A Bulbasaur sets off

An olive green bulbasaur of 7 years of age wandered out of the forest into an open field. The sun was shining brightly so he took the oportunity to sun himself. He had dark blue spots and a spot over his left eye. Chip was rather tired while he sunned himself and he soon drifted off into sleep.

ooc: Why hello Steve lol

Sitting up in a tree, a small aipom watched. He narrowed his eyes and wondered what kind of Pokemon the sleeping creature was. He was extremely young, but sneaky. The trouble making kind. He'd snuck off from his family chasing a beautifly, but he'd lost it. He plucked a fat bluk berry off the tree and launched it at Chip.

Chip woke up suddenly when the berry struck him, it was rather annoying but before looking to see who threw it, he ate the berry. After swallowing the sweet fruit he looked up to see a very young aipom, maybe younger than he was. "Hey what was that for?" asked the bulbasaur.

ooc: now what was that lol? ;

ic: The aipom giggled. "You wooked dead so I hads to wakes you ups somehows," he said. "I Sor." He leapt down the tree and looked at Chip. "What you? Who you?"

[steve]

[glow=red,2,300][shadow=red,left,300]Chip smiled, "I'm a bulbasaur, my name is chip, what's yours?" said the little grass pokemon as it took a step towards the aipom[/shadow][/glow]

[fya]

"I Sor," repeated the little aipom. "You wost? I come wif you. I no go home." Sor giggled. He didn't want to go home. He was the only baby and it was no fun. Now, Chip here looked fun.

[steve]

[glow=red,2,300]"No, I'm not lost. I'm just going by myself now" said Chip, "But you can come with me if you like Sor" the bulbasaur added with a smile.[/glow]

[fya]

"Good. I no want see family." Sor really just wanted excitement. If there had been excitement at home, he would have stayed. But his etebossu parents and the others were b-o-r-i-n-g. Boring. "I get on." Sor gave a small leap and was soon on Chip's bulb. He giggled and waved his arms. "You climb twees like Sor?"

[glow=red,2,300]Chip gave a suprised laugh when Sor jumped onto his bulb, "No I can't climb, don't think I ever could. Hang on!" the bulbasaur took off at a brisk jog heading through the field. "I say we get out of here and go do something, maybe we could even evolve if we do enough stuff"[/glow]

OOC: Let's think of a plot, I need help with one.

"I ken climb weally good. Ok," Sor said, holding onto Chip's bulb.

ooc: lol no idea...we can think of someone for them to run into but i dunno....im not in much of a thinking mode

[glow=red,2,300]Chip slowed to a walk through the grass, he didn't mind Sor hitching a ride on him. "Keep a look out for trouble up there, I think there could be some around here"[/glow]

ooc: Meh, I'll thinka something to give this thread a boost............*winks* Ding ding ding I have an idea lol. And no, it has nothing to do with flinging pie.

ic: "Ok," chirped Sor. He could do that. He just had to keep his eyes open. The aipom looked around and after a while he started noticing a shadow that seemed to be stalking them. "Something afer us Chip," he said, pointing a little hand to the shadow in the brush.

Inside the bushes, a slick black treeko watched. He was a shadow Pokemon, from the Horde. It didn't matter -who- these Pokemon were. He'd take them back to the Horde some how.

ooc: Meh, I'll thinka something to give this thread a boost............*winks* Ding ding ding I have an idea lol. And no, it has nothing to do with flinging pie.

ic: "Ok," chirped Sor. He could do that. He just had to keep his eyes open. The aipom looked around and after a while he started noticing a shadow that seemed to be stalking them. "Something afer us Chip," he said, pointing a little hand to the shadow in the brush.

Inside the bushes, a slick black treeko watched. He was a shadow Pokemon, from the Horde. It didn't matter -who- these Pokemon were. He'd take them back to the Horde some how.

[glow=red,2,300]IC: The bulbasaur stopped walking and pointed to where the aipom pointed. "What do you think that is?" whispered Chip, unsure if the shadow could hear them.[/glow]

ooc: eww pecan pie >>

ic: "I no-no," whispered Sor. Really, he wasn't terribley afraid, he was too young to understand danger and trouble. But whatever it was, he bet it was excitin. -That- was something the young aipom did understand. Exciting.

The black treeko watched. He froze and listened. He'd wait them out. When they thought he was gone he'd make a move.

[glow=red,2,300]Chip didn't feel like waiting to find out what it was. "Let's get outa here, it might be bad. Hang on" and with that the bulbasuar took off at a run across the remainder of the field and headed into the forest. He ran around trees and through bushes. Once Chip felt they were far enough he stopped. "Do you see anything Sor?" he asked.[/glow]

Sor wasn't exactly ready for Chip's abrupt take off, and the little aipom would have gone flying if his species wasn't know for it's good balance. With on hand on Chip, Sor was able to stay on. "I see nothing," he said looking everywhere. "Safe!"

Slinking through the trees, the treeko still followed. The young aipom had mistaken him for something else, apparently. He wasn't -that- well hidden.

[glow=red,2,300]"Good" said Chip with a sigh. "I'm getting hungry. Do you know any good spots to forge around here?" [/glow]

[fya]

"Nope," said Sor. He had never left his family's little area before this and they were pretty far from his home now. Chip had ran pretty fast. "I see berry!" Without a thought, he leapt up to the tree that the black treeko was hiding in. He riped the razz berry from its spot and began to eat.

Then, out of the darkness, the black treeko snatched Sor with his hand. He muffled the aipom's screams by holding him hard to his chest. Now the bulbasaur had to see him. He'd lead Chip back to the fortress and throw them both in the dungeons. And he'd have a victory.

[glow=red,2,300]And spot him he did, "Sor!" shouted Chip and he ran to the base of the tree, but the bulbasaur could not climb it. "You let him go!" shouted Chip.[/glow]

[fya]

The slick, black treeko laughed. His eyes were a glowing orange. They had an evil look to them. Sor in hand, he began to jump trees, leading Chip back towards the Fortress.

ooc: This can go a different way if you like...lol

[glow=red,2,300]OOC: Nah this is cool

IC: Chip hurried after the black treeko, unaware he was being led into a trap. He just made his first friend and he did not want to lose him. Chip got view of the treekos glowing orange eyes and it made him a bit easier to follow since the bulbasaur was on the ground.[/glow]

[fya]

The treeko continued to skip through the trees. Sor was an easy Pokemon to carry; he was extremely small and young. Vulnerable. A smile flickered on the treeko's face, and he hurled Sor to the ground.

Sor was totally un ready, he slammed to the ground and hit his head head first. A small shriek, and then a big crack. And then, huh, death.

[glow=red,2,300]Chip cried out in suprise when Sor hit the ground and ran quickly to his side. "Sor?" said the bulbasaur as it gave the aipom a nudge with its nose and could get no response from the aipom that was bleeding on its head. It began to settle on Chip that his friend was dead. Chip did not know what to do, he was very shaken and tears began to well in his blue eyes as his breathing quickened. He looked up at the black treeko and did not know what to do.[/glow]

Laughing. That was what the slick black treeko was doing. He laughed. A cool laugh. And then he was off, scurrying through the trees towards the Fortress, hoping Chip would follow him to get back at him.

[steve]

[glow=red,2,300]The very young olive green bulbasuar shivered as it cried next to the dead aipom. Sor was Chip's first friend and he was too shaken over his loss and to young to to think about pursuing revenge. He looked around and did not know what to do, everything was suddenly quiet and he was alone.[/glow]

[fya]

Not hearing footsteps, the treeko slowed down. He'd wait. He'd watch. He'd figure something out.

ooc: Umm I'll think on a new npc...

[steve]

[glow=red,2,300]The bulbasaur finished patting down the dirt where it layed the dead aipom in a hole it dug. Chip did not want to leave his only friend out in the open. He sniffed and began to walk unwittingly to where the black treeko had went.[/glow]

[fya]

The black treeko watched with satisfaction as the bulbasaur approached him. Exactly how he'd planned it, so he thought.

[glow=red,2,300]Chip was staring at the ground as he was walking slowly. He had lost all sense for adventure and was wandering aimlessly in his saddness.[/glow]
