Description: Ruby looks very much like a normal Chimchar. She's slightly shorter and plumper than most, but other than that, she's a perfect example of her species. Her eyes are very bright and shiny. they always reveal her emotions, not matter how much she tries to hide them.
Personality: Ruby is very good-natured and goofy. She's quite easy to get along with, and almost never gets angry. One thing she can't stand is when other pokemon don't want to play with her, and then she'll start crying and asking them why they don't like her.
She loves to climb trees, the higher the better, and is absolutely fearless when it comes to dares or dangers. However, she's terrified of drowning, and refuses to go near water.
History: Ruby was born in the Berrytree Groves. She never knew who her father was, but her mother takes care of her enough for two parents. This often makes Ruby somewhat rebellious and eager to show that she can take care of herself.
She believes that she'll never leave the grove; she loves climbing and swinging from the trees and eating delicious berries year-round.
