Meditating (OPEN)

[Jaemon]

Calm winds blew through the Mountain Forest. The little hybrid Riolu meditated in the calm scenery, hearing every sound that happened. The hybrid's wings encircled him, like a blanket. His devil-tail, waving gently in the wind. The Riolu's eyes blazed open. His wings opened up, and braced himself. The Riolu had felt vibrations on the ground, and the wind had changed a bit. Something was out of order, and it was coming. The Riolu didn't know what was coming. It could be something large, like a Charizard, or just a little Catterpie. Either way, he'd be ready to see what was coming. He saw the bushes move infront of him, and looked intensly at the bush, all his senses alert.

[Ren]

"OUCH! That was my foot, stupid!" a male voice hissed from the bushes as they rustled more. "Maybe if you didn't have such big feet then I wouldn't have stepped on it!" a female voice shot back. They bickered for an instant more before the female said, "Look! Your yelling annoyed that pokemon over there!" The male seemed offened. "You were yelling too!" he whined.

"Shut up! He'll hear us!"

"How much you wanna bet that he already knows we're here?"

"Stupid!"

"Not stupid!"

Then there was a sound like someone pushed another and an eevee came rolling out. He shook his head as if to regain his composure and looked around. Then his eyes met the hybrid and he gulped. "H-hi buddy!" he greeted nervously.

[Jaemon]

The hybrid Riolu blinked at the Eevee. The hybrid relax a little bit, but was still braced. He looked at the bush from where the Eevee had come from. The hybrid walked past the Eevee, and looked into the bush. He didn't quite catch the full shape of the pokemon, but he knew something was there. The hybrid walked back a bit, about two feet away from the bush, and waited for the other pokemon to come out.

[Ren]

"Come on out, sis!" the eevee called towards the bush. Another eevee gracefully and shyly walked out. In the light, the only difference between the two was the hint of black in the male's fur and the female's bold green eyes. The male's, of course, were brown. "Hello," the female greeted, carefully sitting next to her brother. The eevee twins looked up and smiled. "What are you doing out here all by yourself?" the female asked after moments of silence.

[Jaemon]

The hyrid Riolu looked at the twin Eevees, with their bright green eyes. "Meditating..." answered the hybrid, getting ready to meditate again.

[Ren]

"Ooooooooohhhhhhh! COOOOOOOOOOOOOOL!" the male exclaimed. "I wanna meditate too!" he added excitedly. "Stupid, you have to be quiet to meditate," he sister informed him. He stuck his tongue out at her, although she simply ignored him and turned back to the hybrid. "We're sorry for bothering you...Oh! What's your name?" she asked.

[Jaemon]

The Riolu hybrid looked at the female Eevee. "...Jaemon." said Jaemon. He blinked, now looking at the two Eevees. He started to meditate again, but kept some of his focus on them, too.

[Ren]

The male started to say something when his sister steped on his foot; rather hard, I might add. He whispered an "ow!" as she gave him a look that said "Be quiet!" So the two patiently waited.

[Jaemon]

Jaemon stopped meditating, and looked at the two Eevees. "What, is your name?" Jameon asked, looking at the two curiously.

[Ren]

"Well," the maled started, standing up on all fours, "I'm Shadow." The female remained sitting, though. "And I'm Dawn," she replied, smiling politely. "Nice to meet you!" the two said at the same time, though it sounded weird because one was shouting excitedly while the other was quiet but happy. These two were odd...

[Jaemon]

Jaemon nodded. "Nice to meet you, Shadow and Dawn." Jaemon leaned against the tree he was beside, and folded his arms, a common pose for Riolus and Lucarios.

[Ren]

"What are you anyway?" Shadow asked randomly. "That was rude!" Dawn hissed. Shadow immediatly pulled his feet in so she wouldn't step on them. "I'm just curious! I've never seen a pokemon like him before!" he returned. "So? I bet he's never seen your kind before either!" she shot back.

"Eevees are more common!"

"So? Maybe his kind is more common where he's from!"

Shadow groaned. "I can't win with you!" he exclaimed. Dawn simply sat down happily as if she had really won the fight. "Ignore my brother," she told Jaemon.

[Jaemon]

Jaemon nidded. "You fightt constantly... no?"

[Pidgey]

((I hope you guys don't mind me jumping in. I'm just looking for somewhere to start this game. ))

The noise of voices stirred the napping Pidgey from his slumber. With a slight groan, Ace shoved his head under his wing, in a vain attempt to drown out the noise. But the voices still rang loudly in his ears.

Removing his head from beneath his wing, Ace peered down through the branches at the noisy pokemon on the ground below. Two little Eevees, and...the third? Clicking his beak thoughtfully, he gazed at the big one for a moment. Curious looking beast he was; Ace had no clue as to what species he was. Not that he cared at the moment, the creature was keeping him from his sleep!

Clearing his throat, the little bird squawked his disapproval. "Do you mind!? I'm trying to get some sleep up here." He ruffled up his feathers and continued to peer down at the three, waiting to see if they would even respond.

[Ren]

"Oh! Sorry!" Dawn exclaimed. "We didn't mean to wake you," she said. Shadow didn't seem to care if he woke the bird or not. "You're a grouch, aren't you?" he grumbled. "Shadow!" Dawn cautioned.

Jaemon tilted his a bit at the two Eevees, then turned to the Pidgy in the tree, saying nothing.

The two eevees quickly responded to Ace's complaints. One, the girl, was polite and seemed genuinely apologetic, but the boy...

Ace's brow furrowed slightly at Shadow's rude remark. "You try flying 6 hours non-stop, and come talk to me." He shot back. Ace was not at his best right now, otherwise he would have been much more polite.

[Jaemon]

Jaemon blinked at the bird, then looked at Shadow.

[Starrunner]

Storm entered the clearing. ~I think this will be be an aceptable place to meditate~ he thought and then she noticed the other pokemon."Great..." she whispered.

[Pidgey]

Ace clicked his beak thoughtfully. Perhaps he had gotten off on the wrong wing with these pokemon. He spread his wings and lazily fluttered down through the branches, coming to rest on one of the lower limbs of the tree.

"Let's start over." He suggested, shuffling his wings. "My name is Ace." He told them, with a nod. "And what are the names of you three?" He asked politely.

[Starrunner]

Storm stepped forward and whispered, "I am Storm and I am Trying to meditate."

[Jaemon]

"Jaemon." said Jaemon. Jaemon sensed another pokémon near by. Jaemon turned toward where the pokémon was.

[Starrunner]

Storm looked at him and asked, "Do you meditate?" she was sencing a peacful auora around him.

[Pidgey]

Ace gave a slight nod. "Good to meet you both." He replied. Then he busied himself with preening his chest feathers for a few moments, at the same time debating whether or not it would be rude to ask Jaemon what species he was.

[Starrunner]

Storm waited for the hybrid to anser.

[Jaemon]

Jaemon nodded to the Ralts. "Indeed, I do meditate."

[Starrunner]

"As do I, can we find inner foucus together?" she asked

[Jaemon]

"We can try." replied Jaemon.

[Pidgey]

Ace watched the two pokemon with interest. 'Find inner focus...what do they mean?' He wondered to himself.

[Starrunner]

Storm set herself up to meditate on the rock next to jaemon.
