This Chaotic Universe is a Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon RPG set in the present day, based on the original Japanese anime and manga. It's an advanced-level game intended for experienced players. Detailed profiles are required to be submitted for all characters. Most canonical charas are still open, and I allow a lot of creative freedom in the creation of fanmade charas-- non-humanoid Senshi are not only allowed, but encouraged!
The theme of the game is Intergalactic Sailor War. There are no "good guys" or "bad guys"; conflicts will tend to arise on their own when what one Senshi feels is right/best for her world conflicts with others'. There is also no big, expansive storyline; play runs in scenario format like old-school RPGs. The first (current) scenario involves an Intergalactic Peace Conference at which a series of strange deaths begin to occur-- and the crystals of the Senshi who die go dark like those of mortal beings. It's a "GTKY" sort of scenario where charas can meet who may not normally get a chance to.
