Let's find some Food!

The nice breeze blew as the sun began to set on this particular day. This Meadow was the only other place on this mountain to get some food.. A Swinub named Syrus, along with his companions, Kien, a Snorunt, and Bell, an Eeve have trekked off of the glacier down the mountain into this Meadow, in order to eat.

Syrus stopped for a moment, and stood on his hind legs. He smelled the air, which was full of the scents of grass and Berries and other goodies. The question was, where were there some of these things to eat? Syrus went back on all fours and thought for a moment.

Kien, however, didn't hesitate to think. He rushed down the slope past Syrus, smiling widely. His smile faltered for the slightest of moments, when he lost his balance and fell. But the snorunt got right back up again, laughing, continuing to run down to the tall trees of the meadow. He stopped under one, which he knew to be a Pecha tree, and looked at the ground for dropped berries. But there were none. He looked up to the branches, which were as bare as the ground. Kien looked back at the others, disappointment shrouding his face.

"W-where is a-a-all the food?" He whined. S-sy? S-s-smell anything?"

Bell looked around finding only a few oran berrys a little ways off. she went over and braught them back. There were only about 9 berrys. each could have three.

Sy saw Bell bring the oran berries, and he then called to Kien. "Hey Kien! Bell's got some Berries! Come back up here!"

[Winter]

Kien smiled again. "W-w-wonderfull!" He ran back to his friend, and sat down, berry in hand. though it wasn''t quite as sweet as a pecha berry, it was still delicious. And filling. THough he hadn't been that hungry on the glacier, the slide down had made him very hungry. "Th-thanks, B-b-bell. Th-these are pretty t-t-tastey..." The snorunt said, as h picked up his second Oran berry and began to eat it.

"n-no p-problem. m-man I-I'm g-getting cold!"

[Winter]

Kien looked at Bell a moment, and laughed. "H-h-hey, Bell! Y-y-you're starting to s-s-sound like me!" He giggled. "A p-perfect i-i-imitation."

The Bell started to laugh then had aan bil smile on her face. She made a snow ball and threw it at Kien.

[Winter]

((I dunno if there's snow around here, but unless a mod stops us, I think we'll be okay. ^^))
h"Umph! H-h-hey!" Kien got up, and quickly gulped down his last berry. Smirking, he started to "dance," hopping from one foot to the other. "S-so, you wanna s-s-snow fight, huh?" Laughing, the snow pokemon let loose a powder snow, covering the surrounding area in the white fluff.

"Hmmph, I don't have hands, so i can't make one..." Syrus said...

[Mind]

"Did it just get colder?" said an unfamiliar voice.
"I th-think so," replied another.

Two nidoran spoke not too far from where the others were.

The male one said, "So it isn't just me. Yin, do you know what might have done this?"
The female one replied, "I-I don't kn-know. A p-pokemon, probably."

Syrus decided to have a little fun. He went and glomped Bell, and then chuckled after he hit her, and then he glomped Kien, and wondered what they were gonna do next...

[Hope you guys don't mind me joining.]

Perched in a nearby tree, Aryll looked on with apprehension as a few pokemon played in the snow below. They seemed to be having a lot of fun, and Aryll wanted to join in, but part of her was too shy to ask. So for now, she just sat and watched.

Then Aryll saw her chance to join in the game when a Swinub passed beneath her perch. With a wing, she brushed some snow from the branch and chuckled as it showered the little pokemon below. Ruffling her feathers, Aryll laughed and waited to see his reaction.

"Ah! More snow!" yelled Yin.

Syrus stopped under a tree and wondered why there was a little snow just right where he was standing. He then looked up in the tree and saw a Taillow above him. "Hey!" He yelled, "What was that for? Thanks for killing the mood..."

[Pidgey]

"What was that for? Thanks for killing the mood..."

Aryll only rolled her eyes in response. "Well, this is a snow fight, isn't it?" She asked, grinding her beak as she looked down at the three pokemon. Stretching the stiffness from her wings, she fluttered down from her perch and came to rest on the snowy ground. "Anyway, I'm Aryll." She said politely, hoping to befriend these strangers.

"But at least introduce yourself and get to know us before rudely jumping in..." He snorted before turning his back to the Taillow, "The Name's Syrus." He then trudged through the snow away from her and toward his friends, ignoring the Newcomer...
