Life In the Center of Darkness

The aura that emanated from the Shadowlord quickly restored the stamina of any of the shadow pokemon that were in the area, except for the ones who were dead. Slowly yet surely the results weren't as fatal as some would have thought. Many 'zards and dragonites still stood, yet they knew that the fight was going to be a little harder than normal.

"Man this is harder than I expected." Vince said as Smooth and Frost flew overhead. They flew down too Iv. Smooth said too IV while shooting a ice beam at the dragonites, "I got word from some people that were trying too break the prisoners of the horde out. Me and Frost will assisit. Now My Ice friends!" Tons of ice pokemon came and shot ice at the dragonnite. Smooth then said, "Today we claim war!"
(Smooth is a Articuno, the guardain of ice, and Frost his assistant, that is ice type Aerodactyl)

Many charizard had thawed out the dragonite the instant they were hit, and each dragon continued their assault on the articuno, while the dragonite attacked the aerodactyl. Chancol knew that with a long time the slow recovery of stamina and strength would help out, but it seemed like the Horde were very slightly outnumbered. Dogs of fire began(houndoom, arcanine, etc.) to swiftly rush through as many ice type pokemon as they could that arrived by ground, using flamethrower on any and all pokemon, knowing ice's weakness to fire.

Chancol purely observed the battle from one of the bell towers, thinking about a strategy to use against this large force. Maybe destroying their incentive to attack the fortress might weaken their morale, yet cause them to become angrier than before, which would provide a clouded state of mind. So many other choices wandered in and out of his head, knowing that providing a strategy was the only way he could help the Horde at the moment. The dark green charmeleon sat at the edge of the bell tower, sighing as others arrived from the back of the fortress, increasing the numbers on the side of the Horde. Hopefully, the shadowlord's aura would affect any of the light pokemon in the dungeons and in the Fortress, since the aura had an effect that weakens light, and changes their alignment from the Light to the Dark, of course, this effect needed a while to take effect, but it worked, as a few prisoners who were formerly of the light dashed out of the prisons, attacking any light pokemon that were coming in through any of the few ground openings.

Smooth flew into the, knowing one last move before he fainted, frost saw the move coming and just flew onto a gaint rock and spreaded out his wings too take in energy. A powerful blizzard followed by a whirlwind hit the shadowlord while frost toke sore and used dragon breath too make a combo. vince saw chancol on thTower bells, and thought he and that charmelon looked even matched. He jumped on one of the charizard and got on the bell tower. He then used a flamethrower followed by a firetire.

Amira just stood calmly. Little had affect on her. Her attitude was stubborn and wicked. She gave a small smirk, the dark aura growing darker. The Horde member’s eye would adjust easily to the darkness, while the other’s eye would not. If anything, the haze would sting their eyes, because they were not shadow pokemon. She sent a mental message to the psychic pokemon keeping guard in the dungeons. Their emergency plan went into action. The psychic pokemon in the dungeons quickly began teleporting prisoners and guards to the secret, designated spot. Soon enough, all the prisoners and guards would be safe in another region.

“Maybe I am their leader, Regice.” she smirked. Her ghostly form floated silently in mid air. The chaos around was ignored by her. And how dare someone interrupt their conversation. With a slight growl she used psychic on the Articuno, aiming to send him flying into one of the standing walls. She turned her attention back to the Regice, “I warn you to pull your troops back now, or suffer, watching the ones who look up to you die” she growled. After a few moments the psychic pokemon, who teleported prisoners away, began to return. With the signal from her mind they began randomly grabbing at enemy lines, teleporting them other places throughout Erymire. There they would fight them and finish them, returning back to only grab another. This would decrease their numbers and cause confusion.

Glitter came running back with a sopping wet Vaporeon It gasped when it saw the destruction.
"I got Hydra!!!" said Glitter feeling proud of herself. Hydra just stared at the madness. She finally manage to whisper.
"What happened here then?" she whispered.
"We have no-idea. Its a massive fight between the Horde and anyone standing against them," replied Jade. Orbit had her eyes glued on the Shadowlord.
"Shes causing all this chaos! Pokemon are dieing and she doesnt care!" Orbit said, growling.
"Its ok Orb, we can help stop this!" said Jade in reply. She turned as she heard a sound from behind. Thistle came running back with a Flareon and a Jolteon following. However Thistle wasnt an eeve anymore; she was a Leafeon. Behind her the two pokemon where argueing but when they saw the chaos they stopped immediatly.
"What the HELL is going on???" said the Jolteon, Sparky.
"A battle between the Horde and the light pokemon," responded Jade. Sparky nodded and the Flareon, Flare, stepped forwards.
"We can do this!" she said, sounding determined.
"Bet you I can kill more than you," said Sparky. Flare growled.
"No you cant," she replied.
"Yes I can."
"Cant."
"Can!"
"Cant!"
"CAN!"
"CANT!" and so on.
"Guys just shut up!!!" said Jade.
"Look we have the type advantage on anything that comes. Except for the fact me and Jade havent evolved yet that is. We need to spread out and WORK TOGETHER! That goes for you as well Sparky. And you Flare! Now split up and aim for a pokemon your strong against. Freeze come here, we need you to help too!" said Orbit. Her fur was going darker as she spoke and she seemed slightly taller. They all split up and formed a large semicircle with IV in the middle and started attacking anyone they could. A Leafeon, a Glaceon, a Vaporeon, a Jolteon, a Flareon and three eevees all began attacking the Shadow pokemon after Orbit shouted "NOW!!!"

(I SO want to bring in Rayzor in this but if he comes everything will end no matter how many reinforcements you bring. If this post goes on too long then tell me and I'll get Rayzor to end it. PLEASE!!!!!!!)

Sturdy saw Zane. He jumped off the Skarmory and attacked Zane. He noticed the skar on his tail and stopped. Zane saw in his eyes that he was his brother. They just looked at each other knowing everything. Sturdy then looked at Zane with a smirk, they looked back at each other with a smirk. Zane then said. "Amigos! Here!" And all the 9 amigos came. Sturdy looked at Zane and everybody else. "Looks like you did well picking a clan Zane." Sturdy says and then walks off using a tri attack making look like was supposed too hit 9 amigos and it dident. But Vince Dident go down. He Yelled "Im busy!"

[Vorpal Blade]

"I only care that the Horde ceases to exist. Casualties must be made if the world one day shall be perfect. I will not give this army any orders, so called 'Shadowlord'," spoke IV. He could feel the being's power buzzing through his mind. She was indeed strong, but if he could not be defeated, what was there to fear? He returned to his icy sphere, bowling it over an amount of Horde members.

Smooth Had gotten a headache, and shot a ice beam at the shadowlord. Out of the distance came a white trainitar and it use hyper beam along with some other regular colored tryaintairs that hit the horde. "Smooth, we saw you heading out here so we came." The tryaintair said too smooth.

[Darkfire]

I know that feeling! There's a new Shadowlord. Now that it has guided me home, I shall devastate the Horde's enemies! Was thought, just before a Hydro Pump was shot down at the incoming Tyranitars. From the source of the attack...was a long lost member of the Horde. Shade, a Shadow Lugia.
Be eliminated, Pokemon of the light! He shouted, unleashing a massive Shadow Blast down at the Pokemon fighting the Horde.

Chancol wasn't alone, his ditto look-alike stepped out from the shadows, and with a deep breath a flame matching his dark green tail-flame jetted out of his and the ditto's mouth, countering both attacks sent at them. The two watched for Vince's next move, both were toying with them. The aura from the Shadowlord kept them at ease due to their unfair advantage.

Vince called "Max!" And a Magby that was helping him earlier came up. Where he was red, he was black. Vince then used a fire tire hitting Max up while max did a flip and used a double kick too hit both ditto and chancol.
The white tryaintair dident get hurt by the shadow blast, becuase it used a moved it called the latern. It recharges the light pokemon, but he is very weak now. He then used another light move, called the angels mist. It also makes light raise up, but he then fainted.

ooc: woah, where did this new move come from? The only reason the dark aura rejuvenates others is because before the Shadowlord was a demon that gave it's last powers to Amira. Otherwise unless its an actual move its invalid. Nothing in the rules says that fan-made rules are allowed. If I'm mistaken then I apologize ;D. Also A regular tyranitar is considered a 'light' tyranitar anyway, the title 'dark' exists because it is -dark-.

ic: Chancol and the ditto dodged, not attacking any further than needed. The longer they could keep these two pokemon distracted the better, for it required more energy to attack rather than avoid.

[Darkfire]

Shade began to use a rapid succession of Shadow Blasts, going with speed and strength into the light forces. But quickly, he realized he had a better move to do the same thing.
Take my Shadow Storm! Shade exclaimed, blasting his wings, creating a Shadow Storm, going directly into the center, damaging every light pokemon there. He made sure to keep the attack going, to create maximum damage.

OOC: Shadow attacks are real, check serebii. Under the Attackdex, not the D/P one.

Max looked at Chancol, and all he did was watch his moves. He sees a pattern. They want him and Vince too waste energy. He then grinned and gave mean look. Vince saw his plan, and used a smoke screen.

(He was reffering to 'Lantern' and 'Angel's Mist.' Funny how no one said anything about a spiky Ancient Power or a rolling ball of ice yet. In any case, I vouch he keeps the moves, but that seems 2:1)

The last crushed were the Psychics. Then the ball of ice collapsed, unable to hold up after so many attacks battering it. IV immediatly resumed his old tactic of firing Zap Cannons at his attackers. He couldn't help but notice something at the corner of his eye. A glowing Geodude? It didn't take more than that thought to detonate the random explosive. Many others dotted the battlefront. They must have came with the Tyranitars, because the unconsious ones were pulled away by Larvitars.

Chancol and his imitator shrugged at the mean look and decided the more smoke the better, and added their own smoke to the forming smokescreen, making the large cloud, much larger. They sat there, just waiting for something to happen. The ditto and charmeleon were actually pretty good buddies ever since Chancol had evolved, they had practiced and developed combination attacks that worked pretty well together.

Max knew he couldent use a smokescreen, but he knew he could make one. He shot a ember into the bell following a double kick. out of the then came some smoke, and vince then used fire tire up the bell and busting it, making metal peices fly everywhere. Max got hit by one, but the next one was hit by a fire punch.

Erm, a bell cant be destroyed that easily... and is fire-tire even a move?

The bell would be replaced eventually, the humans who had inhabited the Fortress a long time ago had the right of mind to keep a small stock of bells underground. As the metal pieces flew Chancol jumped and dug his claws into the outer building, letting the metal fragments fly out from the four arch-shaped openings. Unfortunately being on the outside of the bell tower wouldn't provide much of a chance of getting back in, so the duo began to descend, using two out of their four sets of claws to keep close to the building and before they hit the ground they pushed off in order to diminish some of the downward force.

[Darkfire]

Shade kept up the Shadow Storm attack, and noticed Max and Vince having broken the bell. He smirked, and shot some Shadow Blasts at them, once Chancol and his friend were a safe distance away.
Some Pokemon are just more irritating than they're worth... Shade thought, referring to Vince and Max.

[Clif]

Chancol gave a respective wave to the shadow lugia, grateful for its assistance. Stretching his back, he watched above for Max and Vince to leave the bell tower. Slowly they backed up and separated a little, so they could go after if the enemy decided to exit out of either of the two openings that kept one inside the Fortress.

Vince and Max fell off the bell tower, while blade the absol ran to cacth them, and did. He then felt the power and felt good. 'Wow, this power is awesome!" Blade says eviley. He was a horde member for the first 3 years of his life, and he took in some of dark aura. He then looked at the Shadowlord, and knew she was the shadowlord, becuase of most pokemon were ordered by her and everyone was trying too take her out. He then used rage, and his whole body was full of black stripes. He yelled. He then run really fast towards her and used a flamethrower on her, but yet, the flamethrower was bigger and black.

ooc: worse place to be buddy. Horde haven't forgotten, unless you want to have your character die, then please leave. ^_^ if any thing the dark aura would have re-affected Blade. Unless you're willing to submit to the shadowlord, then pulling power from her isn't going to be possible.

A charizard quickly intervened with the attempted attack, his own flamethrower--not needing to pull additional strength from the shadowlord-- negated the absol's stream of flames. The 'zard chuckled at the absol, wondering if that was all it had.

[Jespeon]

Hydra the vaporeon examined the ditto and Chancol. She reared onto her back legs and squirted a thin jet of water into the air and made a loud and very high pitched whistling sound. Not long after a group of the water beings ran towards there fellow and asked why they were required. There were ten of them so as Hydra finished explaining the problem, eleven vaporoens turned towards the fire duo and advanced on them. Hydra used a bubblebeam to surrond them all so the fire pokemon couldnt come near them. As they got close they popped the bubbles in the space in front of there mouths and aimed hydro pumps at the two charmeleons.
