OOC: Can me Houndoom like the Ninetails?

The savage Houndoom was now up with them. A scar was across it's right eye, and had bright, crimson eyes.

Zodiac looked at it, then at the Fearow.

[Omega]

"Well, I don't quite understand the term 'breaking'," replied Sombra.

[Pidgey]

Fearow glared down at the little Murkrow. "You're coming with me. Fly ahead, where I can see you." He commanded. Raven did as she was told, and rose into the air. Fearow flew right after her.

[wynnyelle]

The ninetales thought she heard reluctance in his voice and glared. "It's when you get the spirit out of them! Many if not most prisoners start out much too strong willed. It's our job to beat the will out of them and make them obey! Once they're obedient, then they can be put to work."

[Omega]

"Ah, I see now," replied Sombra, "And if they think they're too strong, break whatever else they got?"

[Jaemon]

Zodiac blinked twice. "Will that happen to us?" he asked.

[wynnyelle]

The ninetales leaned in closely to Zodiac. "Only if you disobey orders or threaten the Horde or the your general doesn't like you." She grinned.

[Jaemon]

"Oh. Ok." replied Zodiac.

[Pidgey]

Raven beat her little wings quickly to stay ahead of Fearow. He made her feel quite uneasy, so she kept out of range of his stabbing beak.

Fearow seemed able to sense Raven's uneasiness, and he called ahead to her. "You'd better hope our General finds a use for you!" He squawked. "Otherwise, you'll make someone a tasty dinner!"

[wynnyelle]

the ninetales yipped with wicked laughter. "Come on, let's take them to General Slashthroat now!" She began to lead the group on towards the Fortress. "Oh, and it's too late to change your minds, weaklings! Anyone who tries to run now will be taken down--and we start eating you BEFORE you die!"

[Jaemon]

OOC: This is what the Houndoom I'm playing looks like.


A Houndoom guarded the entrance to the fortress. He saw a group approach, plus two birds flying. He rose to his paws.

[Omega]

"Yes," said Sombra, "Take me to your general."

[Jaemon]

Zodiac started toward the fortress.

[wynnyelle]

ooc: Sure your houndoom can like my ninetales, lol. You don't need my permission for your characters to like/dislike anyone!

ic: The ninetales led them straight down a narrow path of barren dirt. The path of bare dirt parted the grasses, giving evidence that it was a frequently used trail. "General Slashthroat! We have some greenies for ya! Picked 'em up by the southern border just dickering around. Claim they want to join the Horde."

A nasty-looking ringuma turned around and stood tall over them. He had a bunch of nasty scars including a torn ear and a scar across his forehead. "Greenies, eh?" He looked them over. The umbreon and possibly the flaaffy were the ones that looked slightly promising. The others, well, they'd need more work, but they had potential too, once they evolved.

[Omega]

OOC: What's a Ringuma?

"It would be an honor to serve under your leadership, my general," said Sombra.

[wynnyelle]

ooc: Ursaring.

ic: The general gave a gruff sort of laugh, although he didn't smile. He just flared his lips a little, exposing large, sharp, somewhat yellowish teeth. "Good. You can start by getting your lousy tails into the Fortress. Captain Sliverpaw, you take them all down to the prisons. We need some new breakers now that the old ones have moved out to pursue the remnants of the rebellion. And I want these greenies where we can keep an eye on'em." He looked back at the ragtag group. "That's right, ya gotta prove yourselves and not pull any shit. You fool around or talk back to your superiors, you die. We rip throats out first and ask questions later. flesh is cheap! Understood?"

"Yes, sir," said Carni, trying hard to hide his terror. He had rarely been so scared in his life.

[kratos]

((Can I have my Eevee/Absol hybrid play some role here?))

[Omega]

Sombra showed little terror. He knew that if he just kept a straight face and obeyed orders, he would be fine. "Understood, general," replied Sombra, faking eagerness.

[Jaemon]

OOC: Who is Captain Silverpaw?

Zodiac looked at the Ursaring. He hadn't seen anything so revolting in his life.

[wynnyelle]

ooc: My ninetales. And it's Captain Sliverpaw not Silverpaw.

ic: "Yes sir, right away sir." Sliverpaw looked at the unwashed rabble she saw before her. Well, that was what they were in her opinion, just weaklings from the outlands. All from the outlands were weaklings. "Come with us." She led them down into the Fortress itself.

Carni headed in after her. Inside it smelled heavily of many pokemon, and very faintly of urine.

[Omega]

Sombra looked around the dank, unkempt, fortress as he followed his new captain. He then looked to the ninetails, "Our duty is to break some unruly prisoners, I take it?"

[Jaemon]

OOC: My bad xD

The Houndoom, by the name of Dusk, greeted Sliverpaw. "Prisoners, or members?" he asked her.

[kratos]

Elly walked up and saw the large fortress. She could see the guards walking around and knew if she got too close, she could be captured, so she kept her distance.

[wynnyelle]

"Greenies," said Sliverpaw. She barked at the newbies, "follow me and Dusk and we'll get you down to the prisons where you can start practicing your skills. Don't worry about how many you kill, there's always more. If you get killed by a prisoner, oh well, that just means you were too weak for us to start from."

[Jaemon]

Dusk laughed a little. "Oh, and don't mind all those bones down there. We'll clean those out sometime." said Dusk.

[Omega]

"I'm sure we can handle," replied Sombra.

[Jaemon]

"Maybe." said Dusk.

Zodiac looked at Carni. "Think we'll live?" he asked.

[wynnyelle]

"If you can't handle it, we'll enjoy eating you," said Sliverpaw.

"Yes," said Carni, looking over at Zodiac. "We wouldn't have done this if we thought we wouldn't live."

[Omega]

"Are we near the prisons yet?" asked Sombra, "I'm eager to make some kills."

OOC: Make a thread in the dungeons when you're ready.

Elly made the foolish mistake of wandering closer, trying to see what was happening.
