The furret bounded into the berry grooves. Ritta looked back to makesure the bulbasaur was coming. "There," she said. "I think they didn't follow us."

Not very far away, another pair of pokemon was making their way through the groves.
"C'mon you slowpoke!" Chidoro shouted back at his brother.
"Hold on. I don't have as much energy as you!" Rasengo shouted back. They had been walking for 4 hours straight, so you'd understand why Rasengo was tired.
"So?" Chidoro questioned back. Rasengo just rubbed his head, ignoring his brother for once.

Ritta pricked her ears at the sound of others' voices. She put a 'stop' paw into Chip's facee and scented the air. The furret watched and waited for the other pair to come into view.

Chidoro smiled lightly, and got behind his brother, and started pushing him forward. By now, they were in Chip and Ritta's line of vision.
"You're a slowpoke, you know that?" Chidoro commented.
"Well, you're as pink as one." Rasengo joked.

The two brothers instantly stopped talking when they heard someone else.
"Uh...hi?" Chidoro said, turning to the other duo. At first glance, they seemed harmless enough, but both brothers knew to be weary around new pokemon.

Vince comes out of two bushs looking for a battle. "Hi! my name is Vince the cyndaquil!" Vince says looking at the pokemon around him.
