" I apologise for interfering," said Flourish. He wasn't sure he wanted to stick around and see Ares kill any more pokemon. He knew it was a necessary part of life, but that didn't make him want to watch.

Another garmeil fluttered into the area, near Ares. He looked as though he was searching for something.

Ares waited for it to fly into the web. then he had another thought. What if it was Flourish?

The garmeil was clearly not Floursh, thought maybe it would've been harder for another species to tell the difference. The garmeil quickly became entangled in the web. He struggled to free himself but to no avail.

ares scuttled up to the garmeil. "Are you Flourish?" Ares asked bright as day.

Freddy didn't reply. The poison had set in and gone to his brain and nerve cells, addling him before he slowly died.

Ares knew he had made another mistake. He had killed Flourish's brother and now Flourish would never be nice to him. "I'm.....sorry," Ares whispered before scampering off, doing something he had never done before.....crying.

Flourish was not all that close with most of his family members and in fact he hadn't seen Freddy in some time. But still. Flourish cried over Freddy's body as he watched him slip away.

Now not even Scaralet would like him when Flourish told her. Ares's eyes sort of hurt when he was sad. He felt them hurt and he shut them .

Ares couldn't hear them, but they were probably talking of abandoning him. Ares got lower to the ground.
