Name of species: Ampiifear
Elemental type{s}: Grass/Dragon
Size: 6 to 8 foot long by 2 foot wide at the largest point. 7 to 9 foot wing span.
Method of reproduction: Eggs - usually in a clutch of two to three.
Description/Appearance: A large serpentine creature covered in scaly feathers with two large feathery wings. They are a distant relative of the Dragonair and shares many similar qualities. They can come in a wide variety of colours, but are often seen as being light blue or teal. Its long tail is very muscular and is used for constricting prey. Unlike Dragonair, Ampiifear have large jaws that closely resemble those of a snake.
Disposition: Very placid, but a force to be reckoned with if angered. Has a close bond to plant life and sees itself as the protector of the Jungles. It will fight to the teeth to restore the natural balance if it is broken. Very hard to take alive if attempting to capture, as they prefer death to captivity.
Habitat: Preferably jungles, but can be found in many other places as long as it is not too hot (I.e. The desert) or cold (I.e. Arctic), there is abundant prey and there are trees of some kind.
What does this pokémon eat?: It is omnivorous, meaning it will eat anything. It must eat meat at least once every couple of days, though.
How common is this pokemon?: Uncommon in its native habitat, rare elsewhere.
