A new kind of FRIENDSHIP?(closed)

Ice padded into the graveyard, Stormcloud and Neon following. He scented the air and led them over to a large dead tree. Neon and Stormcloud flew up, with Ice jumping up behind them. They finally got to the top, looking around alertingly.

Shadowdancer looked up from where she was grazing on dry grass. She saw neon colors in a tree not too far away. She cantered over to the tree to investigate. Her ebony flames were blazing.

Ice growled as he saw ebony colored flames in the distance. He jumped down from the tree and darted straight towards what seemed like a ponyta, his ice colored pelt clearly visable. Neon and Stormcloud just watched as Ice attempted to knock over the ponyta.

Shadowdancer screamed a challange. She reared up on her back legs and her ebony hooves flashed. " I mean no harm, but I am not afraid to fight. Who are you and why are you here?"

"Thats none of your buisness!" Ice yelled. He skidded to a stop and changed direction. He ran behind the ponyta and launched himself, hoping to land on it's back. Neon finally flew over and attempted to scratch the ponyta with his neon wings, and Stormcloud attempted to knock down the ponyta.

Shadowdancer knew she was in trouble, they would not listen so she must escape. She created a ebony infurno circling her, hopefully catching everybody around her.(fire spin) She let out a call and lept out of the firey tornado, pelting away at top speed.

Ice slammed the ground with his front paws and sent a shadowy pulse sliding over the ground and breaking the barrier of ebony flames. He dashed towards the ponyta, just to find himself being pulled back by Neon's strong beak. "Hey! I thought you were on my side!" Ice howled. "Its no use chasing her, Ice. It's just a female." he said.

Shadowdancer heard the scream of the absol, but no pursuit behind her. She turned and looked back. She watched the difrent colored pokemon talk to eachother. They were like her, but she would have no part with them. She slowly began to walk away, wallowing in self-hatered. Why had she been born diffrent. Why had she been born a demon?

Stormcloud looked as the ponyta went away. Ice an Neon were arguing, so he decided to go over and try to apologize. He flew over to the ponyta and landed in front of her. He was small, but would she think of him as a threat?

Shade stoped and looked at the little bird. He was odd colored, but beautiful. She said nothing, but neather did she move. She just shook her ebony mane.

Phionix watched the fight unfold and finish in the blink of an eye. She watched the black ponyta run off and the swablu followed. She desided to follow and set out a a bird sprint to the ponyta and swablu. Her legs moved quickly and her red and gold plumage stuck out in this desolat landscape.

"Sorry about Ice back there. He usually makes me and Neon back him up." Stormcloud chirped, ruffling his short black and purple feathers. "Anyways, my name is Stormcloud. Whats yours?" he asked.

Ice spotted a red and gold bird. He growled, but before he knew it Neon had a grip on his blade-like tail. He just looked around and saw Stormcloud talking to the ponyta they had attacked. Ice snorted. "Looks like we arent gonna see Storm for a while..." he growled. "And when we do, its not gonna be pretty." he added, growling.

Neon nodded. His steel beak had a deathgrip on Ice's tail. His eyes turned to slits. The ponyta wasnt being attacked, but she was still the enemy. Storm betrayed him and Ice, so when he came back, he would be in trouble.

Shade let out a small whicker and said, "I am Shadowdancer or Shade for short...But most pokemon think of me and call me Devil or Demon... You are the first one to actually address me without being creul or running away..." She looked away from the swablu, ashamed.

Phionix reached the ponyta and the swablu. She quickly fixed her ruffled feathers and piped up. "Hello, sorry to startle you, but my name is Phionix. I watched the little scuffle and I wanted to make sure you both were alright. Your friends over there looked like they wanted to eat me or something..." She shook herself and fluttered onto Shade's back and started looking her over.

Shade shyed alittle when the bird landed on her back. "Hey!"

Phionix just clicked her beak and after a few seconds hopped off. "You are fine, Sweets. Now for you, Hold out your wings please."

[talon]

Storm blinked blankly. Phionix had to be talking to him scince he was the only other one with wings. He held out his small cloudy purple wings.

(Ice and Neon are just watching xD)

Phionix fluttered over and started checking for any injuries. "My, my... you plumge is quite pretty. I like the purple, and it blends nicly into shadows. Me on the other hand, I stand out just about anywhere, unless I am in a fire." She let out a short sweet laugh. She finished looking Storm over and said, "Ok, no injuries to be had. That is fortunate."

Shade looked at the small bird. "Uhh....excuse me but...what are you?"

Phi looked up at Shade and pipped, "I am a peachick. We come from a very far off island and are rare to begin with. I am a mutant among my kind as it is."

[talon]

"Thank you." Storm said, nodding. Shade suddenly asked what phionix was. When Phionix explained, Storm nodded. "Im a swablu, but im not very 'blu' if you see what I mean." he chirped, bored.

Shade looked to Phi and then back to Storm. "Uhh....If your friends won't eat me...Could I tag along with your group. I will never be accepted into any type of herd for what I am but I can live with you and your friends...the other missfits...." She looked at Storm hopefully.

Phi listened and pipped up. "I would not mind living with you eather. I find you to be a charming fellow and lady. Your friends are alittle snapish but I might just get to like them..and I can heal you if you ever are injured."

[talon]

Storm flinched as his two new friends asked to join the group. "I don't even think Ice and neon will let me back over there..." he chirped. He glanced over towards Ice and Neon, who were glaring at him menacingly.

Shade looked to them and nodded. " Let us leave then. They can't catch me if I am at full speed." She looked at Phi and Storm. She did not want her friends hurt by the others.

Phi noded and said, "For our safety, I don't want to go to them. It is unlikly that we will be friends every because Shade is a prey pokemon. We might get alone being omnivores,but I will not leave Shade alone."

[talon]

Storm nodded. "Im not going near those two over there, that's for sure!" he chirped. He floated over and landed on Shade's back. "So, where we going next?" he asked curiously.

[ebonywind]

Shade smiled at Storm landed on her back and Phi procided to flutter up as well. "Let's go to the berry grove! Lots of berries are in season and there willbe good eating. Now hold on tight!" She said before leaping forward at a full gallop.

Phi held on for dear life.

Storm dug his tiny talons into Shade's pelt. He was careful not to pierce the skin, not wanting to hurt his friend.

Ice and Neon both glared as Storm went away with his new 'friends'. "Heh, if we ever run into him again..." Ice growled. Neon just nodded.
