((So much happened while i was gone so i just decided to make Kiara find this place  ))
So this was home. She had fell a little behind but followed their distinct scent. And this is where it ended, but there was no one in sight. She bent down and took another sniff of the ground. Yep, definitely the Zangooses trail. Again she picked her head up and looked around. The air reeked of other pokemon's scents but she still couldn't see anyone. Her crimson silhouette was a stain upon a dark background. there seemed to be no joy or happiness in this place. that was just fine with her. She had no joy or happiness left in her young heart. It was corrupt and that's how it was going stay. Forever. |

ooc: Clif, that's a great idea to bring our characters over to this thread!
ic: Scrappy stopped a little short of Kiara and waited for the others to catch up. Was she one of them? No...he could tell she was not yet shadow. So they would take care of that...

ic: Dalla finally found Kiara. "There you are," she growled. It wasn't an angry growl, just a general growl. The umbreon slipped up behind Kiara. "This is my home, girl. The Fortress." The umbreon grinned.

Chancol slowly caught up to Scrappy, looking at the two other pokemon. He raised an eyebrow, looking at the two new pokemon. "Hey," he called out to get their attention, he didn't really want anything from anyone just a name or so then be on his way.

Ninja landed lightly, folding her wings to her back as she felt the hard ground beneath her claws. So this was to be her new home. She smirked coldly, crossing her scythes. A few stains of red still shone on their glinting surface and her eyes sparkled maneveolently, even the blind grey one with the scar spreading across it.

Chancol began to move, "Then let's go alert the rest of the Fortress of the aruseus' arrival. We can't be caught out here without some protection..." he said uneasily. He motioned for Scrappy and Chyna to start heading back. And whatever that scyther was doing, if he was allied with the shadow, she too should head back towards the fortress.

Ninja glanced at the Aruseus, a small growl escaping her throat. She turned her gaze back to the retreating Pokemon and began to walk after them.

"Whoa." Scrappy saw the scyther fly in. That had been pretty quick. He hoped the scyther didn't dice him up or whatnot. He readied himself to attack if need be.
Alcatraz was making his way through the grass over towards them. There was purpose in his every step. He reached out with a psychic force, aiming to hold them and freeze them all where they stood. " Who is your leader?" asked the pokegod.

Chancol calmed himself down, "If you really wanna know...I don't have a clue, honestly," he said, his feet planted on the floor due to the psychic force that the pokegod released

Ninja kept her jaws shut, getting rather annoyed that she couldn't move her feet. Instead she began to lick the remaining blood off her scythes. Let the Pokemon that didn't just come in deal with it.

Alcatraz knew he could not let them get away. Not yet. He sent out a psychic force to strengthen the one he had already sent out. It would hold them, freeze them in place but not harm them. " I ask you again now, who and where is your leader?"

Scrappy refused to tell him about the Shadowmaster. He would not betray the Horde nor let him know where he might be.
Alcatraz let the force holding them down lift off of them. He really had no will to torture them, torture was something he had always sworn never to do. He couldn't ever bring himself to do it. He lifted off the ground and flew at a blinding fast rate, zipping across the field towards the Fortress proper, tensing his muscles to hold himself steady against the wind.

Scrappy wondered if Chancol knew he'd just damned the aruseus. ^_^
Alcatraz ignored Chancol and the others. What a wimp he was turning out to be, he thought. But after rescuing Sassano and seeing what had happened to him, he couldn't help knowing that all of these pokemon were probably in the same situation. And he didn't know how to cure them, if there was a way to. ~There' got to be a way to,~ he thought.
He zoomed off for the Fortress once again. This time he wasn't going to leave till he'd gotten to the bottom of this.

((Why thank you Wynny!  I just allways end up on when no one is then end up off when everybody is... horrible timing ))
It all had happened so fast. Pokemon began showing up, people started getting angry, then, all of the sudden she was glued to the ground. She couldn't help herself but to get angry. the bloody colored Vulpix tugged at the force that held her down. But it was no use, this pokemon was uber strong. She let a small growl escape her, flashing cold and blood shot eyes at the poke god befor ehe zoomed off. Even when the power to move was given back to her, she didn't. She just let her amethyst orbs wander the terrain and others, The Fortress, hmm? i guess i'll learn to like it, she spat, walkin gaway form the Umbreon. Now where do we go? asked the growing femme. Sh ewas eager to see new things and be given some sort of challenge. Or to even train. Any would be nice. |

" Off to bring you to the enlightenment of the shadows," said the houndoom. He continued into the fortress and went inside its dark interior. He headed towards the rooms of ultimate darkness and evil...where the new pokemon were converted to shadow pokemon.
ooc: It's fine. I get busy too and get buried sometimes. The game will probably cool off a little after these first few days, then it'll be easier to keep up with.

Ninja followed after the Houndoom, already feeling right at home in the darkness of the fortress. "Hmph, I can grow to like this easily," she commented, her blind eye flashing slightly.

Allready done, smirked the Vulpix to the other new recruit's comment. She quickened her pace and followed the two into the fortress. Ooids burned with interest and excitment. As the young pup troted after the member. She didn't know what she was getting into. But there was something inside her pulling her towards this place, making it like her and her love it. It had been almost a week now since she was washed up on the banks of the river. A week since Pyro had died. A week of transformation. But it wasn't finished yet. No, it was far from over. |

The houndoom led them into the shadow room, but the expected shadow transformation did not take place. " What the..." The houndoom could feel that something was not right. Something had happened.

Dalla watched Kiara. The vulpix seemed to be trying to fit in. Ahh well. She would soon enough. "Come on," she said, leading Kiara towards the dungeons. There someone would come and help the vulpix be turned to a shadow Pokemon.

Kiara looked curiously at the room and slowly took a few steps towards Dalla. She noded her head slowly and followed Dalla. What's the difference between me and a shadow pokemon? she asked curiously. Were they stronger, smarter, cooler looking? |

" Shadow pokemon become part of the collective whole of the power of shadows and become even darker," said the houndoom. " but it seems that something has happened and the roos aren't working. You should be shadow now. Oh well...you can still train and become stronger. I'm going to go find out what in the blazes of hell is going on." He headed out of the rooms, the others could follow if they wished.

Kiara noded her head slowly, getting the difference. She wondered what was going on. She did want to know what was up around here, and possibly start getting in on the happenings of the place. She glanced hesitantly at Dalla. But being the independant one she was (and since he mentioned training) she quietly scurried off to follow the Houndoom. She caugh tup and stayed a few paces behind him the whole time, keeping his same rythm. |

Training... hmph, that's all I really wanted Ninja thought as she padded softly after the Houndoom. Become stronger, and then gain revenge for what he did to my eye... and my emotions.

The houndoom made his way down to the lower tunnels of the fortress. People seemed to be gathering there. When he got there he noticed them gathered loosely around a giant hole and talking. The hole was circular, about nine feet wide and looked like it had recently been blasted down into the floor...and just kept going.
" What's down the hole?" said the houndoom. " How'd it get there? Steelix?"
" That damned aruseus came back," said a sandslash. " Now it appears he's destroyed the shadow lord."
