Erika was bored. And when Erika was bored, trouble was just around the corner. She was always wandering to and fro looking for something to do. She grabbed a berry off a nearby tree. "I'm so hungry, I could beat a Munchlax at an eating contest!" she thought.

"HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!" a voice shouted, running into Erika. An eevee with black tints in its fur blinked at her and turned his head to the side. "When did you get here?" he asked, blinking. Suddenly, a berry hit his head. "Idiot! You ran into her!" another eevee exclaimed, walking up. She looked mad. The male looked frightened and hid behind Erika. "Save me," he whined. "You big baby! Get out!" the female called. "Nu-uh!" the male exclaimed. His sister sat down and glared at him. "I'm sorry, really..." she said to Erika, looking up and softening her facial expression.

"It's okay," she replied. Those two Eevees were rather amusing.
"This could be interesting..."she thought. "I'm Erika." she said with a grin.

"Look Brain! Look at all the tasty berries! All plump and shiny and juicy..."
Pinky's booming voice faded out as he reached to pluck a shiny red and green spotted berry from the limbs of the bush.
"No Pinky!"
Brain reached out and closed his beak over Pinky's, clamping it shut before he could eat a berry. "These berries are toxic!" He squawked, releasing Pinky from his grasp.
Pinky shook his head feathers and gave Brain a questioning look. "How d'you know that, Brain?"
Brain frowned. "These distinctive spots, they indicate poison." He explained. "A single one of these berry could have killed both of us!"
Pinky looked impressed. "I'm lucky you're so smart Brain." Then he hung his head. "I'm sorry."
Brain then noticed the other pokemon. "Just try not to get us killed, and don't say anything stupid!" He hissed.

The two eevees smiled at Erika. "I'm Dawn, and this is my stupid brother, Shadow," the female introduced. Then the two were startled when Pinky and the Brain showed up. They looked at the pokemon with interest. "They're odd..." Shadow whispered to Erika.
((Author's Note: You don't know how many times I wanted to put Eriko, which is my Flareon pack leader character. Forgive me if I put that.
AND ALSO: Pinky and the Brain! Oh my goodness gracious! I remember that show! I'm old, I know, but that came on when I was little. (Wait...I'm only 14...I'm not that old...)))

Erika looked around. With this bunch around, getting bored would be impossible. "Would any of you like to have a berry-eating contest?" she asked.

"Ooooh! I do, I do, I do!" Pinky exclaimed, bouncing up and down on one foot and giggling with glee. The laughter was cut short when Brain clamped his beak over Pinky's. "Quiet Pinky! Or else I will be forced to hurt you." He hissed, and aloud to the other pokemon, he said. "Erm, what my friend means is, we don't have time for your silly games."
((LOL! Yeah, I love those guys.))

"What? Are you saying that you can't even beat me? You even have two heads! You'd probably have an advantage." she said with a smirk. "Well, I guess if you don't want to..." She took a bite out of an Oran berry.

"Afraid to lose!?" Brain huffed, insulted. He eyed the young Eevee dangerously. "Very well, I'll play your game."
Pinky erupted with giddy laughter. "Oh, this is going to be such fun, Brain!" He cheered.
Brain just stared straight ahead, not uttering a word.

"Alrighty." she said with a grin. She gathered as many berries she could carry in her arms and started to make even piles. "Whomever can eat the most berries or finishes eating first wins. Let the contest begin!" Erika started shoving berries into her mouth, chewing and swallowing as fast as she could.

Shadow stuffed various berries into his mouth too. Dawn, on the other hand, did not partake in this. "He's gonna choke," she told herself, staring at her brother. Sighing, she laid herself down in the grass and watched.

The moment the word was given, Pinky thrust his beak into a pile of berries and stuffed them inside until his cheeks bulged. Sputtering and spraying berry juice all over Brain's feathers, he managed to swallow the berries whole before going in for another big beak full.
