This here's Jumbeon, a fake eeveelution I'm thinking about submitting for a species on here. Don't know, though. ^^ I've already had Meleeon Ok'd and I don't wanna hog all the elements that haven't been used yet. D: Anywho, I've worked on this at school, where there's no tablet or Photoshop (what I usually use). I did this on Powerpoint, with a lot of patience. LOL
Drew this in MS Paint on my Tablet PC while sitting in a waiting room to see a doctor. X3 Latias is one of my favorite Pokemon, actually. I'm using this image for a user-lookup page on Neopets. (Ehhh, yeah, you can see the copyright for my account name there: acrobataisha). Spent about three hours on it, and I'm satisfied with how it turned out. ^^

Heheh, looks like Quetzalcoatl or something. CX I like this one a lot, one of my favorite splices. About an hour of work.
Base: Delcatty Others: Espeon
Another splice that turned out relatively well.
EDIT: I realized the image hosting site I'm using isn't putting my art up, so as soon as I get some time, I'll switch to something better and have everything up.
