Yes, we have a thread for trading, but what about for battling? I'm open for all battles for the most part, though I'm not finished making my team. I do have a decent but subpar team that I can use, but I hope to get my good team up and running ASAP. Please do not challenge me if you use Legendaries, hack, or aren't looking for a serious battle.
I am also willing to teach people who are willing to devote time and effort to learn how to battle well competitively. I've taught at least three people the finer points of battling, and I've battled one over Wifi and the other two over online battlers such as NetBattle or ShoddyBattle, and believe me, they learned a LOT. MSN, AIM, or YIM is a MUST, with MSN being preferred.
As a bonus part of my training program, I will coach you through the planning of your first competitive team!
