" It's okay." Ralla should have understood that he was just too young. Maybe next year...
It was not long before a male furret came along, but he was anything but the usual kind of male furret. He was sky-blue, lavender, and white, with cobalt face stripes and bright celebi-green on his upper ears, which had generous tufts to match his long lavender, blue and green bangs. He was also a large and heavily built furret, yet had the look of a youth about his face. He smiled genuinely at Ralla. " Why hello...how are you today?"
He knew perfectly well how she was and Ralla and he both knew it. Still, at least he was being courteous, she thought. " I'm okay...and you?"
" All right. Oh--I should mention my name. Name's Puncher Ootachi. And you?" He was tantalised by her scent.
" Ralla...ootachi," said Ralla, stating the obvious.

As this was going on Speedy decided to take his leave. He didn't really want to be around since he knew what they were going to do. He dove into the water and gently paddled his way through the little tunnel into the cave on the other side. He surfaced and pulled himself up on the rock and layed down to quietly think to himself.

The next day, Ralla woke up. Puncher was sleeping nearby. He was a very nice male, but she really felt nothing for him since she had only just met him. They had mated once...Ralla though had a desire for Speedy that she couldn't deny. She searched for him but could not find him except for a set of his tracks leading to the water. She knew where to find him.
Ralla swam out into the water, remembering the way in. She pulled herself up out of the water and waded up onto the cavern floor. " Speedy?"

Speedy was lying several yards into the cave asleep. Apparently he had just stayed in there for the whole day and had the same plan for the next day. He had no intention towards disturbing the two Furrets..

It isn't easy. I've been posting all day. Also I would appreciate people taking OOC conversations out of the threads and to the Fun Board or OOC board. ic: Ralla noticed the conversation but was too shy to talk to Speedy now. She had hoped to get him alone...so she waited. |

Speedy looked down almost blushing, if of course he could, and trying to avoid eye contact with the two. He was clearly embarassed and very shy.
