((Ren you got it Chancol doesn't know if they've really made a connection or if they're still trying to send signals back and forth)) The early morning sun easily silhouetted a black charizard that had been flying back to the Fortress--in fact, he had been looking for Luna and Zeelo on specific orders from Chancol. At his back were two other charizard, both of standard color and obeying the forerunner. As the three approached the human complex, the leader told the other two to fly on ahead and settle themselves amongst the ruins while he landed a good fifty yards away from the couple. He had come back from a successful hunt and had his hands covered in blood as he landed, so the distance provided him time to burn up the remaining viscous fluid off of him and lick the rest off of his maw. He finished up just as he almost was upon the two, ashes falling from him onto the ground. "You both are the ones assigned to take out the Scyther, correct?" he asked, his tone reflecting his relatively happy mood at the moment.

Luna hopped up after watching the three flying pokemon and made her way towards the black one. He was the one from yesterday...yes, she remembered. Shame, she should've smelled the blood.
"Yes," she replied quietly in answer to his question. The charizard was in a good mood, she noted. That was good. She took a seat in front of him and wondered why he was here.
She didn't feel as small as she did last time. Sure, the charizard was much bigger than her, and she still admired the dragon pokemon, but she felt a little more important now that he was speaking to her.

Zeelo had woken not long before Luna, but hadn't moved away, not wanting to move her and wake her up. She was so beautiful, just lieing there. So perfect.
He sat up straight as she went over to the Charizard, staying perfectly still and watching her.
(Sorry it's so short, i haven't had much time this week, at least I got to post today =/)

The charizard gave a small nod in response to Luna's confirmation, "Okay, good then. Chancol told me to inform you two that he does have other plans for the scyther you mentioned the other day, yet didn't release any details to me. The only change is that we need you to locate the group while I go with a few of my acquaintances to subdue them; its more of an experiment for him at this point."
Looking back towards Zeelo then again at Luna he continued, a toothy smile appearing on his face, "So, have you done anything yet or should I just report back that you two had been having difficulty rallying a crowd?" he asked, safely inferring that since they were pretty much the same way they were when he left them they had spent more time with each other than working together to complete their assignment.

(Revision for mocks has been taking up moist of my time, sorry)
Zeelo walked over to Luna and stood by her side. "I'm quite on top of the situation thank you," Zeelo replied, polite and fierce at the same time. "You may tell Chancol that we will reach the correct result soon enough."
Zeelo's sharp tone reflected his thoughts; he was angry with himself for letting everything get so built up. His talk with Luna had made everything better again, at least for a little while, but now he was back to square one. The whole Chancol matter would have to be resolved later - right now he had to deal with this Scyther problem.

Luna sighed. Ah, yes. She had almost forgotten...
She glanced at Zeelo, a frown coming to her face. It would be hard for him, she knew. He didn't want to, but he was going to simply because he was told to.
But she said nothing as she returned her gaze to the fire-type in front of her.
((Sorry it's short...don't have a whole lot of time...))

The charizard gave a nod, "Alright, as long as you take care of it promptly, I was told that if you had refused or just weren't able to to take care of the problem that I would be assigned to subdue the grass types," he replied, his gaze shifting from Zeelo to Luna. Picking up on the hybrid's precise tone towards him, the unnamed draconic took note, "Although Chancol has had some patience, I think he has some sort of hidden urgency behind this matter, so if you'd wish to pass it on he would be content with that also."
Despite the fact that the charizard hadn't been told of exactly the plans of the Shadowlord, he had quite the inference stored up in his thoughts. All the while, the same two charizard that had accompanied him on the way into the Fortress had now stationed themselves at the entrance of Fortress, not too far away from the unnamed, Zeelo and Luna. The unnamed at this point was waiting for some sort of response from Zeelo as to how he'd take care of the rogue Scyther when he remembered one last detail, "Oh, by the way I must also inform you that you do not have to kill any of those who have been captured, and in addition if you wish to simply subdue them then as long as they're unable to resist any further by the time you order for their pick up, they'll be shipped down to the Dungeons."

Zeelo's stance relaxed and his face lightened at that last comment. "Oh, well," he said, smiling a bit now and sitting down next to Luna. A confuse ray could sort that out. "Thanks, it'll all be in order soon enough."
(Mwahahaha my muse is... so low XD I can't think of anything to write.)

Luna smiled softly, her eyes brightening. This was wonderful. No one had to die. Everything would be fine.
She nodded towards the dragon. "We'll get to work on it," she told him.

The charizard gave a chuckle as the two canines were more at ease when he mentioned the lack of death involved on their part; of course, killing wasn't completely out of the equation--the unnamed was now the one assigned to disposing of the Scyther in the fashion that Chancol desired. Covering the dark thoughts behind the assignment, a toothy grin was offered up by the draconic pokemon. "When you're finished with your part, let any charizard know here on site, they'll promptly notify me and I'll take care of the process from there. If possible, it would be great if you could have this issue taken care of by nightfall--otherwise I'll be taking over and may not be as merciful as you two seem to be."
Keeping his friendly smile upon his countenance, the charizard motioned forward the two 'zard that had been standing at the Fortress gates behind Zeelo and Luna, "You two, we're heading back, I'll catch up to you guys in a moment--" and with that the two other charizard, one male, other female, took away from the Fortress in a western direction, "--and you two, if you need any help, just call for me and I'll be back as soon as possible."

"We can take care of it, thank you," Luna replied. She was happy he sent the others away; too many charizards in one place made her nervous.
"Should we need help-which I'm sure we won't-we'll be sure to alert you."

Zeelo nodded, but remained silent, letting Luna do the talking for both of them. Thinks should be looking up for them then. Of course, he still had to decide what he would do in terms of their discussion last night - though his mind was at rest now, he hadn't actually made a decision...

The charizard gave a brief nod of understanding, then swiftly vaulting himself into the air in the direction of his two teammates, his figure shrinking quickly into the distance. (Sorry about length, forgot I had to have him exit )

Luna watched the dragon as he left, a wave of envy flowing over her. He could just fly away from the world if he wanted; oh how she wished she could fly!
She quickly removed the thought and turned to Zeelo, smiling. "Well, I suppose we have until nightfall..." she mumbled. She was happy she didn't have to kill anything, but somehow she got the feeling those pokemon would die anyway. That mad her feel slightly depressed.
She let her head lean to the side. Zeelo still looked like that battle was going on inside. She felt partially resonsible, since it was kind of about her. And, truth be told, she had probably made it worse last night.
"Hey..." she said weakly, smiling a smile that didn't quite reach her eyes. She wanted this to end; it was driving him crazy.

He smiled at her, the same almost fake smile she was giving him, but he didn't speak. He watched the shapes disappear in the sky, letting his eyes travel up to the clouds dotted on the horrizon. He sighed. Life was never as easy as everyone made it out to be. Decisions like this really pulled you up short.
Zeelo's ear drooped slightly once he was sure the other Pokemon had left, his confidence not quite as dominant now. Once this decision was out of the way he'd be fine, never mind what his conclusion was. He just needed to get the difficult part out of the way. And apparently Luna wasn't particularly happy anyway.
The hybrid looked over at her again, his smiled more meaningful this time. "Well Luna, I'll hand this decision over to you. What shall we do with the Scythers in question?"

Luna couldn't return the smile; the guilt was too much. She just wanted to get it all over with.
"I don't think it'll be hard," she stated, glancing up at the sky for no particular reason. "We probably won't even have to fight; I think a confuse ray or something of the likes will do. We only need to subdue them." She looked back at him, her face emotionless. "Then all we have left to do is to call one of the charizard and let them take them," she finished. The plan was simple; what the charizard and Chancol do with them was a different story entirely.
She made a shrugging motion with her shoulder. "Did you have a different plan?" she asked.

(Soooooooooooo sorry about late reply!)
He nodded. "Sounds good. And no I didn't have a different plan," he said. But he frowned at her. "Luna, is something wrong?" She seemed so down-beat.
(And sorry for the massively shortness of it. I need to do stats revision so I'm not really in a writing mood -_-)

She put on a smile for him. "Nope~ Everything's fine!" she insisted. It would be much more trouble for him if he was worrying about her. She didn't want that. "Just...a lot on my mind."
She looked up at the sky, watching a flock of pidgey fly over the Fortress.

"Are you sure?" he said, walking in front ot her so he could see her face. There was something wrong, he could tell by her expression, even if she was trying to smile. And anything that made her sad had the same affect on him. Just the look on her face made him feel her pain. He sighed and nuzzled her. If she didn't want to tell him that was fine.

Luna smiled a real, true smile now. When he was close, everything felt a little better. Everything was safer. She would be happy forever to stay like this.
Unfortunately, the world does go on. The lovers had a mission that needed to be done. It was simple, it wouldn't take long. Once it was over, things could go back to moments like these. Maybe she'd go exploring a litte; it had been a while since she left the Fortress. As previously stated, the world does indeed continue on. She wondered what had changed.
She titled her head to look at Zeelo. "Have you ever been to the Rainforest?" she asked. She grinned. "That's where I was born!"
