A meeting by chance?

[Nightmare]

It was a calm, cool evening in the savannas as Mortimer and his children burrowed through the ground. They eventually surfaced and took a look around. Mortimer's black body was almost unspottable in the darkness but his red markings weren't that hard to see. "Stay close. Who knows what is lurking out here. Lets get our lunch and go" he said to his two children. Scay and Scar climbed out of the hole and yawned. "Come on dad. Lighten up" yawned Scay as she looked around. "Quit being so childish sis and least of all don't disrespect father" growled Scar. "I will as soon as you quit being such a suck up" she said. "The two of you! Quit it now!".

[Jessa]

While Wind was galloping through, she heard voices. She skitted to a stop and snorted, her blue mane flaring and blue tail shishing. "Who's there? Show yourself." She said in a skittish voice.

((Wind doesn't really trust anyone, just so you know, kk?))

[Nightmare]

[((Don't worry. neither does Mortimer. xD))

The group's ears stood on end as they heard a voice penetrating the darkness. A flurry of blue flames could be seen in the distance. "Follow me" whispered Mortimer as he burrowed into the ground. Scay and Scar followed their father into the tunnel. They resurfaced infront of the creature. "Hello there" chuckled Mortimer.

[Jessa]

"Hello." Wind grunted. "What are you doing here? The savannahs aren't that safe at night, and your also on my territory. I would suggest you leave." Wind warned.

[Nightmare]

"You clearly don't know about our species. We live for the darkness and we'll hunt wherever we damn well feel like it! Infact, you're looking pretty tasty yourself" he growled angrily. Scay and Scar sat behind him and stared at the Ponyta. They were thinking the same thing. This was going to turn into a brawl.

[Jessa]

"Ya, and soon humans will rule the world!" Wind shot back. "I dare you to. Lest see how close you can get withouT being burned!"

[Nightmare]

Mortimer snarled and backed down at this. He could take the Ponyta no plroblem. After all, he was level 84. "I didn't mean to snap. I just wish to protect my children"he sighed.

[Jessa]

"I'm sure." Wind retorted, her flames getting higher and hotter with rage. "You don't scare me. Nothing does."

[Hawk]

Off in the distance stood a figure. The figure was big and had orange and black fur. She could see that something was happening and decided to check it out for herself. The figure was a mighty Arcanine and a girl at that. Her name was Moonbay and she was naturally curious. But she approached with caution non the less.

[Jessa]

Wind sniffed the air, and turned to the gligar. "It looks like we have company." She snorted, and turned around to see an arcanine.

[Hawk]

Moonbay saw that the ponyta saw her. She decided to slowy keep moving toward them. Her curiosity getting the best of her as she got closer.
