he could, drinking in her sweet scent.

Florella noticed Inferno walking awfully close to her. She looked over her shoulder and gave him a sour look. "Try not to step on my heels, or get too much drool on my tail."

[Steven]

Scarblade sighed and moved to the end of the pack. As he walked he felt that the group was mentally going to drag him down when the attack on the prisoners stared. He watched as Inferno got all close to Forella. Everything was getting to polite for him. The Zangoose hissed under his breath and continued on marching.

Deathstrike turned her head and glared at infurno.

"yes, sir." he said and backed off from the 2 female capitains.

Scythe had to run very quickly in order to catch up with Miran and the rest of the group. When he caught up with them, he made sure to slow down so that he was at the back of the group and looked around. He had to admit, these Pokemon looked like they meant business and a very dark business at that. Many of them had a few battle scars on them which showed that had more battle experience then he. Heck, one scar couple be for each ten fights or so.

The Absol grinned slightly. He was going to enjoy it here. Sure these Pokemon didn't look like the brightest around but that didn't matter to him. If he couldn't out fight them he could out smart them. Of course, he could always be wrong about them too.

After taking another look at the group he increase his pace so that he was right beside Miran.
"Good morning people." Scythe greeted good naturally, waiting for the question to start coming.

Zane felt the same way about the captains. 'Pampering that fat dog!I'd kick his butt if I weren't crazy enough.' Zane crossed his arms. ' I'll kill him when the time comes....' He continued walking but went back to Scarblade. "You hate the Arcanine too...I can see it. It should be us up there,not that fat dog." he whispered so only Scarblade can hear it.

Rambler could hear Zane's ranting. "You're gonna get yourself killed really quickly that way, stupid. What are you, crazy or stupid or both?"

[†Grovyle†]

Zane thought for a moment. "Neither,why do you ask?" Zane wasn't ever gonna get killed. "Do you know,Captain Florella is not so bad once you get past her bad side."

[Clif]

Miran's ears perked, overhearing Rambler's response to Zane, "Ooh, who's gonna get killed today?" he turned, looking at the furret that had first greeted him, he quickly assumed Zane but he just wanted to know either way.

[wynnyelle]

"Him, if he keeps talking crazy," said Rambler, nodding his head at Zane. He looked at Zane now, "what's with you anyway? You like say one thing crazy and then you totally change what you were saying before. You really are crazy or something."

[Steven]

Scarblade glared at Zane "Listen if you don't stop bothering me I'll kill you myself." he hissed at Zane. He had never met such a punk of a Zangoose. Scarblade glared at Zane "And don't include me in your crazy talk, I don't like you!" hissed Scarblade. He picked up the pace to avoid Zane.

[Clif]

Miran cackled, and turned to Zane, "Not making yourself stand out in a good way, I'm guessing you're a greenie; continue on and you life will be hell if you aren't killed first!" the umbreon had a gleam in his eye, showing his enjoyment of the crazy zangoose, and even more giddy at Scarblade's reaction.

He turned back towards Rambler, "So, what's goin' on with this group? Somethin' important or just taking the weaklings for a stroll?" he paused for a moment and then made a head gesture towards the absol, "He's Scythe, I'm Miran. Yours?" he said, making his introduction short and to the point.

The talking had finally attracted the attention of General Slashthroat. The ursaring turned around at them. "Why you would be following us without knowing where we're even going is beyond me; don't you have other assignments? Well if you don't, and you've come this far, then you're in and you're stuck in. This is a search and destroy mission to track down and rip apart those escaped prisoners, and with luck, that filthy stinking aruseus whom we know is behind it."

Scythe nodded as Miran introduced him to another memeber and a savage smirk crossed his face as he heard what the Ursaring said.

"My, my, this sounds like great fun to me." The Absol said with another dark chuckle. "I best to make sure I'm able to get in front when we get there." He turned to the bear Pokemon once more and asked, "So, do you know where these escaped Pokemon might be?"

[Starrunner]

Inferno glared at the chimcar, "I am not afraid to kill you know." he growled.

Deathstrike glared at the little monkey, "You had better shut up, or I will be on you like a magicarp to water." she hissed, red eyes flashing.

[wynnyelle]

"I know exactly where they are and we're not going there first," said General Slashthroat. We're headed to the fields where we're going to whet our appetite and warm up on a raid on one of the herds. I want to kill me some horsemeat."

[Starrunner]

Deathstrike turned back to the general. "Horsemeat sounds devine, general. Do you prefure ponyta or pyrota?" she asked, looking st the general with red eyes.

[Clif]

Miran chuckled inwardly, liking the idea of getting something to eat first. The reason for his chuckling was the sight of how much the captain agreed with the general, he quickly deemed it as a suck up, keeping his laughter to himself as the group progressed on. Replying to the general, he gave a slight nod, "That sounds good 'nuff..." the umbreon mimic took a pause, asking the question to both of the commanding pokemon, "Where are these escapees by the way?"

"You'll find out when we get there," said the general, grinning. "Oout west of here tucked away in the more open woods. They won't know what hit them when we surround them and slaughter them by the dozens."

He looked at Deathstrike. "As for horses, I'll take whatever I can get my teeth on."

[Starrunner]

"Sound good to me, sir." she said, her eyes turnig a flashing crimson red, she had entered another blood lust.

The downs of Infinisty stretched on right ahead of them. General Slashthroat had been leaving his pack for several days. Now it was time to begin the fun.
