I came up with a sort of plot for Erymire, but following the normal rules it wouldn't be allowed. So I thought, if a lot of people like it then we could do it anyway because the majority want it. Answer honestly. This could change Erymire for a while so make sure its something you want. I think it'll be good though.
It starts off with Kuro, my dark Moltres (you may have seen him in 'Reign of Fire') and a new character. This would be the scene before he appeared in Reign of Fire.
The dark bird flew through the skies, wings aching from the amount of work he'd been doing today. He grumbled something about how the Dark Lord shouldn't have to build his own nest. Landing carefully on a branch, he threaded the last few sticks into his nest, before climbing in to inspect it. "It'll do," he said to himself, flicking his wings until they lay comfortable on his back. Closing his eyes, the world went black around him.
There was a loud noise and Kuro's eyes snapped open.
"Who's there?" he ordered. There was silence. "Answer the Dark Lord when he addresses you!" he shouted. There was laughter from nearby, but it was too dark to see who it was. Kuro growled. "Who is there!?" he barked. In response to this the creature in the darkness glowed with yellow rings. "An Umbreon? Are you an Umbreon?" The laughter came again followed by a single word.
"No." It was a girl’s voice. Kuro tilted his head, trying to see through the darkness. His blue flames provided little light so the only things he could see were the yellow rings every few minutes.
"An annoying Horde member then?" he suggested. The laughter stopped and the rings stopped glowing.
"What do you know of the Horde?" the female voice asked.
"Just that they are a pathetic bunch of children who think they rule the world and everything dark when they couldn't even rule a patch of grass," Kuro replied.
"Hmmm, no threat then," said the female voice, rings glowing again. On closer inspection, Kuro realised the rings weren't from an Umbreon. They were oddly shaped and they were in the wrong places.
"Who are you?" he said, more curious than angry now.
"I am the darkness," she replied.
"You're from the Horde?" he asked.
"No. I am the darkness."
"A Darkrai? Wasn't there one called Amira here at one point? Are you Amira?"
"No. I am[/b] the darkness."
"You're not making any sense, just show yourself!" ordered Kuro.
"Very well," said the voice. The rings stopped glowing. After a few seconds they glowed fully as a bolt of electricity hit the sky, breaking the clouds in two. Kuro shuffled uncomfortably, glad for the cover of leaves, as rain fell down all around him. Bolts of lightening hit the ground around him. He looked towards the glowing rings just as a bolt of lightening landed behind them. A long metal shape was revealed. Sharp eyes, flicked back horns, a pair of arms with sharp claws and an unmistakable smirk.
"A...a...Rayquaza!"
A lightening bolt hit a tree and caused a fire, keeping the shape in light. The eyes flashed at Kuro, whose own eyes were as wide as dinner plates. "Surprised?" asked the Rayquaza, laughing again.
"That’s the understatement of the century!" he said. "But there’s only one Rayquaza in Erymire, the Guardian, Rayzor!" At this the female legendary roared and the flames behind her glowed white hot. Her metallic scales weren't the green colour of a normal Rayquaza. They were a jet black colour. Kuro stumbled away from her and almost fell from his nest. "What are you?"
"I'm a Rayquaza, like Rayzor, but I'm an off-colour, like yourself. I am a shiny Rayquaza as some would say," she said. "We are very similar Kuro."
"Yes, I guess we ar- Hang on!" he said, noticing something. "I never told you my name..." The Rayquaza laughed.
"Let’s not worry about that now. Will you help me with something Kuro?" she asked. Kuro blinked at her.
"What do you want?"
"Oh not much. I need you to go to the Horde. Get me information. That’s all."
"Erm, well ok..." he said.”But what do you plan to do?"
"That, my dear bird, is not something that concerns you yet. But you will help me, yes?"
"Err. Yes. But, why do you want me?" he asked. His voice was shaking. For the first time in his life, the Dark Lord was terrified.
"Like I said before, you and I are similar. We are both dark coloured. Our names mean the same."
"I don't even know your name!"
"Zilla. It is Hebrew for Shadow. Hebrew is a very old human language."
"My name is Kuro! It’s nothing like that!"
"Ah, but the meanings are the same. Just as Zilla means Shadow, Kuro means Black in Japanese, another human language."
"You're weird, I'm not helping you!" he said, his old personality seeping back in. Zilla's eyes flashed dangerously.
"Weird?" she asked, her voice changing quickly from girly to sharp. Her tail span round and knocked Kuro out of his nest and flat against a tree, pinned there by her tail. Kuro squawked and tried to wiggle free but he was held tight. "Never, ever call me weird!"
"Ok!" he managed to choke out. She pulled away her tail and Kuro fell to the ground, landing like a stone. Zilla turned, sending the dragon move, twister, at him. He was thrown into the tree again and he collapsed to the flour, barely able to move.
"So, will you do as I ask?" asked Zilla. Purely out of fear, Kuro agreed. "Then go to the Horde, talk to Chancol, the Shadow lord and get information for me. If you're lucky you may meet an old friend." Kuro nodded and opened his wings. He managed to fly away, even after the attack, and he headed towards the Foretress. If he was lucky, he could get there by sunrise.
"Well that was easy," said Zilla, smirking. "Honestly, if all of Erymire is like this, it shouldn’t take long to gain control. And that will flush 'the Guardian' out of hiding, ready for me to deal with. My poor father won't know what hit him!"[/color]
