Cave for Four, Please

[glow=red,2,300]"Yes we seem to be indeed, Yinyang" said Drogoth with a small grin, he liked the name too. The grey aerodactyl limped to wall of the cave, leaving a small trickle of blood on the floor as he limped, and sat down and held his right knee. The bleeding had run down his leg where the gash was, but it was finally starting to slow and the gash above his eye closed again. Drogoth muttered something inaudible as he leaned his head back, his long horns supported his head on the wall.[/glow]

Akeer exhaled in relief. At least the fighting seemed to be behind them. Now they could focus more on working together for one another's benefit. Five aerodactyls in one territory, none of them blood-related! This would prove interesting. Outside, the sun rose to its highest setting, signaling midday. The rolling hills burned with summer.

Still upright, Akeer examined their newest addition as he patrolled the entrance. This Frost aero would have to earn her trust, but she decided to allow him to sleep there; however, he'd have to find a place to sleep in the first place. She was still worried about Drogoth, because a gash like that could lead to gangrene, which could cost him a limb. "Well, today's been eventful.." she muttered.

"It has," said Sukun, hearing Akeer's quiet comment. His senses were on edge, ready to catch anything. The sound of the blood dripping off of Drogoth's leg. He was tempted to ask the gray aerodactyl if he was all right, but he decided not to since Drogoth obviously didn't want to fuss over it. The smell of blood awoke a mild hunger. "Anyone care to hunt?"

[glow=red,2,300]Drogoth looked at his knee knowing it was in danger of infection, he suddenly got an idea. The grey aerodactyl blew flames softly from his mouth and onto his wound. It hurt imensly, but it helped stop the bleeding and prevent infection. His eyes winced with pain as he blew fire on himself for a few seconds. The aero grinned rather pleased with himself that he had endured the pain. "I will hunt later, for now I must rest" said Drogoth.[/glow]

"Cool," said Sukun, knowing that would be the answer once he'd seen the large gray aerodactyl start flaming his leg. He cringed a bit as the flames hit the gash. A good idea, but definetly a painful one. He glanced from Akeer to Aero. He halfheartedly flicked his gaze to Frost, but looked back at his friends, not wanting to hunt alone with someone they'd merely just met.

[glow=red,2,300]Drogoth watched the way Sunkun looked at Frost than back at him and the others, he got the message. "Maybe I am up for a hunt, if you want the company" said Drogoth with a smile, as long as he did not have to do the killing, which could prove difficult with his hurt knee, he could keep Sunkun company.[/glow]

"Indeed, that would be pleasant," Sukun said, smiling at Drogoth. He could hunt fine alone, he'd done it for 3-4 years after all, but hey they were sharing a territory, why not hunt together?

Drogoth smiled back, he felt glad that Sunkun was being friendly, Drogoth really wanted him as a friend. He followed the black aero out of the cave, the grey aero had a limp in his walk, but if he took it easy it should heal up just fine. "Just lead the way yinyang" said Drogoth[/glow]

Akeer smiled as the other aerodactyls began growing more and more friendly. "It's good to see you better, Drogoth. I'll stay here and.. keep an eye on the base," Instead of eyeing Frost, however, she glanced at the dark tunnel behind them, but smiled back to them. "Good luck, and have fun."

[glow=red,2,300]"Better? More like bearable" said Drogoth. The grey aero nodded back at the white one when she wished him luck before heading out the cave entrance after Sunkun, ~She'll probably head back into those tunnels~ he thought.[/glow]

ooc: lol whats wrong with indeed? not something i say but still xD;

ic: "Will do," said Sukun, taking off from the ledge of their cave. He flew towards the forest where they'd hunted last time and watched the ground for signs of movement. He smelled the green, flowery scent of meganium. "You like green meat?" he asked, glancing at Drogoth. He liked grass meat just fine, though red meat was perfectly fine too.

"Indeed" said Drogoth smiling to himself, "I'll just follow your lead" the grey aero was interseted to see how the small black one would hunt since he did not have size and strength as an advantage to through around like he did.[/glow]

ooc: Oh lol I never noticed. ^^;

ic: Sukun gave a small click of his tounge in reply and dove down towards the forest. Being small, he easily flitted through the trees thick leaves without much commotion. The megainium began to move, racing through the trees with Sukun after them. The yingyang aerodactyl was faster. He skirted around the trees and as he approached the lagger of the group, a big gangy meganium female, he sent a line of flamethrower at it. A screech cut the forest and Sukun zoomed in for the final blow nessessary to kill the large herbavore.

[glow=red,2,300]The large grey aero flew above the trees observing the small black one as it flew through and amongst the trees, he felt the heat of the flamethrower as it hit the meganium and hear its cry. Drogoth crashed through the tree tops and landed near the meganium, but he let Sunkun finish it off. He stood guard to make sure nothing couter attacked, or no other predator came over. "Nice" he said simply.[/glow]

After Sukun and Drogoth flew off, Akeer stood up and walked towards the back of their base, looking down into the tunnel. There, she sat, every few minutes making high chirping sounds and listening to the return signal. So far, nothin was wrong, but she was still worried about how Frost got in so easily.

Sukun slit the screaming meganium's throat with his claw, ending its life. "Thanks," he said, noticing Drogoth hadn't gone for his own. "Not getting your own ehh?" He began to rip meat off the dead pokemon and eat.

[glow=red,2,300]"I'll eat what you don't want, I'm not too hungry" said Drogoth as he stood with his arms folded standing guard.[/glow]

"Oh all right," said Sukun, remembering that Drogoth had hunted yesterday while he had only eaten a few days ago. He busied himself eating the raw meat. It had a nice leafy tang to it. Green meat always had that unique plant flavor. He decided to try it cooked and let a weak flamethrower crawl over the slab he was eating now. He let it go too long and the pale green meat turned to a crispy black. He chuckled softly and popped it into his mouth. Crunchy. Nice. He tried another one burnt. It was nice compared to his normal raw meat.

Soon the chibi aerodactly had finished. He'd left a front leg and part of the neck. He belched and then said to the gray aero, "Well ahh didn't leave ya much but here you go." He pushed the leftover meat towards the larger aero and smiled sheepishly.

[glow=red,2,300]"Heh, thanks" said Drogoth not minding that there wasn't much. The grey aero stripped the leg clean in one bite, but he ate the neck whole, chopping down the bones and all. Drogoth thought about Akeer for a moment and what she may be up to, she seemed to want to be a sort of leader of their group for whatever reason. Probably something against the Horde. "Hey Sunkun," Drogoth said using his real name because he was being serious, "I trust Akeer, I really do, but what do you think she's up too with the Horde? Or what she could be plotting against them. I wonder if she's trying to use us somehow?" said Drogoth as he grabbed onto a limb of a tree and streched his arm.[/glow]

Sukun took some time to think before replying. "I trust her. And I think she likes having us and friends and I think she also will like having us as friends if we commit to helping her get revenge of the Horde. I know there are a lot of Pokemon agianst the Horde. I think she could really help them get their revenge. She's a good leader and all. I have no idea what she could be plotting, though."

[glow=red,2,300]"Yes there is a lot of pokemon that do not hold the Horde in high esteem, though I hope she holds us as friends for more than our simple dislike of the Horde" said Drogoth. The aerodactyl thought about it as he rubbed the back of his head, "I will trust her, she has given no reason to the contrary" he said with a smile. Drogoth was glad he had someone like Sunkun to talk too, he wasn't a very trusting aerodactyl, but he was opening up to Akeer, Sunkun and Aero. And if it went good like this for another day he would trust them with his life. [/glow]

Sukun nodded. "I trust her. She's senseable and I don't think her hate for the Horde will blind her common sense." He stopped there, surprised at the more scholarly sound of his words. His words were usually bland and childish and when they were interesting no one ever listened. Of course this was the first time in a few years, these last days, that he'd had occasion to talk.

[glow=red,2,300]Drogoth noticed how he sounded scholarly, "Holding back on how articulate you truely are as of late?" he asked with a smile. ~He may be smarter then he lets on too~ thought Drogoth.[/glow]

ooc: What?

ic: Sukun made no reply. He clicked his talons and glanced skyward. He was done talking. He'd let himself open up too much already. Weather they were becoming friends or not, he was still wary of chattering too much with Drogoth.

[glow=red,2,300]OOC: It's a compliment, Drogoth is saying that Sunkun is much more intelligent and well spoken then Sunkun choses to reveal. Though it seems Sunkun did not understand Drogoth's compliment XD

IC: Drogoth smiled, the little yinyang with wings (LOL) seemed to be annoyed by his compliment and he probably didn't get it. "It means your smart" the grey aero said with a smile. He spread his wings and flew back in the direction to the cave.[/glow]

ooc: Oh lol sorry I've been having bad headaches and I was confuzzled...aka too lazy to look up what it meant. ;P

Sukun clicked his talons in reply, not really liking the compliment anyway. It made him feel stupid when he was given a compliment and didn't even know it. He took a moment to think before spreading his own wings and flying after the grey aerodactyl.

Drogoth landed on the cliff's edge before walking into their cave, "Aero, Akeer, Frost?" he asked aloud as he entered.

Sukun landed lightly and followed the bigger aerodactyl in. "Hey," he said, glancing around the cave.

[glow=red,2,300]"Where is everyone?" said Drogoth, his voice echoing of the cave walls.[/glow]

Frost comes bakc into the caves saying "Here i am! I saw fat pidgey, so i killed it and ate it. Then this spearow attacked me, and then i killed it and ate it."
