The soft clack of hooves could be heard resonating in the area like the remnants of a bad dream. Bones decorated the walls in a frail and failing attempt at décor, and darkness poured from every corner. A blue light illuminated around a pony-like creature as it entered the vicinity slowly, he eyed every potential hiding place slowly and carefully. It wasn’t safe for a ponyta to be out alone, especially at such a low level as Riot. But he had no one left, he was alone, and he was determined to make his way in life the best he could. Marching into the deepening gloom, he let out a low snort and spoke.
Hullo? His voice was high pitched from colthood, and he waited for someone inside to reply. Guess I'm alone then huh? He whinnied into the darkness, speaking slowly and nervously. He ruffled his fiery mane, and it stood up almost vertically as the light shown him a path. No reply. He continued on, moving himself into the cave as he waited out the storm that was impending doom on him if he were to stay out. He was too young to be out in the rain, his fire could be extinguished. This was something, though irrational, he feared very much. He would stay here to see if the storm ever arrived, and if not, he’d head out again in search of grasses to feed upon.
His heart longed for belonging to some faction, and his vulnerability caused him to lean towards evil if it were to ever take hold of him. He was in a tender stage in life, a simple clay available to be molded into whatever it may. Laying down in a corner, he rest his head on the dirt, waiting for whoever or whatever might come.

Moonbay walked through the a giant bone structure. "Woah Never did i think i would endup coming here." She said walking through the rain. Each time she came upon a set of pokemon bones with a full structure. She got some chills. She only looked through the corner of her eye sight and saw a blue flame. "What's that?" Moonbay asked herself starting towards it.

Riot shivered lightly, it was cool inside the cave. His flames flickered gently, nearly consuming the entirety of his small body as he lay on the chilly floor. He was still lanky, like a colt should be, awkward looking and somewhat clumsy. As he lay on the ground, however, he looked perfectly proportional. His eyes opened hesitantly as he heard a noise of someone speaking into the darkness. He leapt to his feet, long legs shaking with the sudden impact.
Wh-Who’s there? He whinnied, ears pinning into the rush of flaming mane down his neck. He lashed his tail violently, making a stomp with his diamond hard hoof.
His eyes widened as he saw a large canine coming through the cave in front of him, she was entering through the only way in or out of the cave. He wasn’t giving up without a fight, if she expected to eat him. He didn’t know the ways of the world, and he didn’t know what pokemon were predators, and which weren’t. He gulped lightly, snorting again, and his flames brightened in intensity as his nerves gave him the ride of his life.

"Woah down there young Ponyta." Moonbay said backing off her walk into the cave. "Im not here to hurt you Im just getting in out of the rain." She added as she stared at the poor young colt shivering to the bone. She noticed he was way to young to be away from his mother. "Where's your family young one?" Moonbay asked as she took a step forward.
She may have been a canine but she was way to kind to eat another pokemon.

A small mouse-like figure shivered to himself as he darted around the bones. What had he gotten himself into? Roi was scared, confused... where was he? He had just gone exploring a little bit... how could he have gotten so lost? And now he'd been trying to find home for a long time and had only managed to get himself more lost then ever. And now it was raining and his fur was soaked to the bone. He needed to find some place to hide...
Suddenly, the young Nidoran halted. Had he heard voices ahead? Who did they belong to? Curious, he began to creep forward, every inch of his body on edge and ready to bolt if he was chased by something that wanted him for dinner. Ahead, the cave where Riot and Moonbay were came into view and he crept towards it, seeing the glowing mane of the Ponyta. Were they talking to each other? He got close enough to hear their conversation, then found a nice big bone to hide behind.

The equid paused, lifting a hoof only to sit it back in its original position. The large pokemon was beautiful, stunning. A creature he’d never seen before, but to be honest, he’d seen little more than his mother. He let one of his ear flick forward, the sound of fire crackling behind him set his soul a little more at ease as his muscles relaxed their tensions. The flames dimmed lightly, softening their glow to a gentle illumination around him and set his entire body in a cool blue coloration.
Well… Well, alright. He finally said, seemingly frustrated with his cowardly response to the kind-hearted canine.
Her question came as he knew it would, flowing towards the young ponyta, and he looked up at her solemnly but his voice did not seem remorseful. He tried to be strong, the best he could, and he did not want pity. I have no family. My mother left me… [/b] He snorted lightly, eyes narrowing, and he continued, stuttering, L-left me to die, she did. What about you? Why are you by yourself? It was then that he heard only a gentle sound, a pitter-patter of tiny feet on the cave floor. A small racket of bones, and a shuffle. He moved himself away from the arcanine as she replied, head low to the ground as he stumbled over to a larger set of bones. He scattered them away with his front hoof, and let his mane shine down on what looked like a rabbit pokemon. Well, hullo.[/b] He whinnied in its face. Why are you hiding?[/b] He stole a small glance back at the arcanine, let’s face it, he knew why it was hiding.[/sub][/blockquote]

"Well I..." Moonbay was about to speak when Riot moved and rustled through some bones only to find the small pokemon there. "heh. Another lost pokemon." Moonbay said who now decieded to sit. "Don't Worrie i dont eat other pokemon. Your safe here with me. I'm just traveling trying to help as many pokemon as i can." Moonbay said with a smile as pure as sun light.

Roi almost bolted when he was discovered, but stuck around just long enough to realize that these two other Pokemon wouldn't harm him. He looked at the Ponyta, amazed by his dazzling blue flames, and then to the big, fluffy arcanine. They were two kinds of Pokemon unlike anything he'd seen growing up with his mom and siblings. Actually, the only non-nidoran he'd seen before would be a couple of bird Pokemon flying in the sky.
"I... " He paused, taking a breath and trying to calm his tense little muscles. "I'm sorry, I just... didn't know if you were... friendly or not." His ears darted a little, taking in sounds before he was satisfied that he was safe. "I've never been this far from my nest before.."

The bones rustled almost restlessly, discontented by the harsh pattering of the rain from above that seemed determined to crush the world below in a world of cold water and harsh weather conditions. Well, in the mind of the young Cranidos it seemed. Her long figure passed effortlessly through the tough terrain, long jagged talons outstretched with each stride as she drew nearer and nearer to the peak of the bone piles, the highest point of it all. It seemed more a domination complex then, the way she strode up the pile in search of the top dog spot, but as she reached the top and lightning lit the area only just from the distance the sandy dino pokemon began to search. Her bold blue tracing eyes passed frequently over the scenario hatched far down below, but for what? Motion drew her attention and she stopped, jaw clamping shut tightly as long drips fell from her rounded skull. She lept and charged down the decline until found just outside the formed cave. Raising her head she allowed one eye to fall on the small group as if she were the predator suddenly caught up to her prey and trapping them to a blind peril. She groaned, a lower sound that seemed to be more threatening than she intended as she let her jaw curve to a gentle smile.
Ahhhh...company.
She wandered in from the dampness and took a moment to shake back to her usual semi-gloss held in her desert painted scales. Her gentle nature was more pronounced as she stepped closer to the group and rocked back onto her tail seating herself calmly.
I'm Riana.
She smiled again, plucking from the ground a small mushroom grown in the dark wetness of this bone mound. She slipped it to her agape jowels and proceeded to chew laxly.

Moonbay looked at the Cranidose. "Hello there" She said still in her sitting position. "My name is Moonbay nice to meet you Riana" Moonbay added. She noticed that Riana was now eating a mushroom. She didnt think that anything could grow with so many bones around.

Seeing yet another creature draw near, Roi inched back a little bit behind the safety of the larger Arcanine as he heard the other voice. It sounded a bit scary to the little rabbit Pokemon, but as the Cranidos grew closer she too didn't seem hostile. Maybe he was just imagining how dangerous this outside world was... He inched back away from the safety. "I'm... I'm Roi." He spoke, trying to sound as brave as possible. It was hard when you were so small.
