"OOOOOOOOOH......dut!" Snella raced after her family.

While Swiftpaw wasn't the most superstitious of beasts, what he did believe in tended to affect him quite a bit. He finally got his shaking paws under control, and then slid into the water, his semi-prepared meal quite forgotten by now. He swam over to the other side of the pool where Alcatraz and the other pokemon were.

...Even if he still had some major doubts about what he was truly seeing, he just had to find out things. His curiosity would not leave him alone until he did so.

"Dut!" Snella started digging herself.

[wynnyelle]

Ralla looked over at where the pokegod had been, and saw he was gone. " Hm, where'd he go." That was a little weird, as pokemon that size didn't usually disappear in such an untraceable way...

Rambler picked up a clod of dirt in his front paws. It crumbled in his clumsy grip. He started stomping on the clods of dirt, because it was a neat feeling.

Harpie picked up another pawful of dirt and threw it up in the air. It didn't go too high up, but it was high enough for his pleasure. It came soring back down and hit him in the face. He started giggling and shook the dirt off his face.

Swiftpaw let out an oath of surprise when the strange white pokemon just disappeared into thin air. He rubbed at his eyes with his paws - something like that was impossible! Yet it also served to strengthen his belief that yes, it had been some sort of godly being standing there. He climbed out of the water and sniffed the area where the pokemon had been. He found nothing out of the ordinary, but he had to wonder what seeing that strange creature had been all about - a sign of something, perhaps? But what would it have been a sign for?

This reminded him that perhaps he'd gotten a little too comfortable here...he had been slacking off on what he'd originally come here for, now that he thought about it...

The buizel looked over his shoulder at the others. As nice as all the pokemon here were...he didn't feel like he could, or rather should, stay for too much longer. Not while there were still things he had to do. He bounded off into the distance, suddenly feeling a sense of duty fall back upon him...this time coupled with the desire to find that white pokemon again, if possible.

[ooc: yeah, he's leaving the thread for now, though I'm not sure where I'll put him next...I'll find somewhere soon, hopefully.]

ooc: If you want I could create a chara to RP with him.

ic: Puncher had seen the light grey pokemon vanish as well. " Whoa. That's not something you see every day. At least not around here or where I grew up."

" I don't think rapidash do that," said Ralla.

"I have seen rapidash," said Puncher. " that was no rapidash. "

" Was...it some kind of godbeast?" said Ralla. She'd heard of the legendaries, to be sure, although she knew very little about them.

" Whatever it was it wasn't anything normal," said Puncher.

"Mi durt!" Hoshi squeeled, but followed by throwing dirt at her siblings.

[wynnyelle]

Rambler picked up a dirt clod and threw it back at his sibling, giggling. " Dut! Dut!"

Lilly frowned and leaned over, close tot eh ground. She scratched her chin and studied the brown stuff. "Dutt!" she sqeeled in delight. She reached down and let the dirt run between her fingers. It was cool feeling. Suddenly and fell in a thump, getting hit by dirt. Sh eloke dlike she was about to cry. tears sweelle din her eye but they never left the haven. She grabbed at the dirt and tried flinging it back at her siblings, laughing histarically.

Harpie began to waunder away from his siblings. He walked and threw the dirt up in the air and would give a squeal of joy as it came down and hit him in the head. This was lots of fun! He didn't notice that he was slipping away from the group and moving steadily towards the water.

Lilly raised her head from the ground and looked in Harpie's direction as he squeeled in joy. She smiled and giggled at him. Slowly she crouched down into a hunter's position and crept slowly towards him. She moved ever so slowly and quietly. Suddenly she pounced at him, "Rah!" she screamed, falling to teh ground, laughing histarically.

[Little John]

"Why You!" Bubbles launched her self from behind a rock. "Interrupting my beauty sleep with all your yelling!" Bubbles was staring Snella straight in the face now.

Snella cried.

[fya]

"Ahh!" screamed Harpie as he fell forward and into the water. His scream cut the calm air as he made a little splash and went under, waving his paws frantically.

Ralla leaped out in front of Snella and glared at Bubbles. " Don't you yell at my daughter! She's just a baby!" Ralla scooped up Snella in her front paws and nuzzled her. " It's okay...It's okay."

[Little John]

"Sorry," said Bubbles, backing up. "I didn't mean to be rude." Now Bubbles was crying.

[wynnyelle]

" It's okay," said Ralla, softening up a bit. " I just--I just kind of overreacted a little bit. I just want to keep my kits safe."

[Little John]

Ooc:you say this when your kit is drowning LMAOWFOAC.

Bic:"Thanks," Bubbles said. She sat down and thought.

"Harpi!" Snella called out, pointing to the water. "Harpi!"

[fya]

ooc: I think she missed it. ^^;;;;

ic: Bubbles flew up from where Harpie's paws flailed in the water. His body had been dragged under and now only his little grey paws showed.

Ralla jumped into the water after him. " Damn!" She reached for him

[fya]

The splash that Ralla made sent Harpie rocketing to the surface. "TAH!" he screamed, water flying from his mouth. He coughed and screamed and had started to go under again.

This time Ralla grabbed Harpie in her mouth and surfaced with him. She came ashore and set him down. " Harpie? You okay?" Oh, she was a terrible mother!

[Little John]

Snella and Bubbles got closer. "Harpi ok?" Snella asked in a concerned manner.

[Ziskara]

Hoshi had missed the action with harpie, in her excitement over finding and oran berry. She screamed. "Kaaaaaaaah!" The berry was about half her size, and made a good rolling toy. She commenced rolling it about, and only stopped when she accidentally splatted it against a rock. She began eating it, but would occasionally throw peices of the soft, juicy berry flesh around. Some of them hit other pokémon.

Harpie stared around. He coughed out somemore water and rubbed his eyes that had been slightly irritated by the water. "Taah," he moaned, looking up at Ralla. His lip quivered, and then he began to cry.

[wynnyelle]

Ralla scooped him up and held him close. " There there...Mommy's so sorry she didn't save you even quicker than she did! My poor baby. You're okay now..."

[fya]

Harpie burrowed into Ralla's fur, whimpering softly. He was cold from the water and tried to warm up by presssing into Ralla's warm fur.

"Me?" asked Snella, trying to get closer to her mom.

[wynnyelle]

Ralla gave her a hug with her other paw. " You too. I love all of you guys."

Harpie gave a content sigh. He was warm now, but he didn't want to leave Mommy. Not now not ever. She was safe.
