Two young eevee sat under a tree near the river, both sleeping soundly. They didn't have a care in the world; no parents, no rules. But this carefree life did get boring...

A young houndour trotted up to find the twins sleeping, should she wake them up? That was the biggest question in her mind, "Hello?" She said.

The boy eevee, who's fur had a little black in it, looked up sleepily. He just stared at the dog-like pokemon in front of him for a moment, then yelled. "AAAHHH! Dawn! DAWN! Wake up!!!" he shouted. The girl eevee looked up grouchilly. "Shut up," she said, then looked up. "Hi," she said smiling a sleepy smile.

The houndour looked at them curiously, "Aren't your parents around?" She said, even though she had no memory of her parents. She lapped up some stream water.

"I suspect you are the braver of the two." She said while looking in the trees at a staravia, She leapt into the tree very quietly, the staravia did not fly away, "I like living without parents, it gives you more time to practice stuff, like tree climbing!" She said.

"She is not!!!" the boy shouted. He sat down with an angered look. "She's just grouchy," he grumbled. "Actually, I am the braver. He's just the more adventurous. More stupid, if you ask me. What's your name?" the girl asked.

"Nice to-" She pounced and felled the staravia and brought it down the tree, "Nice to meet you too!" She said, walking along the streambank. "Want some?" She asked, putting the staravia down.

Dawn stood up and walked over to Flame. "Thanks," she said. Shadow followed his sister. "Yeah, thanks a lot!" he exclaimed. They sat down and smiled up at Flame.

Flame smiled back, but being so close to water kind of disturbed her, "So,catch any good poke-AHHHH!" She had gotten buffeted by wind that snt her sprawling into the stream, which disturbed a lot of water pokemon.They all began making the current stronger.She went hurtling downstream, Her mouth was full of water and her eyes stung, her lungs felt as if they were going to burst.

"Flame!" Shadow called, running along the side. "Careful," a soft voice said, lifting Flame out of the water. A suicune smiled down at the hondour. "Let's watch ourselves around water, ok?" she said. The twins stared.
((Eh, I had to bring her in. Rayzor had nothing for her to do and she got bored. (I speak as if she had a mind of her own! Haha! ^___^ Now I know I'm crazy.))

Flame looked up at the pokemon that saved her life,she saw a suicune standing above her, she looked in awe at the magnificent creature, "Thank you!" She said very happily, she still was soaked but she was very grateful. She saw the eevees and said her good-bye-for-nows. ((I have to go  )) |

The suicune nodded her good-bye and walked off, disappearing in the light. "AMAZING! I thought she was only a story!" Shadow said, jumping up and down. "She must be watching over you, Flame," Dawn said smiling.

Meanwhile a young Articuno had been following the suicune. She slowly flew in circles above teh scene, panicing when the pokemon named flame had fallen. She swooped down, and tried to land carefully behind a bush when the water legendary had left. Instead she flipped over the bushes, getting a mouthfull of leaves.She flapped her wings franticly, laughing and trying to get out of teh bush. she lands head first below the bush, and looks at teh pokemon upsidedown. "Hey! Whats up?" She asked, as if it was just a casual meeting.

Shadow went wild. "Oh wow!!!" he exclaimed, running around the Articuno. "We are really lucky, aren't we?" Dawn asked, also walking over to explore. "Are you ok?" she asked.
