Moonseed hunts again!

[wynnyelle]

" Let's see how many hungry suckers we can track down this time," said Moonseed as she staked out a place in the groves. She climbed up into one of the berry trees and got ready to launch herself down onto an unsuspecting victim.

[Master Chief]

Shadow followed suit, remaining very silent, not saying a word. He eyed the ground carefully, waiting.

[sparrow]

Razor was sitting, very unsuspecting, on the ground when something landed on him. The pecha berry he had been chewing on flew from his grasp as he struggled out from under the creature. "Ow! Pay some attention to where you're jumping!" He gasped.

[wynnyelle]

Moonseed stepped off of Razor. " I thought you might be prey, it's hard to see through these leaves." And with the way he'd just spoken to her, that might have been likely, were she not really a cannibal at heart. " Who are you? You're quite close to our territory."

[Master Chief]

"Yes, what is your name?" Shadow asked the other Treecko.

[sparrow]

"I'm Razor," he replied, picking up his berry and wiping some dirt off it. "And you are?"

[Master Chief]

"Shadow." he replied to Razor, eyeing him carefully.

{O.o .... He does the eyeing thing to everyone....}

[sparrow]

(('he eyed the ground carefully' and everything O.o))

[wynnyelle]

" Well Razor you have stumbled into my pack," said Moonseed. " Are you part of a neighbouring pack? Where are you from?" If this treecko wasn't alone, she wanted to know where his fellows were. This could be bad.

[Master Chief]

Shadow was thinking the same thing as Moonseed. He eyed the Treecko carefully waiting for an answer.

[sparrow]

"No, I was sort of dropped here." He stepped away from Shadow, growing tired of being eyed. "I don't know where my old pack is, but it's not anywhere near here..."

[wynnyelle]

" Dropped here?" said Moonseed. " If you're sure..."

She was hesitant to accept someone who still had another pack. He could be a spy for that pack.

[sparrow]

"Well, you see I was wandering through my forest and a skarmory," Razor decided to not go into detail why he was taken away, "You know how moody they are right? Well, it came and swooped me away," he flourished his arm dramatically, "and dropped me off a while later here." As a finishing note he took a bite of his berry.

[wynnyelle]

" I wonder why it dropped you," said Moonseed. " Birds don't usually let go of their prey. Did you fight it off? And where do you originally come from? Is it anywhere in the forest?"

[sparrow]

Razor, again, didn't explain exactly why it had dropped him. Instead, he tapped his chest proudly. "Even though my arms were restrained by its talons I was still able to pound its stomach with my tail. I think it got sorta tired of that... I don't think its still here though, it probably went back to its nest in my old forest to rest."

[wynnyelle]

" Good fighting," said Moonseed. She was becoming pretty sure that this treecko wasn't a spy. And if he was, she would be a match for any rival pack. " You can hunt with us."

[sparrow]

Razor grinned. "Okay." He quickly finished the rest of the berry, pleased by how the others seemed to have actually believed his story.

[Master Chief]

Shadow looked at the Treecko. ~I'm not too sure he can be trusted.... he seems.... like he's changing the story for some reason...~ Shadow thought to himself as he watched Razor very carefully.

[wynnyelle]

" So, Razor," said Sungrass, "who were the alphas of your old pack?" He would get some more background from Razor, that might help pin down where he came from.

[Master Chief]

Shadow looked carefully at Razor, "Yes who are they?"

[sparrow]

"Well, there was a Grovyle named Rina and her brother, another Treecko, named Ty. The rest of the pack was Treeckos like me, so we all looked up to Rina like some sort of hero." He smiled dreamily.

[Master Chief]

"Rina?!" Shadow shouted in surprise, "So that's what she has been up to all this time!!!"

[sparrow]

"You know her?" Razor tilted his head to one side curiously. She had never let on to knowing other Treecko outside their forest.

[Master Chief]

"Yes, she's my sister, and Ty is my brother, it's been too long since I had last seen her because she left when I was just getting out of the nest, she took Ty with her." Shadow said, how it surprised him to here of her going Grovyle, and Ty still being with her.

[sparrow]

"Really? Neither of them told us of any family." He blinked and stared at Shadow in surprise. "Well, if I ever get back to my forest I'll tell her to come visit you."

[wynnyelle]

"I see. So you had no true alpha," said Moonseed. If a fully evolved one had come along it would've been an easy takeover.

[Master Chief]

"That'd be great, oh how long it's been!" Shadow said happily, it made him excited to know that his sister and brother were still alive and kicking.

[sparrow]

"Well, first I'd have to find my way back to that forest..." Razor sighed and looked around. "And we had a true alpha." He gave Moonseed a swift glare.

[wynnyelle]

" I'm glad you know each other's packs," said Moonseed, a lot less wary about the whole thing now. What a small world this was.

[sparrow]

"I don't know this one," Razor raised his brow and then looked around. "Are we just going to stand here?"
