Name of species: Secumbrah
Elemental type{s}: Electric/dark
Size: Size varies greatly, but usually between 50 and 80 feet tall. Older Secumbrah tend to be larger than younger ones, and males are much larger, at around 70 feet tall, and females are about 50 feet tall.
Method of reproduction: Sexual. The females are pregnant for several years before bearing young, and they will bear many young in their lifetime although few survive to reproductive age.
Description/Appearance: Secumbrah bear somewhat of a resemblance to an ampharos, in both of their evolutions. They are light grey to dark grey or greenish-grey in colour, and some have hair on their heads, the only place on their bodies that bear hair of any kind. Some have dark stripes while others are uniform in colour. Instead of flippers, they have three-digit hands with long claws.
Secumbrah evolve once, at a young age, through battle or stress. The pre-evolution is called a siskah.
Disposition: Secumbrah are savage and bold in nature. They live in clans of up to 100 or so individuals that engage in frequent and bloody warfare with each other. The clans also meet often to trade food and females.
Female secumbrah have no status in their society. They are treated as possessions and for making and raising the young.
All siskah are given one-syllable names when born, this starts with a consonant and ends in a vowel for females, and starts and ends with a consonant for a male. When a siskah male evolves to a secumbrah, he changes this youth name to an adult name of usually two or three syllables. female secumbrah never receive this name; they keep their siskah name, and when they come of age and are taken as a mate {they have no say in whom they are mated to} they take on that male's name as a suffix to their own. If she is traded to or stolen by another male, her name changes accordingly.
Habitat: Secumbrah inhabit anywhere from open forest to any other open area. They are nomadic, wandering many miles over the course of a year. This is how clans frequently bump into each other and often begin fighting over resources. Unlike the ampharos they are related to, secumbrah have a territorial streak.
What does this pokémon eat?: They are omnivorous and eat practically anything animal or plant.
How common is this pokemon?: They are uncommon and slowly growing rarer. Due to unknown reasons, they as a species are slowly growing weaker with every generation. A few thousand years ago, they grew much taller than they do now and had more surviving children.
