A beautiful day

Ralla smelled a rattata and followed its trail. It soon led her to the animal's hole in the ground. " Down that hole is our prey," she said.

"Prey? You mean food?" whispered Harpie, deciding it was ok to talk since Mom had. He looked down. It smelled nice.

[Little John]

"I like food," Snella whispered as she looked down the hole.

[fya]

"Me too," Harpie whispered back to his sister, glad someone else besides him was talking.

" We've got to wait till it emerges, and if it doesn't emerge I'll go down there and kill it myself." Ralla's long, thin body was capable of fitting down the hole.

Puncher's wasn't. He'd have to wait.

"Aww." Harpie wanted to kill. If Mom was going to do the work then why'd he and his siblings come along? It was more fun back at the burrow, anyway. Though this place away from home had a sense of need to be explored.

" Maybe you could bring it out and only partly kill it," said Puncher. " Give the kiddies some practice."

" That sounds good," said Ralla.

"I wanna kill," said Harpie. He was getting bored.

Kiko sighed and glanced from pokemon to pokemon. he walked over to teh edgeof the pool and dove in, he was hungry, very hungry.

Lilly ha dbeen minding her own business, not really paying attention to her siblings and parents. She had just been exploring the world and trying new things out. She had discovered she loved the water and loved the things in the water. She hoped out of the water and shook off a bit. She then smiled and troted over to the siblings and parents who were talking about food or something.

"Be quiet," whispered Harpie, seeing his sister had joined them. "We're gonna hunt." Possibly. RIght now they were getting nowhere. But maybe soon the rat his parents spoke of would come out.

Lilly glanced at her brother and noded, keeping her mouth shut. Hunting on land wasn't what she enjoyed but it sounded like fun. A nice, juicy, wet fish sounded much better then a hairy, dry rat.

"Yeah, food." Snella stared down into the hole.


Bubbles surfaced next to Kiko and shook some water off. "Hey Kiko! Whats going on?" Instead of small little Bubbles there was a medium sized Prinplup.

Kiko sighed and gave a small shrug. "Nothing really, you?" he asked, giving Bubbles a small, sideways glance then glancing forward again. Shock over took his features as he realized what he just saw. Was that really bubbles. He took a double take and glanced at the newly evolved Bubbles. He was speechless.

[Little John]

"Well, I had a good meal, but im still hungry." Bubbles wondered why Kikko was looking at her like that.

Kiko smirked and shook his head, bring his sanity back to him. He cleared his throat and noded his head. "That's what happens when you get bigger, you ahve to eat more," he commented, glancing down into the sparkling water.

[Little John]

"Getting bigger?" Bubbles asked. She was not aware of her change.

Kiko raised a brow and look questionably at Bubbles. "Uh, yea, get bigger. Like, evolve. You know, you evolved so you're bigger and now you have to eat more," Kiko was unaware Bubbles didn't know she changed. He thought you felt like him every time anyone evolved. It wasn't a pleasant feeling but I guess it was worth it.

[Little John]

"Evolved?" Now it was Bubbles who was shocked. She tripped on a rock and fell on the ground. "Your right."

Kiko giggled at the sight and her reaction. How could you not know you have evolved? He turned around and started floating on his back. he gave a small shrug and lanced at Bubbles, "I usually am," he teased, knowing, acually, that he susually wasnt and was usually the one allways asking questions.

[Little John]

Bubbles laughed and jumped into the water. "Lets see what I can do." She rolled Kikko over and pushed him under the water.

Kiko wasn't expecting being pushed under water. He gasped for air and allowed himself to sink under. Once he regained control of himself and turned around to face Bubbles. He crossed his arms and gave her a 'What the heck?' look.

[Little John]

"Come on, lets have some fun!" She swam over and pushed him a little farther out into the middle of the pool.

Kiko sighed and shook his head. He smiled and turned over, swimming towards the center of the lake. He turned around and face Bubbles. He waded at the surface of the water and faced Bubbles, "What'd yea have in mind?" he asked, continuing to wade the water.

[Little John]

"Oh, I dont know. Tag, fishing, etc." Bubbles smiled at Kikko.

Kiko sighed and palced his hand under his chin, thinking. "What to do, What to do," he chanted, floating closer to Bubbles. he then grinned and quickly tagged Bubbles, "Your it!" he smiled and laughed, jumping away from her. He dove under water and began to quickly swim away.

Bubbles took off after Kiko, flying around every rock in their pool like she was some kind of fish. She began to gain on him, using her now larger flippers to gain more ground. When she was close enough she stuck out a fin and smacked him with it, just hard enough for him to feel it.

Meanwhile a small Pawniard was scouring the caves around the waterfall for any young Pokemon that looked like they could be of use to the Olympiad in the mines. So far he had seen noone. Not a single Pokemon, young or old in the surrounding areas. The small scout was beginning to feel frustrated at the fact that he hadn't seen anyone. Luckily for him and unluckily for Snella, he saw the small Sentret/Buizel mix just as she left her parents and siblings to go find her Aunt Bubbles. She was tired of watching the hole and decided it wasn't worth her time anyways. The Pawniard reached out his hand quickly and grabbed the small Pokemon by the neck and quickly placed his hand over her mouth before running away quick enough so that no one noticed he had been there.
