Becuase of her past she has developed a rather special Psychic ability which allows her to read other pokemon's minds and sense pokemon within a 200 meter radius, she only reads pokemon's minds under extreme conditions.

history: As a child Lilyana wandered away from her family and she could not find them again, since she was all on her own she developed a habit for being very cautious and trying to figure out other pokemon's attetion since she basically spent all of her time doing this she developed a Psychic ability not known to her species. Once or twice she has been able to sense familiar mind waves but she could never find where they came from and she could never sense them for more then a minute or so.
