... abyssus would be the wrong word. I checked to see if I could find anything about it being an idiom, but I couldn't find a thing, so I'm forced to assume it isn't one.
Abyssus means depth or precipice. "Salve/Salvete" (sing./pl.) would probably be what you're looking for. And you have the wrong word for friends too. Amicitia means friendship, not friend. So you'd want the vocative case for "friend", "amice/amica" for singular m/f, "amici/amicae" for plural m/f.
I took four years of Latin. ^_~
If you read my own introduction (Which is a long shot, but hey, you never know.), you'll find out that my name here is shorthand for my sn, TyrannisUmbra, which as you can probably tell is Latin. =P Cookie if you can translate it correctly.
You'll also notice the Latin phrase in my sig. xD

lol, sorry, i just took two years of latin, and havn't used it much, so i'm kinda rusty... (Darn translator, hardly works. Previous experience is always a good warning to the future...)

And from my previous knowledge, i'm thinking Umbra is night, and i think Tyrannis means king, (as in tyrannisaurus, king of the dinosaurs) Although i am not sure.

Heh, you did good either way =P I'm a bit good with words.
Your translation is close, but not correct. A lot of English comes from the Latin, so why not try to find similar words in a dictionary?
I won't give it away just yet. I wanna see if you can get it =P

Oh? What a coincidence, funny thing too is I call one of my friends Shadow or Shadow-chan, she likes the second one though while she calls me Sakuya-chan so its like me and her are at an equal level ^^

You kick guys? *runs for life* XD well i guess we're similar in that area as well, because i tend to fight guys more often than girls. In fact, i never fight girls. I actually adopted the nickname Shadow from my favorite Sonic character. Also, i started a thread with my character, but nobody has replied... anyone here think they could join in? Here's the link... I don't get out much... so it's probably a good thing, because i can't make too many enemies. A good tactic when facing an enemy, though, is to be kind.
lol, i'm usually not so passive. Especially in video games. When it comes to me, the closer to the situation i am, the more violent i tend to be. And less emotional. My friend calls me heartless because i show no emotion. I do have them, they just don't come out...
And thanks, i'd enjoy another poke entering the thread.

Your welcome and heh its like me today when I was at my friends house playing okami for her and I was facing Crimson Helm and when my sister was covering my mouth up I just said "No! Don't touch me I'm trying to kill the horse guy thing!" So I got a little deadly but meh, atleast I didn't hurt anyone(except Shadow's brothere, hehe) and well I tried to be one of their friends before we hated eacjother then she just stabs me in the back and talks crap litterally behind my back >.<

it seems the other person on the thread is only on for an hour or so a day..... which will get annoying fast for me....
I just looked Crimson Helm up on the internet. He looks mean... i don't know much about Okami, since i've only ever played a demo...
being friendly usually works best when they're talking crap behind your back, because then they feel guilty. If you don't get mad at them and just ignore their being mean, eventually they're going to change.

I played the original PS2 release. I absolutely loved it.
And Crimson Helm is easy. Actually, the only really hard bosses are Wakka (First Fight), and what's his face, the wolf guy who attacks you when you visit the snow place. The others are actually really easy if you have a hang of the game.
And if you have the Wii version, I weep for you. They took the awesome credits out of the Wii version. The credits were literally the best part of the game. It was just... wow. The perfect way to end the game after you beat it. So if you have the Wii version, go on Youtube and look for the Okami credits after you beat the game, within a couple minutes. You won't regret it.

The sprite in my sig was recolored and animated by me, but no matter what i did i couldn't get it to SLOW DOWN. So iratating....
Graphic Design - the editing of existing photos to create better looking ones - is a favorite past time for me. I often do forum banners and buttons.
Have any of you played any of the games in the Ratchet and Clank series? Those games are awesome, almost anything can be destroyed, there are bosses and it's plot lines are awesome. If not, i suggest you go get one and play it. Preferrably the first one, "Ratchet and Clank".

I know who your talking about Umby it's Oki and all the boss aren't hard for me actually I just get too much of myself in the game  and I think my brother used to have that game before Xipil but I don't know where it is anymore.. and I think how it goes fast looks pretty cute XD |

nice, i didn't notice. i have it set to automatically message me on the forum when a topic i'm in is modified. Helpful, because i don't have to go searching for the threads everytime, i just log in and it's there.
Oh, and since I just went, feel free to post there again. I don't really think Pidgey will post there again soon, and since that's the only thread i'm in, i get bored if nobody replies... currently out of 8 forums, i've got 0 replies....
