Searching for his place

The young male absol Eloi trotted along the forest path, deep in the woods. He had come here knowing there were many other absols living in the area, and he wanted to join them.

[Flay]

Meanwhile, Yuu's adventure to explore had brought him all the way out here to the pace with the big things. Being big was fun. It was then he noticed an absol trotting around and due to his boredom, he HAD to have some fun. He changed himself into an absol shortly after and darted in front of the Absol. "Why are you here, why have you come, why do you think that a stranger can simply trot his way throughout my territory?" Yuu said as he looked towards Eloi, knowing the fun was about to begin.

"I was brought here," said Eloi. "A salamence carried me a long way north but by the will of the pokegods I escaped. Now I know I have a destiny...so I've come to join my kind. I'm Eloi." He looked naively but bravely at Yuu, completely unaware that Yuu was not a real absol.

[Flay]

Yuu nodded as he listened to his story, before shaking his head. "Very well, however, we don't take kindly to strangers, even if Absol. We are not trusting of others, we have a hard enough time with the giants in this area, let alone ones from afar." Yuu said as he circled around Eloi in an attempt to intimidate, after all, he was playing a role. Yuu then sighed and using a paw, pointed directly at Eloi. "You, if you wish to survive and even consider being accepted, must follow my will." Yuu said as he smirked and waited for a moment. "Any questions before you start?" Yuu said with a smile.

Eloi sized the other absol up. He looked bigger, older and stronger than Eloi, who still looked fresh and lanky. "Yes--I'll follow your lead. I've come here for a reason, though, whatever that reason is, and I promise I'm not out to cause trouble. I'd just like to fit in with my kind. I was separated from my mother very young and got raised by a furret for most of my puphood. As for the giants--well they can't come into this part of the forest, there are no trails for them in here. so I would think we're safe from them in here."

[Flay]

Yuu shook his head and growled at Eloi. "I did not ask you to give me your life story. Until you are accepted, you are not my friend so, don't treat me like one. And in this forest, we are fine. It's however when our hunters go out in search of food outside the forest when trouble occurs." Yuu said as he stepped closer to Eloi too further assess his dominance. "I....Am......YUU!!" Yuu growled out towards Eloi while pointing at him. Due to the way it sounded, the wording could be interpreted in many ways. "Now, go fetch Yuu some water and go fetch me some food. Berries will be fine for now until I consider you worth of actually hunting for me. Now go." Yuu growled as he stood there and waited.

Eloi blinked, then looked at Yuu in shock. He had just said several things that turned Eloi completely off to interacting with his own kind. He wondered if maybe he'd have better luck trying another place--and another absol. He backd up until he was out of the other's lunging and swiping range, "Perhaps this is not going to work out. I'm sorry...but this just isn't what I expected."

[Aeroth]

A forest is full of trees, and trees are made of wood and a lot of wood in close spaces absorb sound. Still, a massive sound, like a continuing rumble of thunder, reverberated throughout the forest. Very soon the ground began to tremble, in small unnoticable bursts at first, and then to a constant rumble. All of a sudden one of the giant trees gave a gargantuan shake and the ground tremors stopped momentarily. After a second or two the rumbling started again, and a snake-like trail emerged from the soft ground an instant before a large figure reared up, shooting towards the sky like a rocket before landing on the ground with another shake of the surroundeings. A series of large white, spinning rocks unearthed a great deal of soil and small pebbles in his eruption.
The Onix looked around, shaking his head. "Gyaaaaaaaaoouuuuhhh!!! That hurt! Who put that accursed tree there! Stupid tree! Take that!" With that the white Onix went to cracking his tail like a whip against the trunk of the large guardian tree. "Hahah, bet you wish you weren't there now, eh? Hah!" He failed to realise that with the size of the tree he was attempting to maul, he was having very little affect. It was then he managed to look around, spotting two white Absols standing around. "Aha! I bet it was you who put that tree there, eh small fries? You can't fool me, how dare you!" Qwake bellowed as he rose to his full height, rising on his tail to look more intimidating.

[Flay]

Yuu then stomped his foot into the ground and pouted. "Awww, your no fun, you were supposed to go get me food and such for a bit. Now, I need to find someone else to play with." Yuu said as soon enough, he jumped into the air straight up and reverted back to his form as a Ditto, landing in a soft plop. "Of course it isn't what your suspected, But, don't leave. You might be no fun but I don't like being alone." Yuu said with a big ditto smile as he spun around and did a back flip. Yuu then stuck his tongue out towards Eloi and laughed. He then turned to the snake and sighed. "Yup, us tiny folks all put these huge trees here. That's quite some logic there big guy." Yuu said as he transformed into the Onyx and stood on his tail as well. "Your not the only one that can be tall smart one so Bleeeeh." Yuu said as he stuck out his tongue towards the onyx while in Onyx form.

Of all the possible developments in the next few minutes, Eloi had not anticipated any of this. "You...you're not an absol!" He had never seen a ditto before, all he knew was what he was seeing of it now. It had been an absol, then a blob, and now an onix.

He watched the onix whacking the tree with a bit of curiosity. Just what was he going to get out of that?

[Aeroth]

"So now your mocking me? I know you moved the tree there right before I popped up, why else would you be right there? Now whose lo...loggi...who's the dumb one now? You must really want a beating, small fry! Your ugly mug can't lay a scratch on me!" Q yelled right before opening his mouth wide and emitting a horrible Screech aimed at both the Absol the the copy of himself. He then charged towards his big opponent (The Onix copy) attempting to Tackle him and throw him to the ground with his weight alone.

(Note: Attempt to tackle...)

"He's crazy!" cried Eloi, drowned out by the Screech, though he was thinking that perhaps both of them were crazy. Yes, he had gotten in with some really strange company. He ran and hid behind a veil of vines draped over a tree trunk's aerial roots. From the spaces between the leaves, he watched the battle unfold. His ears were ringing.

[Flay]

Yuu heard the Screech and it rattled his ears. "You big idiot. Try this on for size!!" Yuu said as he tried to think of the moves he knew. The tackle him him however, due to his rock-hard body, it didn't due much. Let's see....mimic, no.......tackle, no.....That move is iffy but OK!! Yuu thought as he soon transformed himself from memory into a Clefairy and proceeded to prepare a metronome. Something strong, strong, strong... Yuu said as the metronome ended and soon enough, he was storing sunlight in his mouth. Solarbeam? Woohoo, this will be a big hit. Yuu thought as he swung himself to back away from the Onix and laughed. "HERE YA GO, ULTIMATE LIGHT OF THE GODS, GO!!!!!" It was obviously a Solarbeam. However, this guy was an idiot so, calling it this would probably confuse him enough to stay there and get hit with it as soon enough, Yuu unleashed a large Solarbeam from his mouth and aimed it towards Q.

Eloi continued to watch, and realise he was really out of place here. This place had nothing to do with his destiny. He was looking for other absol, and the ditto hadn't even been the least bit kind to him.

[Aeroth]

Q was confused when the Onix he was fighting dissapeared. He looked around, only to find it had transformed into something smaller. "Hah, you fool! Something that puny, it's insulting!" He called as he swung his massive tail directly at the Clefairy. He heard as the smaller Pokemon called an attack "Who do you think I am? Light will not affect me, I'm too powerful!" But the Solarbeam fired anyway, but it was not aimed at his tail, it was aimed at his head...which was high in the air. All Qwake had to do was duck, and duck he did...but he didn't realize his head was so big, and the attack grazed the top of his head. He paused, dumbstruck that something so pretty could actually hurt him, and even though he couldn't see it, the horn on his head was steaming.

"Gyaaaaouyaouyaouyaouyaouyaou!!!" Q yelled as he thrashed around. The large Onix stopped and glared at the Clefairy "Just kidding! Like I said, someone like you couldn't scratch someone like me, you're like a tiny fly fighting a mountain! Be careful, because he comes a rockslide!" Q boasted, even though his head felt like it was on fire, he lunged again at his opponent now trying to Bind him. He made a faint that he was going for another tackle, when really his tail moved to wrap around the small fry and trap him so he couldn't transform anymore.

[Flay]

Ok, big attacks shouldn't miss like that again. Got it. Yuu thought as he swiftly dodged the 'tackle' and then was suddenly wrapped around and being crushed. Eck.....I need to get out of this....I know that Absol, this Onyx, a Clefairy, and Growlithe. some Squirtle I met before and....Aha. Yuu thought as he soon transformed again from memory. This time, into a Gastly. He continued to transform now, the Bind no longer affecting him and himself slowly phasin through the Onix. However, when he looked at himself, he gasped. "Ack, I messed up the transformation again, dammit." Yuu said out loud as soon enough, one would notice that he was in the form of a Hot Pink Gastly, messing up the color. He needed to refocus though. "Your getting sleeeeeeeppppyyyyyyyyyy, sleeeeeeppppppppyyyyyyyyy!!!" Yuu continued to mellow out as he was doing a hypnosis attack to attempt to put the big idiot to sleep.

[Aeroth]

(Darn you! lol)

"What? What is that? Ghosts can't hurt me because they can't touch me!" Q said as he laughed and laughed, until he heard what the Ditto was attempting. "Bwuahahaha! I'm not sleepy, I just slept, and with this headache...it's not...possible for me...to...sleep.............now...........hahah....hah....Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz" The large Onix gradually closed his eyes. He slept standing up, so to speak, being an Onix. Q just stayed there, having pleasant dreams. Occasionally he twitched his tail, or spoke something unintelligable. "There's a whole in the world...like a great black pit, for me to put little Pokemons inside of it....Zzzz....and then a big fat Snorlax would come and sit...and I would laugh...'cause it's funny"

Eloi peeked his head out from the creepers. He hoped it was over.

[Aeroth]

Occasionally Qwake would twitch, but for the most part he stayed upright while he was sleeping. All of a sudden he fell over. The crash and the impact had no affect on him, but his own tail twitched and smashed into his head....that did the trick. A small hit like that wasn't enough to hurt him. He became vertical again, letting out a massive yawn, looking around with sleepy eyes. "Bwuahahahah....good sleep. I feel rested....funny dream too" It was then he saw the Ghastly/Ditto and remembered everything.

"I should thank you. Now I feel all rested to pummel you into the ground" He attempted to Tackle the ghost Pokemon, but phased right through and slammed his head into a tree...the same tree the Absol was hiding under.

(Have a feeling Flay hasn't been on...and won't be posting for a bit)

A fruit fell from the tree and hit Eloi on the head. The absol felt sudden dizziness and then fainted, knocked out by the rather hard hit to the top of his head.
