In Feudal Times, the lands were divided up between the four taiyoukai. The Northern Lands to the Snow Leopards. The Southern Lands to the Tiger clans. The Eastern Lands to the Dragons. And the Western Lands to the Inu clan. All ruled in peace, and with a firm yet just hand. Until a mysterious black mass came from the east, destroying nearly everything in its path. The Eastern Lands were utterly destroyed along with the rare kanjou or spirit dragons.
One survived. They were the key to destroying the mass. Months passed before the spirit dragon defeated the mass sent by Amatsu, the god of evil; which took her life. The Eastern Lands were rebuilt and the lands were once again in the peace it had been in for years before. Yet a new dark force had entered the lands of Feudal Japan. Are you brave enough to stand up to it, or will you be the one to surrender to it and aid its advance on the lands? The choice is yours.
