This shall be the thread where I put my characters...
Here is the first one...
Character's name: Tiamat
Species: Bellsprout
Age: 5 years (relatively young, say, about 9 for a human)
Sex: Female
Description: Tiamat is quite a bit bigger than a regular Bellsprout (at this age). Tiamat's bell is completely red, with a large spot on the top that is permanently on fire, as are the edges of the leaves (although the flames don't burn up the rest of the leaves). The leaves themselves are bright yellow, which fade to a deep orange (like autumn leaves). There is nothing really special about the stalk or roots...
Powers/abilities: Due to Tiamat's heritage (although rather strange and VERY unlikely, one could even say the heritage was slightly CONTRIVED), Tiamat is able to use fire attacks (although she lacks the necessary control to use focused attacks like flame thrower and fire blast), the attacks she has the potential to pull off are Ember, Fire Spin (although weaker than normal, it has a larger area of effect than normal), Flame Wheel (although it's more like twirling fire brackets...), Flare drive and even (once she becomes powerful enough) Outrage (the attack where multiple fire ball thingies are thrown out, until the user becomes unable to do it anymore and/or the user becomes too dizzy to do anything (AKA confusion), not the get angry and charge repeatedly whilst covered with energy).
Unfortunately, her fire attacks have replaced her racial powder/ poison attacks (the complete list; Poison powder, Acid, Sludge Bomb, Digestive Juices , sleep powder and stun spore are unable to be used. Sweet scent and toxic can still potentially be used). As you may assume, her Grass/Poison typing is replaced as Grass/Fire.
Here are her new base stats as they differ from normal and her other stats (just to refer to in battle if required):
Lvl: 5 Hp: 45 (IV: 10 DV: 2) Attack: 60 (IV: 6 DV: 5) Defence: 40 (IV: 15 DV: 8) Special attack: 85 (IV: 30 DV: 13) Special defence: 40 (IV: 18 DV: 10) Speed: 35 (IV: 12 DV: 13)
Current Attacks: Vine Whip, Ember and Growth
Personality: Tiamat is naive, as she is so young, although this belies an extremely high intelligence, although her naivety makes her assume that everyone thinks like her, and that she can play out conversations in her mind, and generally saying her ending comment in that conversation, (this has lead multiple people to believe she is crazy, not seeing the connection she sees, this is based on the titular character Pinky from 'Pinky and the Brain', just so people don't ask me if she is based off this character...). Asides from this, she is an optimist, almost always trying to find a bright side to things, and if she can't, she will MAKE a bright side. Because of this, she doesn't mourn for long, once she gets past the initial shock and grief...
History: Multiple years before the birth of Tiamat, a Charizard and a Meganium fell in love, and they had a child. Years after that, the same child (now a Bayleef) moved to Erymire River (from the plains) fell in love with a Weepinbell, and they also had a child, and that child was Tiamat. Although her father, the Bayleef, had not received any traits from his father, Tiamat was permanently on fire. Unfortunately, her father died when she was only a year old, and she didn't understand death properly, due to a large tree branch falling on his head after a rather heavy storm weakened it. Her mother, who had only stayed near the river because of her father, moved to the swamp, where food was plentiful. They lived there happily, until one day, when Tiamat's mother was feeding too closely to the water, an unknown predator took her. Tiamat, after a night or two, of intense crying and mourning, was able to regain control of herself, and she left the swamp, to see the world, it would be and exciting adventure, like ones her father had told her when she was young, of legendary Pokémon, who went out to seek their fortunes away from their homes, she would make her own legend, and others would tell stories about her journeys. Of course she'd start somewhere close...
