"Eh Bink, I was fast asleep in the river when Claw came...I didn't even -know- he was here," said Sello. He wasn't quite sure -who- Claw was, but he assumed the cursing gligar was the one they were talking about.

Claw heard them shout back, so he lifted into the air and flew towards the sound of their voices. He quickly got to where they were and landed next to them. "What's going on here?"

Bink felt a little better, maybe. He still felt woefully inadequate and weak, but now at least he didn't feel like he'd gone a good way towards ruining everything. He wiped his tears away and started to smile.

Sello smiled at his smaller friend. He said nothing, not wanting to accidentally trigger another 'i don't belong here i'm a burden' attack. "Nice to meet you Claw," he said to the gligar with a nod.

Claw nodded back. "Yes... nice to meet you..." he said over a small stomach growl. "Uh... looks like I'm hungry....." he said kinda embarassed.

" Perhaps this time I can catch you a decent fish," said Bink. " Would you like one?" Bink braced himself for the possibility that Claw might not want a fish from him, since Bink could generally only catch little fish that barely filled anyone up.

Claw looked at Bink and had a feeling that it might be bad to decline, "Sure Bink, maybe you might even earn the experience to evolve if you keep this fishing up!" he said with a smile.

Sello didn't interfere. He didn't want to hunt now anyway. After Torch's fishing accident, he was still a little sore. Better leave it to Bink. Maybe it'd make Bink feel better too.

Evolve? Him? Bink doubted he'd survive to evolution, he was so pathetic. But Claw was ever so nice. " Thank you so much. And now, I will bring you a fish." He dived into the water and after a long, long time at it, returned with a tiny baby barboach. He set it down by Claw. " I hope you'll forgive me for how small it is..."

"It's alright..." Claw felt bad that Bink was so small and he really didn't want to hurt him. Claw ate the fish easily and quickly. "Could you get me another please?" he asked Bink with a smile.

"Yeah we should start moving," said Sello, swimming back towards where they'd left Rio. He shot Torch a look. Those words wouldn't help Bink feel any better.

torch shot Sello a look back. sello had to live with him and his lazy streaks sometimes. When Torch got back to the mountains he immediately sniffed around just to make sure.....

Bink returned with an even smaller fish. A goldeen. It was all that he'd been able to snare. He set the fish down. He was a little tired from all that fish-chasing, but otherwise ok.
