The peace of the downs were broken as Verrou appeared with Spark on his back. With tears in his eyes, he dug a hole in the ground before tossing his brother in. His eyes scanned the surroundings as a battalion of memories pelted his mind. Tears ran down his face as he buried the emaciated corpse that was once his brother.
