Oranite is approved.
Flarelass however lacks certain information. Does this evolve from Snorunt or a relative of Snorunt?

Oh my bad. Your right it does evolve from Snorunt. Actually I think I'm going to make a fire version of Snorunt now.
I never knew that Froslass evolved from Snorunt my bad lol.
Where do I put what is evolves from on the info.

Yeah thta's something I should add to the form, lol. You can put it anywhere you like for now.
If this evolves from snorunt like you said, there needs to be a process by which it evolves, because normally it wouldn't evolve from snorunt {it would just become Glalie or Froslass}, and it should not be a fire stone, because fire stones are common and this evolution would have been canon long ago.
