personality: He is a bit fiesty, but most of the time Dome thinks himself a charmer. Sometimes he may use his cuteness t his advantage and others just try to sound smart. Despite this, he is a bit more aloof around females and more cocky around males.
history: Lived a happy life with a big family of eevees. The thing is he lived with only sister and was the only male. There was a point wher he couldn't handle all the girlyness in the family, even though some where very mature, but he wasn't, and he simply left on his own without a word. He never regretted though. Not yet.
