An Experience

[Thomas]

Rio saw the shadowy figure approaching the little monkey so Rio began to lower himself out of the tree. Within seconds he reached the ground and began approaching the Mightyena while still staying out of sight behind the trees. He wanted to make sure the Mightyena was up to no good before doing what he did to the fire monkey earlier.

Bink slept on for the time being, totally unaware of the danger, since he was well hidden in the water.

[Little John]

"Time to die little monkey....." The mightenya whispered hard.

[Thomas]

Rio waited no longer. He had trained himself in reading others and this Mightyena was clearly in an attacking type position. Rio ran up the tree closest to him as quickly as possible then using Quick Attack, launched himself high into the air and over the Mightyena. Hoping an aerial attack would confuse him and maybe chase him off. Rio used Force Exert again to hopefully injure the Mightyena and possibly paralyze it.

the Mightenya growled. He would not give up prey. He threw himself at the Rioru, but missed and fell in the river.

[Thomas]

Rio regrouped and used Counter to allow the Mightyena one free shot in which he could retaliate with double the power.

[Master Chief]

Claw, a three year old Gligar, was flying quickly over the ground, searching for food. His body was normal for his kind, but he only knew a few attacks, but he hunted nonetheless because he was hungry.

[Little John]

The mightenya jumped up and used a bite on the Rioru. "Time to die."

[Thomas]

Rio flinched and changed his move at the last second. He was afraid that he might not be able to survive the attack so he switched to Endure quickly and awaited the attack, knowing he probably couldn't outrun the full grown Mightyena.

[Master Chief]

Claw came flying out of the trees and crashed into the large mightyena, clinging to it's face. "Argh!!! What?! I hate when I run into things!!!!" he says clinging to the Mightyena's face.

[Little John]

the Mightenya tried to stab the thing with his bite. Then he spit it out then used a scratch attack.

[Thomas]

Rio once again had to shift moves since this move had quickly become useless. He rushed the Mightyena with a Quick Attack.

[Master Chief]

Claw was attached to the Mightyena's face just right that he couldn't get attacked. He screeched and complained trying to figure out what he was attached to. "ACK!!!! A Mightyena!!!" he said when he realized what he was clinging to.

[Little John]

"Ack, get off me you scorpion eye blocker!!!!"

[Master Chief]

Claw did the only thing that came to mind, he used his tail and hit the Mightyena with a Poison Sting. Then he was thrown off and slamed into a tree. "Oww........" he said grumbling.

[Thomas]

Shortly after the attempted poison sting Rio rushed in with his Quick Attack, aiming for the Mightyena's gut to hopefully wind it.

The commotion woke Bink, even though he could not hear what was going on all that well through the water. " What's going on?" Oh dear...it sounded like an attack.

The mightyena was struck in the chest and thrown back, but not enough to really do it much harm. But the poison sting was another matter. The sting got him in the shoulder, and although the poison wasn't enough to kill immediately, he knew he was in trouble.

" Ah hell, I'll take one of you down at least." He leaped at the nearest pokemon, which was Rio, with a Bite.

[Master Chief]

Gligar was in a half daze. He just got a good lump on the head and was off balence. "Oooowwwww........" he said looking at Bink.

[Thomas]

Rio stood his ground and began focusing. He was clearly setting up for a Counter attack. He knew he was strong enough to survive whatever this pokemon could throw at him.

{A mudkip}

Bink watched the Gligar daze his way by. Was this a friend or a foe? He ducked backwards and thrw up his little tiny hands. " Please don't hurt me!"

[Master Chief]

"Huh....... wha? Hurt you? Owww....." Claw complained before falling over on his back. He was in a total daze, lost. Running into a Mightyena and a thrown into a tree had thrown him out of it.

[Little John]

The Mightenya stopped, had more sense and ran away from the barrage of pokemon that were sticking up for the monkey.

[Thomas]

Rio stopped waiting for the attack and sighed.
"Even attempt I made to use Counter ended up getting foiled... Oh well."
Rio walked over and helped the Gligar up.
"Thanks.."

[Little John]

Torch woke up. "So how was your rests? I'm hungry, gonna go get mes a pole."

[wynnyelle]

" So...you're a friend too? Oh, my apologies!" Bink dived into the water to catch him a fish for making it up to him.

[Thomas]

Rio watched as the little monkey walked off, temped to just quick attack it but he decided against it. Too much trouble.
"Try a nice sturdy tree branch for the base of the "rod" then maybe get some kind of string or plants that you can tie together to make the "line". After that all you really need is some way to keep the "bait on there. The Bait is simply anything the fish around here would eat.."

[Master Chief]

Claw was still mostly out cold, barely concious. "Y-y-ou're w-w-wel-come......." he said before falling over again, finally completely out cold. He wasn't very strong yet, and after being thrown through the air, he wasn't in very good condition.

[Thomas]

Rio picked the Gligar up and took him over towards the rock the Chimchar had been lying on earlier. This would give them all a good line of sight to him incase that Mightyena returns.
"Perhaps we could get him some food and water for when he awakens.."

[wynnyelle]

Bink reappeared with a small barboach. He dropped the fish down by the Gligar. " Here you are! Please eat...and forgive me."

[Master Chief]

Claw awoke, but barely. "Thank you......." he said before eating the barboach. "I'm Claw.... I need a nap..... " he said looking for a good spot, he quickly found one in the shade and went to sleep. It wasn't what he was used to, but it was someplace atleast.
