Skyla was looking up in the sky to. "Yeah they can but she is gone she won't be back at least not for a while we should get going so you up to spending the night in my burrow" she asked as she turned around and slowly headed to the tree that she hid her berries in. She grabbed the bag than turned around and waited for Pechina.

Skyla smiled at pechina. "Son't worry you won't have to my den is in a tree I hope that is ok though I grew up in a whole in a tre I just don't feel comfertable any where else" she said as she headed to her den not to far away. After about 15 minutes of walking slowly so Pechina didn't fall behind she came to her tree. It was a rather huge tree that toward above most. She climbed up the tree and climbed in the whole she dumped the Pecha berry's right next to the Oran berries and put her empty sack by the door. She than stuck her head out of the whole and her smile stil in place waited for Pechina to climb up. "Need any help"

Pechina looked way up at the tree, then tried to climb it, but she was a poor tree climber due to her size. "Um, yup...need some help. I can't climbs trees."

Skyla climbed down the tree and gently grabbed her by the scruff and started to climb. "Dig your claws into the wood and push up I'll help but I can't do it by myself"she mumbled through a mouthfull of fur.

Eevees did not have retractible claws, so they were somewhat blunt. Pechina did her best. The trouble was she had nothing to grab onto. Her limbs were so small. "I's trying!"

Skyla tugged her up another inch it was hard but she would do it "User your claws to dig into the bark it's the only way you can climb up" she mutterd still hanging onto Pechina She tugged her fur agian moving her up one more inch they where really cose to the whole only 4 more inches to go.

Pechina tried to do it, but she got maybe a few steps up and then tumbled down to the ground again. First, though, she fell on Skyla, then rolled off her and landed on the ground. "I can't do it!"

Skyla paced on the ground She hated sleeping on the floor she had to think of something. Her eyes pritend as an idea hit her. She climbed up the tree slowly digging her nail in and scrapping a spot every inch where Pechina could hang onto easily. After she made them all the way to the whole she climbed down again. "Ok try it know I made a bunch of spots that you can grip your paws into use them and I'll behind you to push you up ok"

Skyla fidgeted nervously she had never slept n the ground. She sighed and layed down beside her friend. "Ok I'll sleep down h..he...here withyo..you f..for ton...night only o..o..ok" She asked nervously. Her ears where constintly twiching for any sound Her eyes wide with fear as the sounds of night began o start. She was terified that the ghost would come back to.

"I will help you, little one." a voice said from the shadows. An umbreon walked quietly out of the shadows. "I am Moonshadow." she said and walked over to help the eevee up the tree.

Skyla herd aother pokemons voice and jumped. She looked at it woridly. But than in amazemant it was an evolved form of an Evee. "Pechina don't worry go ahead and sleep in Moon Shadows den and we will meet in the morning" she smiled climbed up the tree grabbed something and climbed back down. here have a snack it's your favorite a Pecha Berry" she smiled

Pechina took the berry that was her namesake. It was a small one, even, perfect for her. "Thankies." Her short fluffy tail wagged quickly. "Thankies much!"

Skyla smiled than started to climb up the tree. "No problem Pechina sleep well" she said as she disapeared in side her den. She started to organize her berry's than when she was finished she curled up in her bed of moss and was soon fast asleep.

(OOC: Hope you don't mind me jumping in here. ^^ I was unsure what to say starting a new thread, so I'd feel more comfy jumping into an existing one  ) Higher up in the tree, within a tightly made bolus nest of twigs and leaves, a young pokémon huddled in a small ball, her delicate paws folded over her nose. An unusually high rate of noise and chattering had been going on for what felt like hours to Perri, and she flexed the toes on one forepaw idly, examining her claws in the dim light. Although her species was not naturally nocturnal, long months spent in darkness had sharpened her vision, and she made use of what little moonlight reached her shelter to make sure her weapons were in order. <I'm so hungry...will everything be okay? Are they all gone?> She could smell the sticky sweet scent of berries in the air; firm plants bursting with juice and ready for the taking. But was it completely safe, even if things had quieted down? Perri couldn't take chances, not with her unfortunate coloration. <And there were eevees out there, I can smell them. An eevee wouldn't be adverse to eating someone like me if they were hungry.....oh dear, what do I do?> Flicking her ears in agitation, the yearling plusle poked the tip of her muzzle slowly out of her nest, sniffing the cool night air. <Perhaps the eevees are gone. Maybe if I'm quick and careful, I can get myself a nice Oran Berry, and then bring it right back up here...> With one last look about her, Perri leapt swiftly from her drey and unto a near branch, racing down the tree as fast as she could. <I can't give any predator the chance to see my fur. Just one little sparkle, and they'll be all over - > Her right forepaw, crippled in a youthful bout with a vulpix, suddenly crumpled beneath her, and the young plusle scrambled for the tree's trunk, desperately trying to maintain her balance. <At least it won't be a long fall - I've already come down a long way - but I can't injure myself again. It's a wonder I've already survived this long...another broken bone would surely insure my death. What am I going to do, what am I going to do, what what what what what - > Panicking, Perri cried out in instinctive fear as she tried to halt her descent, possibly alerting anyone around to her presence... (OOC: Preferably something that's not going to eat her, though. I only just started playing this character! ^^; ) |

ic: Pechina couldn't believe what she saw up there. A Plusle in a tree! She'd never seen one climb a tree before and now she saw why. The 8 inch young eevee yipped from the base of the tree, "Skyla! Somebody's stucks in the tree and gonna fall!"
