Chancol saw that Chyna had one for her own and turned back around to the pidgey that he had disabled. He decided to put the plump bird out of its misery by cutting its throat so it would die quickly. "Well this is much better than rats," Chancol stated, grinning and dragging his kill over to where Chyna was.

Scrappy headed along with Dalla to the dungeons. " Why'd you want to come?" he asked her, just casually.

"Because I'm hungry and Raker is my friend," growled Dalla. "I could ask the same of you, sandshrew." She couldn't remember his name, so she simply called him by his species.

Chyna slit her pidgey's throat and smiled as the blood rushed out of the dead pidgey. "Yeah, really. These things have too many tiny bones though..." She wasn't terribly fond of birds, they often had too many things to swallow by accident and choke on. But they were better then stringy rat meat. She soon was chowing down the tender poultry.

Chancol tore off a leg of the pidgey, and burnt its feathers off, then followed up by cooking the meat until it was a light shade of red, he preferred his meat with some blood in it. "Yeah, although I do prefer meat from cattle though, now that's some good stuff," he said, grinning.

Chyna nodded as she chewed the tender pidgey breast. "Tis. Big game is great. My Mom used to get stantlers and ponytah..good stuff..and yeah cattle are great."

Chancol finished his meal and stood up, "Anything you wanna do before it gets too dark out here?" he asked, offering a helping hand if Chyna was finished with her pidgey. He kept an eye out for anything that might try to make two charmander their dinner, although he had no idea what kind of pokemon that would eat anything from the 'char' family.

"I dunno," said Chyna, taking his offered hand and standing up. The meal had relaxed her and she was starting to get sleepy. But if Chancol had an idea of what to do with the evening she was game.

"Wanna just walk around while we have the time to?" he asked, shrugging. At the moment it was too late to train, and plus he had done enough today, he was looking forward to tomorrow when everyone was actually doing something.

"Sure," said Chyna. "You feeling better? I knew you would." He seemed to be and she liked that.

Scrappy managed not to flinch when she talked harshly to him. " Because it's my spawn down those dungeons and they'll be old enough for a little training by now."

Dalla chuckled. "Anything related to you would prolly be better as a meal." But she wouldn't eat them, the whole point of going to the dungeon in her mind was to get a meal that -wasn't- a rat. She glanced at Raker, wondering what his opinion on this was.

" The prisoners tend to be lousy food," said Raker. " We might be better off killing something out here. There's still a lot of pokemon running around loose. But if you want to head into the dungeons be my guest."

Chancol looked up towards the sky, "So, when do you think you'll get your wings?" he asked as the two walked along. He wanted to know a bit more about what she thought what she'd do in her future, relating to the Horde mostly, not her personal life. Chancol wasn't the charmander who would bug people and ask private questions, if he did, he wouldn't expect an answer.

"I dunno," said Chyna. "Not for a while I guess...I'm only what, a season old." She sighed. The thought was depressing. She wondered why charmanders couldn't just be born with wings, it'd make it so much easier.

Chancol nodded, he really didn't care when, as long as he got them sometime. Yawning, he said, "Don't worry you'll get them soon enough, just train a little bit every day," although he didn't do it, it was something he was pretty sure about.

Chyna nodded. "Thanks."

Chancol replied, "No problem." He then sneezed once and his terrible headache came back, making him experience extreme pain in the back of his head before passing out, landing on the ground with a *thud*.

"Chancol!" Chyna dropped to her knees and lifted the charmander up into a sitting position with some trouble. He was bigger than her and she struggled to keep his limp body upright. She breathed a soft flame into his mouth, not sure how to revive a fainted pokemon.

"I'm off to the dungeons. Someone I know would make a fine meal," growled Dalla. "See you back at the camp, Raker." With that, the umbreon slipped off to the dungeons.

A slight hissing noise was audible from where the two charmander were. ~Ahh...an easy meal...I'm just gonna have fun for a while,~ thought an unknown entity.

"Chancol!" Chyna shook her friend. Panic slowly rose into her eyes as she looked at her unconscious friend. "Please don't die," she whispered, shaking him more.

An ekans slithered around looking at the golden charmander, chuckling to itself as she shook her unconscious friend, which was appearing to give no response. It decided to stay still and see how long she'd continue to panic before making her an easy meal when she has used up enough energy trying to revive her friend.

"Chancol," whimpered Chyna. Help. Help. Fear in her eyes, she began to drag Chancol towards the camp. He was too heavy though. "GAAAH!" she yelled, tears of fright rolling down her face. She was too weak. She couldn't leave him..no no....

The ekans almost felt sorry for how helpless Chyna was. It lashed out from behind the tall grass with a bite towards the unsuspecting charmander, hoping to get an easy meal out of both the one called Chancol and this golden one.

She ahd been to the fortressand did not catch sight of the rebel pack. Her nose corrected her, and brought her to the foothills, interesting. Why would they move? She paced herself at a slow, canter-like run. The wind whipped through her dark almond coat, aduits pressed back against the powerful, self made wind. She felt like a new pokemon. She felt stronger, more autoritive, perhaps she would be more respected. Auds suddenly perked forward, hearing other pokemon. for the first atime, a small, devilish smile crease dher maw. sh ewas back with her pack. She slamme dont he brakes and skidde dot a halt atop a hill. She glanced down at the pack, or , err what was left of it. He emotions slowly faded away and a look of worry and sorrow replaced it. Slowly the beautiful Ninetales walked down the hill, "Where is everyone?" she aske,d mostly to herself. Perhaps she would have to be the one to start this rebel pack from scratch.
