Hopelessly lost

Ugh. Days and days of searching, and no prevail. Theodore's mind wandered, trying to retrace his steps back to where he used to live. But it was completely hopeless, his efforts were all waisted. He had done all his crying when he first figured out how lost he was, and his tears had all dried out. In fact, one would think he didn't mind being lost at all anymore, he seemed so at ease. The Growlithe sat down, looked around, realizing he might as well take a break. It was the that he saw something. Her crouched down to the ground, and took a step forward, sniffing it. A rock.

"Hehe! Rrrruff!" Theo jumped with all his might, landing on the grey stone in a surprise attack. Using his blunt claws, the puppy began to dig, until it had come loose. Howling, he rolled the round stone through the fields, chasing it and having the time of his life. He didn't care, nor notice if anyone was watching him.

Reoku was practicing the move bite. He wanted to learn at least two dark type moves before he evolved into a mighyena. Reoku soon saw something silver with some gray. Speeding like a bullet he ran up to the creature finding out that it was a growlithe. "Hey! Who are you?" Reoku asked when he got within 10 feet of the silver growlithe. Reoku looked like a normal Poohyena but had a comet outline on his left side including the tail and some details.

"Hnuh? I'd ask the same thing!" This was confusing. Theo was sure he'd seen nobody around before, but then again, he hadn't looked that thoroughly. "I'm Theo! And you're... um... a poochyena! That's what you are, right?"" The pup waited only a few seconds for his new "Friend" to answer, and started right up again. "Why are you out here, anyway? I'm searching for home." He panted. This growlithe was just a furry fountain of words. He shook the dirt out of his fur.

"my name's Reoku. I'm trying to learn some dark type moves but can't seem to get bite down. Want a battle?It'll be good practice and It'll help anyone get stronger."

[Winter]

"Battle? Yeah! Sure I'll battle you!" Reoku's request was rather sudden, but being fairly energetic today, Theo would never had said no. Besides, he needed to learn some fire moves, he figured, if he were ever going to be a good battler. The irony was, the only attack he knew was bite. He only needed to level up once to learn ember...

"You ready? Here I come!" Yelled the puppy, lunging himself at Reoku with an open maw.

Reoku doged to his right side twisted his front paws and trieds to ram the Growlithe on his left side. If that didn't work he would try his bite attack.

Theo yipped, being hit hard in the side. He toppled over, but quickly got back up, as to not give the poochyena an opportunity to attack.
Growling, he attempted to bite his opponent once more.

Reoku got bit on the ear. he fell backward on purpose so his opponite might land before him so he could flip around standing over him.

Theo landed, and grunted in surprise. His forepaw had gotten stuck in a hole in the ground, hopefully not the den of a grumpy pokemon. He tried desperately to free himself, knowing that Reoku was only a foot away and could easily attack immediately.
