Maylin was just wandering through the fortress. Minding her own buisness. She was completely unaware that this was part of the horde base, and that she will be captured. Maylin smelled the air, a thunderstorm was on the way.

Marco slinked through the beginning of the fortress, his paws making almost no sound. He looked around for someone, but the only erson he could see was an Eevee, who definitely didn't look like she could help him get into the Horde, which was what he wanted. Wel, if it made him more powerful... but she was just a little kid by the looks of it, didn't she realise how dangerous this was? Because surely she knew it was the Horde base...
He sneaked up to her, and said quietly, "What are you doing here? They've bury you alive if you're not careful!" As he said this, he noticed a familiar air about her, but he didn't think he knew her.

Maylin looked at the other eevee a bit confused "Who? and who the heck are you?" She asked.

"My name's Marco. And I've come here to join the - nevermind about that know. Do you even know where you are?" He stopped think for a second. Get her out of here? What if she already knew? Some undercover spy that no one would suspect? He decided it would be better to tell her.
"This is the location of the Horde. And if you're not here to join them, then who knows what they will do to you! So uinless if you're joining, which I doubt, I suggest you get out of here, as quickly as you can." Marco didn't want her to get hurt - look at how young she was! He felt oddly protective over her.

"What? You're thinking of... when you're... how old are you?" Would they even accept someone that young? Marco didn't know that much about how the Horde accepted members, and he thought that accepting this little Eevee would be a strange thing to do.

"Eight?!" Marco echoed. She was less than half his age! And she was going to join the Horde!? This was... stupid! Well, if she wanted to join, it was her fault...
This is crazy! I can't just let her join on her own! She just a little kid! Way too young!
The two halves in Marco's mind battled for a while, until Marco came up with a decision, and he sighed as he began to speak.
"Well, I doubt there's anything I can do about you joining the horde, but I'm warning you, this won't be easy. And it might not be fun, and - just be careful. I'm joining them as well, so, DON'T get yourself into trouble, and stay with me, okay?"
