Roko the scyther was walking for a while, about 7 miles and during his journey he found this stream. The water was sparkling more than he has ever seen water sparkle before. He was amazed.
Roko decided to take a stop and take a sip of water from the amazing stream. After that it was a little after noon, and he decided to stay there for the night. After that decision he went to go find food. Not shortly after he started searching for food he found a small oran bush. He started to slowly eat a berry.

"AHEM!"
The berry bush shook lightly as the inhabitant moved. MOre rustling was made and a brown head popped out. "That was MY berry!" an eevee exclaimed, a cute pout on his face.
Still just a child, the male eevee was average, aside from various black tints randomly placed through out his fur.

When the eevee popped out of the bush Roko went into a battle stance and said "Im sorry! I did not know! Theres about 15 other berries you pick from! Whats so important about this one?"
Roko was startled, but not trying to show it, he was biting hard down on his teeth. He did not want to look weak because he dident want other pokemon looking at him as a easy meal.

A grin came to the eevee's face. "Aw, nuthin'," he replied to the question of the importance of that particular berry, "I just wanted to mess with ya!"
He laughed and rolled out of the bush, grinning at the larger pokemon. "I guess this means I'm getting scarier!" he exclaimed, mostly to himself. He then started to look around, the grin fading away, a look of confusion replacing it. "Where am I...?"

Roko chuckled a little as the childish eevee was explaining himself until it asked where it was. He replied with "I do not know, but this stream is the most sparkling stream I've ever seen. It must be a landmark of this country. Would you like me to help you get to your family?"
Roko was concerned for the little eevee. Roko started to long around and see if could see any traces of an pack that might have an eevee in it.

"It's okay. I always get lost...Dawn always bugs me about it, too. But Big Sister usually comes to find me before I tick somone off," the eevee mumbled in reply, still looking around. He grinned. "This one time I got in a fight with this Floatzel! I was doin' pretty good, too. But some nintails came in and stopped the fight. Big Sister was sooooo mad at me after that and kept apologizing to the nintails. I think his name was James. I dunno. I think she liked him!"
He laughed about it, looking up at Roko. "So...buddy...what are you exactly? I've never seen anything like you before," he changed the subject, staring intently at Roko, as if searching his brain for a species. He lives in the rainforest and has never seen a scyther....sad, sad little eevee...

Roko was not surprised that a little eevee did not know what he was. He was a scyther, that traveled everywhere in search of adventure. Roko has seen full grown parent pokemon not know what he is, even though that is that is rare, that has happened a few times to him. Most pokemon in areas like these haven't seen many Scyther.
Roko told the eevee "I am Roko the scyther. What is your name young eevee?"

The eevee smiled. "I'm Shadow!" he exclaimed. He then pouted. "I'm not that young, though! I can do lots of stuff babies can't do! I'm practically an adult!" he stated proudly. He nodded, as if assuring himself of this fact.
"As a matter of fact, I am going to evolve into a jolteon, and it will be awesome," he informed Roko.

"Thats awesome. Jolteons are fast. When are going to go find a thunder stone? That makes you evolve." Roko said. He wanted to go with the eevee to find one. He always wanted to see an eevee evolve. He also wanted to go on another adventure.

Shadow sighed. "Unfortunately, Dawn wants to wait a little longer. We have to evolve together, you see. She'd never forgive me if I went without her," he answered. He looked up at the sky. "We don't like being sepparated for long periods of time...I wonder where she is..." He took a seating position, frowning at a lonely white cloud.

"I see." Said the dissapointed Scyther. He knew that the little eevee really wanted to evolve.
Roko also wandered about where this "Dawn" was.
Roko then also took a sitting position to eat another berry, carefully so his claws wouldent cut it.

Shadow watched Roko eat the berry, suddenly remembering why he was in the berry bush in the first place.
He stood and walked to the bush, taking a berry in his mouth and eating it. "I forgot how hungry I was!" he laughed, finishing the berry within a minute.
"So, Roko-that was it, right? Where are you headed?" he asked, looking up at the scyther.
