Aryll
Species: Taillow Age: fledgling Gender: female
Description:
A little swallow like bird with blue, red and white plumage. Her wings are graceful and long, giving her wonderful speed and agility in flight. She has a long, forked tail, which lends her excellent turning and maneuverability.
Personality:
Like all Taillow, Aryll is very brave, often holding her own against even the biggest of pokemon. Those who get to know her well will find that she is a kind soul, with a healthy sense of humor.
History:
During the flock's migration to it's winter grounds, Aryll became separated when a strong windstorm blew her off course. She has since found her way here. It is unclear whether or not her family is still looking for her.

Keenai
Species: Pidgeotto Age: young adult Gender: male
Description:
A hawk-like bird of prey armed with a hooked bill, wickedly sharp talons, mighty wings and superior eyesight, Keenai is a fighting force to be reckoned with.
Personality:
Confident, and a bit headstrong, Keenai will never back out on a challenge. The young Pidgeotto is constantly searching out strong opponents, in hopes of becoming a stronger battler.
History:
Native to the land of Erymire, Keenai was born to Pidgeot parents. He was the first out of their four chicks to break out of his egg shell, and he has been first ever since. First to fly, first to hunt on his own, and first to leave the nest. He has since spent his life wandering the skies of Erymire, searching for territory of his own, where he and a mate can settle and raise chicks.

Warbeak
Species: Staraptor Age: adult Sex: male
Description:
A large hawk-like bird of prey with gray and white plumage. A distinctive crest of feathers crowns his head. Warbeak is a large bird, even compared to other members of his species, and is a very strong flier.
Over the upper mandible of his beak, he wears what is known as an Iron Beak. The Beak was fashioned from the steel feathers of a Skarmory, and presented to him when he was made General. Now, he uses the weapon against the Horde.
Personality:
Though he was once a very different personality, today, Warbeak is calm and confident in his abilities. He has faith in the Crusade, and in the good of Pokemon. He is a strong and bold leader, but he is also wise and patient. Every one of his actions is carefully premeditated.
History:
Deep within the bowls of the Fortress, a Starly was hatched by captive Staravia, only to be snatched away and drafted into the ranks of the Horde. He was christened Warbeak, a warrior's name, and raised as a servant of the Horde.
As a Starly and a 'greenie', Warbeak was eager to prove his worth to his superiors. Though he was small, he had guts, which often impressed the higher ups. They even commented that, if it had not been for his small size, he would make a fine Captain.
Years pass, and the eager greenie becomes a respected and powerful General. Warbeak has evolved into a Staraptor, and his vicious battle tactics have evolved with him. He is widely regarded as one of the most vicious leaders in the Horde, and is respected and feared by many of his subordinates.
Warbeak would have spent his life with the Horde, continuing on with his wicked ways. But, on a trip into the dungeons, he came beak to beak with his past, and a horrifying reality; his own mother. Beaten and broken, she could still remember her own son's face. She called out to him in a weak voice, and somehow, he was guided to her.
At first, Warbeak thought he was staring at a pile of old feathers, calling his name. But when his mother managed to prop herself up to look into his face, he knew instantly who she was. He could only look on in silence as she told him how handsome he had become, and how she wished she could have brought him into a peaceful world, so that he could have had 'something else to live for, besides bloodshed.'
Something deep inside the General changed that day. Though he tried to deny it at first, his mother's last words had moved him, and he decided to honor her request. He spent the next several weeks planning a massive jail break with the prisoners, and even some of his Horde followers that he had managed to turn.
But, some sly pokemon informed the other Generals of the plot. At first, they did not believe that Warbeak would turn on them, but acting on the suspicions of the informant, they secretly monitored Warbeak, and they were ready for him when he put his plan into action.
While they were trying to free the prisoners, Warbeak and his team were confronted by the other Generals of the Horde, along with their subordinates, and a great battle followed. In the end, many prisoners were able to escape, but Warbeak barely escaped with his life. He sought refuge in the forest, and was cared for by a Chansey until he had recovered. He is now recognized as an enemy of the Horde.
He has started up the Crusade to continue his efforts to end the evil of the Horde and bring peace to Erymire.

Arrow
species: Spearow age: fledgling gender: male
Description:
A small bird with a comically over-sized beak, Arrow is instantly recognizable among a group of his peers, even from a distance. Aside from his bill, there are no other features that set him apart from other Spearow. His feathers are usually ruffled, and a few even broken, since the young bird does not bother to preen himself. Upon close inspection, it is possible to see scars on his body, old wounds inflicted by a bully, but these are usually covered by feathers.
Personality:
Arrow is quiet and timid, for a Spearow, a species that is known for being aggressive. This is due mostly to the harsh treatment he endured as a chick, growing up with an oddly shaped bill. His physical differences made him a popular target for mean jokes and cruel pranks. Arrow avoids contact with his own species, instead seeking out the company of other Pokemon.
History:
Life for Arrow was difficult, as a chick. His physical differences - his large bill - made him a target for bullies. Even his own family resented and tormented the young bird. His parents encouraged their 'normal' children to pick on him, and Arrow was often left with scrapes and scratches.
Arrow's parents were ashamed of their son, and his freakish beak, so they never allowed him to leave the nest and learn to fly, or else the rest of the flock would see him and bring shame upon the family. So as his brothers and sisters learned to fly, he just sat and watched, always wondering what was waiting for him over the horizon. A better life, perhaps?
One day, when the flock was out gathering berries, Arrow saw his chance to abandon them. He spread his little wings and tried to fly, but due to his inexperience, ended up falling to the earth. Fortunately, he was rescued by a passing Chansey, who had lost her egg, and she took the young bird in.
Seasons passed and Arrow's wounds healed nicely. The young bird finally learned to fly, and bid goodbye to his adopted mother to seek out other pokemon who can accept him as he is.

Sora
Species: Articuno Age: elder Gender: female
Description:
A graceful blue and white beauty with an elegant, flowing tail, Sora is a sight to behold. Many pokemon find themselves captivated by her beauty, and gaze with awe as she soars high above their heads. Her deep brown eyes seem to sparkle with the wisdom and knowledge she has accumulated during her long life. Her plumage seems a shade lighter when compared to that of a younger specimen. She is also slightly smaller than the average Articuno.
Personality:
Kind and gentle by nature, this benevolent Legendary Bird will not hesitate to help a Pokemon in need, even a complete stranger. Though she prefers to find a peaceful alternative to fighting, the Articuno will use her powerful Ice-type attacks to repel foes if necessary.
In her younger years, Sora enjoyed traveling, and has been all around the world. These days, her tired old wings carry her through the skies of her native Erymire, and she rarely strays far.
Since the death of her mate, Sora has been lonesome and longs for the company of other Pokemon.
History:
Born to an Articuno pair in the High Reach Glaciers in the middle of a Winter storm, Sora spent her chick years in isolation, with only her parents. So she believed that she and her parents were the only pokemon in the whole world.
But as she grew older, her parents told her stories of the world beyond their icy roost. Sora was fascinated, and as soon as she was old enough to leave the roost, she set out to see this amazing world.
She spent several years wandering the world's skies. She encountered many creatures, some of them friendly, and others not so much. Then, she encountered a fellow Articuno above the Arctic Circle, and the two became mates and went on to raise a chick of their own.
The small family passed a good life together in their wintry lands. But shortly after their son left the roost, Sora's mate fell ill, and died leaving her on her own.
After bidding her mate a fond farewell in the traditional Articuno fashion, Sora set out to find her son, but she has found her way back to Erymire instead. She plans to live out the rest of her life in her homeland.
