Tigaro's Quest Begins (Closed for Chimchar3000)

[Steven]

A feral cat like Pokemon lay in the flowers of the meadow, relaxing in the sun. Letting out a huge yawn, the Pokemon rolled over on its back yawning again. This Pokemon had dark red fur and dark blue stripes, this Pokemon was called a Tigaro, very brave and noble Tiger Pokemon. The name of this paticular Tigaro was Stripe and Stripe was known to be one of only...if not the only Tigaro left in this part of Erymire because the others had been driven out to somewhere eles in the world due to the species overcrowding. When the pack had been driven out Stripe had gotten left behind. And the young and strong tiger-like Pokemon had been spending his days in the forest his pack had left behind. He went to the meadows for relaxation often and to get away from life in the forest. He didn't have to hunt in this part of the woods because he always had flowers and berries to much off on. That is why he was able to come here and have fun.

Simba was lying in a tree,bathing in the sun like no tommorow. Then he jumped by Stripe. "STRIPE!" He pounced onto Stripe,playing recklessly while practicing stalking skills.
His mind was blinded by adventure at the moment. "Wanna explore some new territory?!"

[Steven]

Stripes eyes opened up "What the!" he yelled completely surprised noticing another Tigaro. Stripe opened his eyes clearly so he could fully detail the Pokemon "Simba!" he yelled happy. He remembered the Pokemon from the Tigaro Pride that had been driven out of the forest, Stripe thougth that he was the only one that had gotten left behind. "Lets go play and exploer and get reaquitanted with each other!" Stripe stood up and streched "I have been resting here bored all day long, it is not even funny." He grummbled.

Simba ran into the forest then waited for stripe.
"Stripe,c'mon let's go swimming for a underground cave!"
He jumped in the water and waited for Stripe again.

Stripe blinked "That isn't fun enough." he said 'I don't like to get my fur wet, maybe we should try tree climbing it would so awsome if we found a cave in the sky!" Stripe said "Or we meet a super strong Pokemon and battle it and win!" Stripe smiled. It was nice to be reunited with one of his old friends from the pride "Simba lets do everything today maybe we can do the underwater cave search, tree climbing, oh and lets dig a deep hole and exploer and maybe we can find ancient stuff!" Stripe was so excited and was ready to play he couldn't stop coming up with ideas.

Simba hopped out the water and climbed up a tree."First we go in a circle in the trees,jump in the lake to search for a cave,dig then everything else!" He was so excited he fell out the tree. "I'm okay,happens a lot!" He got back to his feet.

[Steven]

Stripe sighed. "Wait!" he called out to Simba "Now that there are two of us...we go to get to work, rebuilding our pride!" yelled Stripe 'We both have to evolve and become leaders...Simba remember the day when the rest of our pride got driven out...we can rebuild them and make sure we never get driven out again!" Stripe called to his friend, he was quite emotional about it. For him rebuilding the old pride and evolving would be a life long adventure.

Simba nodded. "Yes!I'm gonna be co-leader...but after that we need mates." Simba used to refuse to try and grow up,but now he was different. "I may evolve soon though! Then we can make our tribe turn against the Horde." He once saw a young Sneasel get eaten because it wandered to far into Horde territory. He was hiding in the bushs and wasn't seen by anyone. "How do rebuild our Tigaro tribe?"

[Steven]

Stripe nodded "Mates." he said "We need to train and get stronger however, and we cannot go and fight the Horde...that will get everybody killed...and he pride will have cubs what will happen to them if we fight the Horde and lose?" asked Stripe. He blinked "First things first Stripe, in order to rebuild the Tigaro and Tigar pride...we must find more Tigaro and Tigar, and mates...hey maybe we should have more cat Pokemon in our pride to help us out more?" he suggested twords the end.

Simba nodded. "Normal Tigaro's would be nice but hybrids would be awesome!Tigaro hybrids!The first generation!" He nodded hard. "And the Horde is evil enough to come to kill our pride..we have to find a spot distant and where no pokemon would venture but Tigaro...." He began to think of places only Tigaro could go. "The quicksand sinks.....our paws our only light enough to cross quicksand!Our pride would be invincible in that area!" He smiled in his quick,yet clever thinking.

[Steven]

Stripe blikned "No, what kind of Tigaro are you?" Stripe said jokingly "You know we Tigaro won't survive there because of the lack of prey!" Stripe said suddenly turning serious "We are forest Pokemon...Tigers, not Sandrew." Stripe grummbled and turned around. He sniffed the air "We have to stay in the forest area, it provides proection for kits...think about the kits Simba!" Stripe padded around. Tigaro were forest Pokemon, naturally Tigaro wouldn't respond to the living conditions of the Quicksand SInks and it would take awhile for them to be able to adapt.

Simba began to hate the idea. "Your right....what about the Rainforest?It's nice there and there are other cat pokemon and........they may have Rattata and more.....maybe even baby Stantler." He knew he couldn't kill a Stantler,but a baby was something Simba could wing."And the kits could live in the trees....." He was running out of ideas. " How bout' we get to evolving then try and figuree this out with better reasoning ability."

[Steven]

Stripe smilled patting his friend on the head with his paw. "That my friend is an awsome idea!" yelled Stripe. Stripe listened for a moment "Sure lets get to evolving...but remember Simba we gotta train to evolve." said Stripe. He looked around and thoht for a moment, the young tiger Pokemon did not have many ideas for ways to train. Stripe certianaly didn't want to pick a random fight with another Pokemon, that would cause tremendous problems especially if the foe he had picked was too strong for both him and Simba, if that happened there goals would be stopped right before they were even complete. After a short moment of time, an idea finally came to him "Hey...Simba how about me and you battle?" asked Stripe "We are going to battle and battle till we both evolve!"

Simba thought hard. "YEAH!THAT IS GONNA BE SO MUCH FUN!" He ran far away from Stripe and got in his battle position. " He readied his position.

[Steven]

Stripe smiled and got ready to battle. "Here we go my first attack, Ember!" yelled Stripe. He shot a small bolt of flames at his friend and then ran to the left "What are you going to do now Simba?" asked Stripe. He had never seen Simba battle before and he didn't know how strong he was.

Simba smiled. "Fire Spin!" He jumped in the air and turn the embers into cinders. "Let's go Stripe!BITE!" He climbed up the tree and pounced over Stripe. "C'mon,Stripe,you gotta do something!"

[Steven]

Stripe growled as he was hit by Simba's attacks."Oh yeah its Mr. I like to jump all over trees and stuff!" Stripe jumped after Simba and he launced himself "Flamethower!" he was rolling in the air while using Flamethower. Begining to unleash a combo. He soon was turned into a flamming fire ball heading twords Simba. "Try to stop me now!" he yelped.

He waited for an idea. "Flamethrower!" He copied his every move except one detail inside he was using Bite,for when they clashed he would bite him on the nose.

[Steven]

Stripe yowled as the two slammed into each other in midair. Stripe hit the ground landing on his two feet. His nose bleeding, all signs of playfulness started to fade as he began to get aggresive, somewhat like Tigar's. "Oh so you want to play that way huh?" he yelled. The young Tigaro snarled and was about to leap when suddenly, his body glowed. Reforming, he took the shape of am orange Persian like Pokemon with black stripes. He smiled "Oh yeah, I evolved!" he growled. Then he leaped at Simba, using a Crunch attack.

Simba began to rage on as he was bitten. "RAGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" He began to glow and take the form of Stripe. "Well,the fight's purpose is over now so let's talk about rebuild the pride." He began to shake Stripe off of him.

[Steven]

(OOC- Yeah, before that we maybe should annouce it on the OOC board and post a link to the Tigaro's infomation thread so people will know about them...And we got to remember we may have other cat Pokemon in the pride to, so it would be stronger, we should weed the details out in a PM.)

Stripe hissed turning back to his friendly demanor "Alright." he said letting out a growl. He wasn't to happy about the biting and such and thought that Simba had gone way out of poportion with his attacks. "So we already know where we may set the pride up, but we have to decide if there is going to be more cat Pokemon than Tigaro in the pride." said Stripe "It would make the pride stronger but also could defeat the purpose of our conquest." he concured clearing out his throat in the end. He wrapped his tail around his body and yawned a bit.

Simba began to think. "We may have to have more cat pokemon....where else will we find other Tigar and Tigaro?" He began to think harder.

[Steven]

Stripe blinked "We gotta figure out where the pride ran off to." The young Tigar smiled. He walked up to a tree and stood on his hind legs "I still cannot reach that apple on the third branch still on the tree!" he yelled. Stripe pushed down on his hauches and shot himself up "Ayahoo!" he yowled as he flew threw the air. Crashing into the leaves, he caught the apple in his mouth and dropped to the ground hard. "Agh...Simba you eat apples?" he asked as he was very dazed. His jumping incrased a bit, maybe too much. He only wanted to get up tot he third branch but instead he jumped a few inches over the branch and it caused him to hurt himself while landing on the ground with a big thud.

Simba stood on his hind legs and slapped down an apple.
"Yep....." He ate the apple and reached the 3rd branch.
"I basically think they would go to where all Tigaro would.....maybe Erymire?"
He had heard of the place once.

[Steven]

Stripe looked at Simba. An anime sweat drop came from behind his head "We live on Erymire you twit." He said giggling a bit at his friend He walked forward and swatted him with his tail "But they are not going to be anywhere in the Rainforest, remember the pride got exiled out of there." He told Simba.

Simba had never really paided much attention to his parent's lectures. "Maybe........so many places......my head hurts." He plopped onto the floor. "You think more like a Tigar than me.You try figuring it out." He really needed to study old Tigar engravings anyway. "I'm such a dim witted Tigar how could I get a mate?"
