history:Flicker once lived in a highly populated trainer area but had managed to from being caught. He was practically wild, just exposed to humanly concepts. One day he got word from a fellow Plusle of a place called Erymire where pokemon ran wild and not a single human lurked. They took off together but shortly after leaving the other Plusle was captured by a young trainer. Luckily the two shared lots of information on the trip, like namely the location of Erymire. So Flicker continued on towards Erymire until he reached it.
