OOC: From the rules(since I can tell you didn't read them.) Role-playing: You CANNOT play ANY humans. You play WILD pokemon. Since the land of Erymire has no human settlements whatsoever {though there's ancient evidence of them} your character cannot have any past history with humans unless coming from a very remote place. You cannot play any human NPCs. So, no trainers who come to try to capture you or whatnot. Post your character's stats {name, species, age, sex, description, appearance, personality, history}on the Character Submissions board. You don't need approval to begin in the game, but you are responsible for knowing the rules, so if your character breaks rules it will be disciplined. READ THE RULES! ^_^ For accurate information on all pokemon species, we recommend you use the pokedex on www.serebii.net . We go by 4th generation movesets, types and stats although with some exceptions. Moves dropped from a pokemon's abilities in later generations can still be learned by those pokemon. Special powers that your chosen species does not ordinarily have, must be approved by staff. Hybrids will have intermediate abilities and stats between those of their parents. They will NOT be more powerful than either parent or have the "best of both worlds" in terms of stats--like the speed of one parent and the HP of the other. For more on Hybrids, see Breeding. Use third person {he/she/it--NOT "I"}, past tense, to post for your character. You must post all character dialogue inside quotation marks {""}. You must name your character{s} in your post. A line or two of dialogue alone isn't enough--the character must be named in narration, even if only "Bob said", Bob being the name of the character. All threads, unless marked as private or closed, are open for any player to hop into. We encourage players to join each other's threads, it creates interesting stories. |

Lesson 1: RPing in General
Alright, roleplaying is a multi-person game. You use at least a paragraph. You also need to use proper grammar. Like how you write a report, or speak to your parents. I doubt you talk to your parents or write a book report like "bulbasaur pick berrys of bushes and eat them. bulbasaur say this is the best place ever! i go now further."
This is also in third person. You say it like "____ picks some berries off of the bush, eating them to satisfy his hunger. He then smiles, exclaiming 'This is the best place ever!' After finishing, he continues walking."
Compare yours to what I just typed. Mine uses correct grammar, third person, a good length, correct spelling. Can you do that?

Bulbasaur across a spinarak and battle him with seed bomb. further is the forest light. it see celebi! celebi give bulbasaur a name, bulba. celebi say:go furter and save yoyr friend now! bulba will fight torterra and torterra slash with wood hammer bulba in a tree. bulbasaur explore a tree hole. there is a charmander for rescue! . a beedrill attack bulba . its a shiny beedrill. charmander used flamethrower an beedrill faint. bulba and charmander run back in the cave. bidoof come...

Okay, notice how I type. Good spelling, correct use of punctuation, using quotation marks when
necessary instead of colons, capitalizing, etc.
Second, you're roleplaying is just a story. Who else is participating? You. Just you. You can't roleplay by yourself! Next, you can't use legendary NCP's. It's just...wrong.

Why is he rescuing pokemon,
why does a pokemon have to give him a name,
and who took his friend, and how does celebi know about it?
