"Thanks," Chrissy said taking the berry. "I'm from around here." She then took a bite from the berry, smiled and continued. "Nice to meet you Flare. I'm actually exploring the BerryTree Groves a little more throughly. Even though I live here doesn't mean I know the place inside out! Right?" She then giggled.
Midnight's left eye started to twitch. She thinks she is so irrisitable. Doesn't she? Well that eevee is about to get a rude awakening, she thought. What should I do? What should I do? Might as well get on her good side first... Her eye then stopped twitching.

Flare laughed along with Chirssy.
"I suppose that's true!" she said. "No one knows it all, I guess."
Suddenly, a thought occured to the scaly pokemon.
"Hey Blaze. What are WE doing, anyway?"

He laughed. "Why, exploring Erymire! I wanna see everything!" he exclaimed, fire of enthusiasm coming to his eyes. "In fact, I would have never gotten out of the clan if Midnight didn't show up! Now I want to see every secret of this world we were put in!" he said excitedly.

"Nuthin," he answered with a huge grin. After a few moments, he turned back to Flare. "Hey, if we were, by chance, from the same clan, do you think we knew eachother?" he asked.

Midnight laughed a bit, then controled herself. "There is a pretty good chance," she replied thoughtfully. Wow, she thought. I never heard Blaze talk about me like that before. That was really nice!
Chrissy swung her head from one charmander to the next trying to follow their comversation. "Could I maybe join your group and travel with you?" she suddenly blurted out.

Flare thought about her limited memory with her birthplace.
"Well, I can't say I remember anyone by name, but if I'd seen you as a newborn, say, right now, I might recognize you." Flare laughed. "All I can ask is do you remember Lethazar and his family being banished?"

Midnight nodded in agreement. She couldn't let her anger take the place of her compassion to travel and make friends. "What you said Blaze," she added.
"Thanks," Chrissy replied to the other pokemon. "I lost all trace of my last companions, and I don't plan on losing you guys!" She then laughed a tiny laugh. Sitting down, she started to groom herself while Blaze and Flare talked.

"Either way, don't feel guilty about it. Adults make their own decisions and we shouldn't feel responsible." The purple lizard smiled. "Besides, if we weren't banished, I wouldn't have you guys! A very bright side to the dark past, don't cha think?"

He smiled too. "I like that. Looking on the bright side," he said, laughing happily. "But I think that might've been my grandfather...he died when I was born, so I wouldn't know," he told her, calming down.
((Eh, none of his family members have names, so what the heck? Might as well go along with it. ^___^))

"Well, whoever it was, it doesn't matter. You're an entirely different pokemon." Flare smiled brightly. "I mean, seeing as you didn't say, attack me when I first appeared, I'd say that makes you a pretty nice Charmander."

Midnight tapped her foot a little and thought. She opened and closed her mouth a number of times before answering. "How about we head towards the savannas?"

Blaze smiled and watched his friends. He didn't join, hoping not to ruin their magic moment. But he did join in the laughter. "Thanks...for the friends..." he whispered to no one in partuicular. ~Where would I be without them?~

Flare suddenly stopped, feeling Mignight crash into her. She giggle at the Sneasel then looked up.
The tree in front of her was enormous! The trunk was easily as thick as all of them together and the leaves, which looked as big as Onixes, draped the ground.
"Wow," Flare breathed quietly.

Midnight giggled. She then got off of Flare and looked at the tree in front of them. "Cool!" she said in awe. Shaking her head she turned to Blaze and Chrissy. "Well what are we waiting for? Let's get going!"
Chrissy giggled one last giggled then got up. "Okay!" she replied. "Let's go."
